Really nice and classy buisness towers

The mall is clean. Many restaurants closed but new ones are advertising that they will open. Cinema staff don’t allow payment with visa in spite having the machine which is not convenient. Bathroom upstairs is clean but with no tissues available which is not hygienic.

My experience with the cinemas is not that great. The screens are a little bit dim and sound is not that great -Not Dolby Atmos-. The place overall is great tho.

Adjacent Fairmont hotel and has direct access to it. It also has underground secured parking. There are variety of international brands, shops, and coffeeshops. Not very open space as shopping malls, and therefore, not very comfortable for those who want to stretch their legs in air conditioned place.

because it feels peaceful and I can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It's a great place to relax and recharge, and I know that if I'm ever feeling overwhelmed by the noise and stress of the world, I can come here and just be in the moment without distraction. Plus, the fresh air and natural beauty of the area is something that's not always easy to find in other places.

Deservedly gets a 5-star rating for its size, views, entrance, pedestrian gate, security, esplanade, staff, service, shops, stores, movie theater, food, beverages, cleanliness, hygiene, lighting, quiet atmosphere, respectful patrons ... An endless list that is hard to maintain at such standards without flaw, but of course, at a dear price! Very nice settings and an impressive view on the Nile Corniche, though a narrow ramp which leaves little room for pedestrians

Excellent room and hotel, house keeping has done an amazing job at keeping the room nice and clean. Would recommend this hotel.
