This restaurant is bomb. No joke. When they say authentic, they mean it. This ain't no tourist trap although you walk in and all you see are tourists. Don't be fooled though. The experience here is something else. Not only are the staff the most helpful I have ever seen, the food is to die for. So tender and juicy; perfectly cooked meats. Damn. You will not regret it.

It's very very very expensive for tourists. Tourists please be careful. It took 12% service and 14% VAT on the bill. Still the servants keep asking for tips in some way. The food is fine but I won't be here again because they are not honest.

Our guide brought us here our last day in Cairo, and it was a surprise. The food was great and the service tops.

We ate here several times during our stay in Cairo for a quick and cheap meal. The falafel wraps are decent enough, the soup comes as a big portion and the salads are good too. I only wish there were more places like this across Egypt as it’s perfect as a vegetarian or vegan!

This place is so good. Delicious authentic food at a great price. The man at the till was extremely helpful when we were ordering food. The falafel sandwich was just amazing and cost 7 Egyptian pounds. The rice with vegetables was great too and cost 26 Egyptian pounds. Soft drinks were 15 Egyptian pounds. The food was fresh and tasty. I would deffo recommend this place.

Good and tasty dishes. They don't accept credit card and debit card, so only cash works (either EGP, USD, or GBP). Many options for vegetarians.

This is a great takeaway restaurant, but sadly it is closed for the foreseeable future :( I spoke to the owner yesterday and he says it will be closed until January 2024 at least. So disappointed.

It's a great place to find quality food at a descent price. My wife and I ate here multiple times over a long stay in Cairo and enjoyed it every time. Large portions, excellent menu for meat eaters and vegans. Very central location. Would highly recommend.

Falafel cost only 8EGP, but it also tastes like 8EGP.

The falafel was delicicious and the staff was very kind helping us to place our order in English and suggesting the traditional meals that we should try while in Egypt.

The food is great, it was a weird experience in a good way, waiter came and said don't worry I'll bring you everything, it was a ton of food the lamb the eggplant, the grape leaves the kaboob the aromatic juices, the decorations the smell of the restaurant very nice very unexpected let them drive and have a great time. Food was nice, but the service was really embarrassing not up to any standards, waiters had an attitude, they served our food to other table and cappuccinos with sour milk, OK experience but they have a lot to work on

Very nice place except that they don't seem to be able to handle large occupancy very well.. late or omitted orders and having to run around calling waiters all the time to get proper service, otherwise food is great and the staff is friendly

Beside the decor of the restaurant and the lentil soup, the chicken came raw, the pasta was cold and it was so small that you could think you ordered from the kids menu, the Turkish coffee too sweet despite my request. We are quite disappointed because we thought our experience would be better. Overall this restaurant is a great tourist trap!
