An good place, very professional and helpful drs specially Dr Omnia Gamal she’s a real star. Staff are so helpful and decent Specially Salwaa 😍 I love the place. The only issue is their prices are so high in comparison to the competitors.

Horrible experience. Call center specifically told me my appointment would be at 9pm & that I should be on time. and after waiting for an hour I asked when I’d go see the doctor, I was told there were still two more people before me. This is completely unacceptable from a reputable clinic like inshape, won’t be going again.

Messy and unprofessional. Was my first time doing laser hair removal and was very unpleasant, they gave me an appointment and got me in after 1 and a half hours to stay for 5 minutes not understanding whats going on or what i should do next. Would not recommend if you have no time to waste or tolerance to waste on people who slack off because they already built reputation

Worst experience! I was there on time and ended up waiting for 2 hours. On top of that, after waiting all this time, they told us the machine has a problem and they will cancel all appointments. Unprofessional clinic, and an unprofessional staff, I won't be going back.
