Very nice café and restaurant. Loved their caramel cappuccino, grilled halloumi salad, and the millefeuille. The outdoor area is ready good for friends and family outings. Staff are professional and friendly. Only concern that they were out of bread at 6 pm on a weekend which means no sandwiches at all which was a bit disappointing. Also, it’d be better if the toast with the butter and olives was hot not cold. But overall I liked the place so much!

The service was good. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The coffee was perfect and the food. But there’s a bad smell in the settings area. Maybe from the Ac but overall nice ambiance and good experience

Visit this branch not first time, food is good, portions good, but last time I order the bruschetta bread was too thickly sliced, making it difficult to eat normally and comfortably, and my opinion what there not need put green pea 🫛 this is tasty do not match The state of the toilet has deteriorated, the door does not close anymore with a code and therefore they can go in anyway, they will come in from the street (who visit this place, know about what I say)

Today, I went to Paul El-Korba for a quick morning bite and creme coffee, I asked for a latte and cheese croissant as the waiter described it "stuffed and topped" with emmental cheese, coffee was ok, bakery was cold, I had to return it to be heated .. unfortunately came back as it is, I had to ask for re heating, this time it was ok but when I reached the inner part I discovered there's no cheese stuffed there, I asked the waiter and He confirmed the stuffed cheese is usually a very small piece of cheese, that is hardly noticed but no doubts its there somewhere! To me, this was real disappointment, so the waiter suggested to replace the regular bakery with a special one that is really stuffed with cheese, He offered to either stuff it with cheddar or emmental cheese, I selected chedder .. This time it was fine. I paid EGP 103 for the croissant and creme coffee. Overall: Positives: - The outlet is clean with fresh ambient. - Outlet location is prime. - The waiter Maged added real value to the place. Thank you Maged. Negatives: - Not all staff a equally good, some still need extra training. - The seat was small and not comfortable. - Food quantity compared to prices need to be reconsidered.

I wish there was one in Phoenix, Arizona, USA! I mean, it's a desert with lots of Middle Eastern students! Hint, hint. There are two entrances. The one on the busy street goes through the bakery. Just keep walking to the back. FYI, the bathroom is next door upstairs. The side street entrance was good to catch an Uber without the stress of hurrying with a disabled man. The roof can be opened in good weather. The AC units are spaced just right to keep it cool and dry. The machines in each corner allowed for almost no bugs. They have taken every care for comfort and pleasure. It was nice to also see that women of all kinds were welcome as they were. It was tough to decide on the menu as it all looked good. I wish we had shared to allow for double the desserts. Wow! Those desserts were amazing!

Food was on point The atmosphere was so relaxing, like a little hidden garden in the middle of busy Korba's streets. Everything was lovely, the waiter even reminded me of my phone charger that i almost forgot. Me recommends✨

The table was not clean so i informed the waiter and he came with a piece of cloth with awful smell & wiped the table so of course the table was so smelly 😷. Details like that must be considered in a French cafe like Paul !!! I loved the "Chocolate Choux Au Craquelin" ❤️& the vibe at the cafe.

I would highly recommend for a delicious breakfast.... lunch and dinner!! The seating area is sunlit and in the morning, it is super calming.

Paul el korba is my go to spot since ages, but recently the quality of the service and the coffee is an absolute let down. Nothing would take away the cozy vibes and feelings that keep bringing me back to this location, but the waiters need to be more aware and attentive to the guests at the location. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to just place an order. The coffee I had was an absolute disaster. 1/10 - the coffee tasted burnt. This is not dark roast, this is absolute burn roast. The eclair was okay.

The place has a nice atmosphere. Good service. The only thing they don't have rest rooms!

Service is good. Quality of food is also very good. Atmosphere? Regarding the place.. mmm let's say it is nice. But when it comes to other factors? You will stay a decade to find a parking lot, I spent 35 minutes to park. Also regarding mobile coverage? You will find no signal at all. So let's rephrase this, If you are searching for a good restaurant where you will isolated on the world where no phone signal and walk a little bit you will enjoy it. Conclusion, A very good place for breakfast but NOT IN WEEKENDS.

Honestly their sandwiches are worth nothing. They use very low quality smoked Turkey. Tastes fatty. Salad had many brown parts. Stuff was very friendly though. Am happy we have much better local alternatives now

My go to breakfast spot. One of the best places that offer fresh tasty bakeries and desserts. Under the sun rooftop with amazing coffee. They also have great lunch and dinner menu. However, there is a special vibe in this place in the early morning. I recommend "Complete Breakfast" from the menu as it offers a variety of food and 2 beverages at a relatively low price and can be shared among 2 people. My personal favourite dessert is the " berries tart ". Never found any other place that serves fresh berries tart.

The food, location and ambience are great. There is a huge opportunity for improvement in the service provided. The guys there really need to learn how to interact with the clients, a simple smile when greeting the clients is a good start. I stayed 15 min without being approached by anyone. Paul is a great place, the intention of my comments is help the management to improve the overall customer satisfaction.

First of all the guy that seated us had an attitude the minute we walked in. The food took 45 mins to come. The steak we ordered was frozen, should've known when the waiter insisting I order it well done, when I asked for medium! The salmon on the other hand was very dry and the sun-dried tomatoes weren't even rehydrated. I expected at least fresh food paying 250 pounds per dish from a "fancy" place like Paul.

‏Grilled halloumi cheese croissant along with an ice tea to kick-off the day, ‏I tried the Grilled Halloumi Cheese Croissant stuffed with halloumi cheese, tomatoes, black olives, rocca, basil and olive oil at @paularabia for the first time and I didn’t regret it, This was a good option it was light and appropriate to eat at anytime of the day. @food__addiction___

Some staff are nice, some are unexplainably rude! Overall food and drinks are good. Yet very horrible dirty bathroom

It is always a delight to find a Paul in any city because you know they are the best! The branch at Cairo's Heliopolis is actually a huge one with enough social distancing measures in place.

Such a wonderful and beautiful place. And the chief and the taste. This is my opinion. Thank you for the delicious food and service.
