There were beggars there?!!!! and children selling mint. The waiter looked as if we had woken her up to make us a drink. Unprofessional behaviour and bad service I will not repeat this experience.

Love the place... its on a very busy street but it is a great place to wait for someone or do a quick work note...food and coffee are yummy...just take care it is very small so in the afternoon u will find it crowded..but still very nice place and prices

The staffs were really great and they suggested us their best seller. We ordered caramel oat cookie dunkacchino. It’s awesome and everyone must try it.

I have had a bad experience with this branch, The most bad staff you can meet ever, the staff lead told us "any group enter the branch make the order before you sit and this is the rules of this branch and you can take it or leave it" and the staff don't care if you will leave , and there's no Manger or any supervisor. Also the toilets are always broken and there's no wifi .

It's a good place to take a break in but obviously very crowded , the iced coffee was OK and the donuts were nice , the staff are very nice as well .

Good service , less variety of donuts compared to any other branch in new Cairo and can get a crowded sometimes u find no place to sit down. Clean Rest rooms are available upstairs.

The place is very small, yet they had fresh donuts when I went there. Dunkin donuts don't usually have fresh donuts, I guess if you're lucky you'd get some freshly made ones.

Yummy treats at a relatively decent price! Nice upstairs sit down and fast service!

We have been ordering from them for 3 years now always fresh and delicious 🤤 It’s better to order not recommended to buy from place bcoz always so crowded afternoon or evening full ok kids you have to wait in line for so long.

the atmosphere was comfy but crowded too. the staffs are nice and welcome. there is a outdoor side for smoking area? overall i love this place😍

If the espresso machine has a maintenance issue, stop espresso orders , today I have drunk the worst espresso ever and when I asked the bartender he told me the machine is under maintenance!!!!!!! I also have ordered hazelnut chocolate doughnut and Oreo doughnut which were very stale.

Clean and very organised. Staff must be added in the pick hour, had a long queue when we want to have take away donuts. Aside for the people wants to dine in also have order from other food delivery services.

Usual Dunkin Donuts spot, friendly staff and good coffee. Pretty quiet on a weekday lunchtime.

The staff is not friendly at all, the lady asked me if i wanted caramel in my drink and i told her ok and i was shocked to know its extra charge unlike dunkin all over the world, when i told her she told me why didnt you tell me? Its known that its extra? In a very rude way , the staff could be a bit more friendly and informative

This branch us really nice. The donuts are fresh and the overall vibes are really nice. However, the croissant sandwich comes with so much mustard that it covers the flavour of anything else in the sandwich.

Nice experience , the food was good , the coffee was good as well , just needs some sugar , but not like other branches , I have some notes starting with cleaning isn't that good , staff is kinda rude , the place is narrow , I would just say it's okay at all

As all Dunkin's branches Staff are polite, doughnuts are fresh and they have good offers. Small branch although its 2 floors. Seatings are so compact. If you sneeze you gonna hit the person behind you 😅

Just nice to hang out. The first floor (where you order) is very small and usually very crowded. They don't clean the tables regularly. There's a balcony (fresh air, smoking) but the chairs there are so bad.
