The hotel is locadet in Nasr city about 10 minutes away from Cairo International Stadium.The hotel looks new, the staff are friendly. I stayed in a Family room, it was very spacious, two rooms and one bathroom. Each room had a flat screen, a mini bar and a kettle. The bathroom had clean towels and toiletries. The breakfast was ok, a set menu either wetern or oriental, and you can take it up in your room for an extra 15 EGP fee per person. I booked a family room for 1 night, the room seemed tidy and clean, however after I took off my shoes I noticed that the bottom of my feet turned black and the floor had some smog residue on it form the traffic near the hotel. I think the room was cleaned and closed for a while however the dust and smoke made there way to the floors. One thing more, I had two kettles in my room and none of them was working and when I asked for someone to come up and fix or replace them, they said they'll send someone up but no one came. This was right before my checkout so I didn't bother to call again.

Poor room service. Request room items such as Towel not delivered. Poor communication ability by frontdesk & room service staff. To improve staff attitude to earn guest trust. Too noisy NO musolla facility for guest. Need to pray @ kid corner.

It was a really bad experience. The suite wasn't clean and the service was really bad. Also a lot of stuff was missing and when I asked felt like I was begging for something. Finally the breakfast service was bad and everything was either cold or microwaved and no coffee for some reason I don't get it

hotel Facilities are very bad. being a 4 star hotel, it doesn't have Internet facility in room and also Internet is cut in the common areas. Guys at hotel apologies initially for inconvenience and than raise their voices when we complain about the facility and they cannot resolve. Being a 4 star hotel, hotel doesn't have a proper breakfast facility. I trust booking.com must either return our money paid in advance as we were not aware of the issues present in the hotel or should compensate heavily for not informing all the details in advance. Even the elevator buttons says call. Its not a 4 star hotel. Also elevator buttons are not covered properly

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in at Cairo, in terms of cleanliness and service. I complained multiple times about coming back to the room to a soaking wet duvet and bedding (which I don’t understand how that could happen). When I complained, we don’t even get an apology and the staff at the reception are quite rude. One time they didn’t even have extra duvets and it was either the wet one or the tinniest quilt. Besides, the washroom is always leaking water on the floor and I’ve spotted cockroaches multiple times in the lobby. Overall my experience there has been horrible especially for it’s price.

I'm so disappointed, I was miss lead by booking.com reviews, not a good value at all. 👍🏼 -staff are friendly and polite. -they let us have a late checkout. -reception area was nice compared to the rooms. 👎🏼 - bedsheets were dirty, full of hair and stains, even though that house keeping change it for us many times. - there was ants on the mini bar and in the bed! - bathroom wasn't clean, the dust was everywhere. - the water pressure in the shower " 8th floor" was very weak. - the room has no sound isolation, it was very noisy! you can hear all cars and traffic sounds, even at night we can't sleep well as the hotel in front of the highway and many trucks passes. - breakfast experience was not good at all! it was not not open buffet, so you need to order and wait for al long time, we waited for more than half an hour to get incomplete order.

Great location, freindly staff, next to main road, easy to access, great buffet of breakfast, clean room. Extra credit to housekeeping staff who always work hard in cleaning and tidying my room.

The Hotel itself its OK. Breakfast is absolutely something you should add to your stay. The room are noi. Even if we were on a 9th floor the Cairo traffic didn't left us alone. The cleaning in the roomcould be definitely implemented. Public areas and reception staff are very nice

Got athletes foot from using the bathroom, also rooms not very clean. Service not professional. Staff are friendly however they are not trained. Had to call the lobby 3 times for something to come. Linens were wet when we came back after cleaning. This hotel is run by jokers, not professionals at all.

I visited Cairo and stayed in this hotel for two weeks. The staff were very helpful, the service was very good. Enjoyed my time there and probably will be staying there again in my next visit. Special mention to Abeera who used to clean my room on a daily basis to a very high standard and Mufeed the bell boy who was at hand if I needed anything

Good for the price you paid. Rooms are bigger than normal. Needs a new elevators . Breakfast was very good. Cafe was very nice and good food and prices

Nice hotel in the neighborhood of Nasr city. I have booked the family suite which is big and spacious. Early morning breakfast is very good. Restaurant provides good varieties of food and with nominal price. Love the stay and will be back soon

At the beginning it was great! As a frequent guest, it's becoming like hell. Limitations & rules for every step while service quality is low. Even delivery of medicine isn't allowed into the lobby, so you have to pick up your delivery from the main street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel does not pass even for 2 stars. - poor service lifts, water is so hot when in heavy flow. - we cannot recommend this hotel, sorry to say this - internet connection is very poor - staff are shouting on the guest in day 1 of the stay - not the same facilities as per the displayed images
