Unprofessional treatment, reception was rude We were a group of mix, there were three boys came and told them to wait for girls to let them in. Other than that the place is so small full of people, you can’t stand… I didn’t like anything in the place except the waiters are getting your order shortly but sometimes you have to ask twice for same order And there’s something new, i didn’t see it except in this place Having taxes for entry ok? Then placing taxes and service on Taxes, it’s about the amount it’s about the concept !! After talking to them they discounted it ( attached the two receipts) Didn’t like the vibes, didn’t enjoy the night cuz of the place Don’t recommend it at all

What a night! I could dance there all night long. I got sushii and it was so yummy. You get more than what you pay for really. The people there were all responsible adults, and the security were very alert all the time. It felt safe to be there for people like me who just want to have fun without some kinky teenagers ruining the night. Thank you Taratsa!

Looked like a nice place, they play both egyptian and mainstream music which is okay. However, when it gets late and darker, you may be harassed by the waiter. Which happened to me. I dont know the waiter’s name otherwise I’d put here for managers to see. Being unnecessarily close and try to touch while getting the orders, I wish the owners also checked their workers background, as they do for the customers.

It was one of my worst experiences ever! 1. A very long and not organized waiting line outside the place, although we all had reservations. 2. The guard was so rude and unprofessional. He closed the door and said, "Nobody is entering now!" even people with reservations. 3. We asked about the veil, and they said it's allowed, but after we arrived, they told us to wait for the staff member who made our reservation for about an hour and a half, as our veiled friend can't enter because she's wearing a "spanish" style veil not a turban! However, there were lots of veiled girls inside with different styles other than the turban. Finally, she left as they refused to let her in. 4. Was so crowded, and the service was too slow. You have to ask for whatever you want many times. 5. They told us to change our place from the lounge to a table because the lounge was double booked!

Very nice local night club, the food is very tasty and the ambience is super fun. Thanks for Mina the bartender he was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for local and international music. They also have a drummer and a belly dancer.

The worst service I experienced, when I booked someone who told me that shorts were not allowed. I went to the hotel and changed my clothes and went back to them, so they told me that my clothes were also forbidden. The strange thing is that the first time he didn't tell me anything, he just told me that shorts are forbidden, and this is something very provocative. Why didn't he tell me from the beginning, or at least from the time I went to change my clothes, the worst service in the world. The funny thing is that he gave me sports pants because my clothes were unacceptable (I was wearing sports pants)

Everything was okay except staff they were very very rude I can't believe the owner didn't recognized this issue yet since I have seen customers left bad complaint about same issue, plus : The guard at the door was asking for tip it's was really disgusting. Fruits plate was missing from out order and we had to ask them for it many times and they never bring it I just saw it listed on the bill, they forgot to bring the fruits but didnt forget to charge us for it , Never come back again

Im from dubai and i called to reserve for 3 guys and literally the guy said that men has to pay 4000 each because their not with girls and i asked him why he said thay they only want girls ? ! What a racist thing to do i have not expected to be treated like that in egypt that was really rude ! When u have a international lounge and want to be classy start having equal prices and treatment for people ! So disappointing and disgusting i feel bad for who ever is goinng !

The reservation girl is extremely friendly, and the valet parking service is a nice touch. It makes the whole process of parking seamless and effortless. The music and DJ are top-notch and create an excellent ambiance for everyone to enjoy. The highlight of the evening was the belly dancer gawhara. Her performance was mesmerizing and captivating, to say the least. She made the place come alive and added that extra touch of elegance to the night. It's a great place to go for adults, and I would strongly recommend going there again. The entire experience was worth every penny spent, and I can't wait to go back to enjoy the good vibes, music, and lights again.

Lovely place with amazing music… first they were welcoming until my friend who wears turban arrived they moved us to another table i didnt like the way it was supposed to be organized as they knew our group has a head cover . The service wasn’t good until we talked to the manager then the waiter started to stop by the table . The food was excellent… and there is a program on active days (Tuesday , Thursday, Friday ) they might not allow you to enter if you have head cover and they might allow one with group of 10 we went there on Wednesday.

Tratsa is a nice place to go for a night out in Cairo. I liked the nachos and sushi, and there is a singer and belly dancers every Tuesday and Thursday. The atmosphere is fun and lively, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend Tratsa to anyone looking for a good time.

Great place for parties with a great view, but the waiters are really sub par when hosting an event. This can ruin the whole experience.

The place is nice the food was amazing The staff was so kind. The only thing that was not okay is that everyone was smoking and the window was closed and the don’t have nonsmoking area . only this thing made me feel not okay

Beautiful place to spend a night in Cairo. They stay open until 4am and it’s very lively and entertaining. Good entertainer ent programs that will have you dancing and enjoying your time all night long. It was very crowded and hard to move in the place and sometimes the waiter will forget the order and you’ll have to ask again but otherwise all is good. Cost wise it’s not cheap but no different than similar places. A party of four here and we paid about 10K EGP, well over the minimum charge of 650 EGP per person.

The place is amazing very fun and great party atmosphere the only problem is that they told us to come at 10 PM but the party vibes & people started to show at 12 AM. Mena the bartender is one of the nicest people ever 🙏🏼 Loved the place definitely would visit it again 🤍

What a place. Absolutely great atmosphere. The DJ is excellent and the accompanying live music, then the dancer, were really uplifting. Food is overpriced but tastes good. Barman was good and had a good sense of humour. Go there, tonight if you can. Oh, there is a 600 LE ‘minimum spend’ entry fee, enough for a drink and a cocktail. Don’t drive to the place, parking is a nightmare and you will end up drink-driving back home.

Was one of my favorites, but they are becoming overpriced over crowded. You can ask for an order and wait at least 30 min to have it.. asking multiple times for it.. last night we requested the food menu at 2.30, the water came at 3:01 to tell us that last food order at 3.. yet again you have to pay the minimum for a service or food you didn't get..

Place is really nice.. Dj and the show were really entertaining. Small problem is that Tables are close to each others.. overall you will enjoy your night so much

Place is spacious & clean. Service was fast & food is good yet it's really expensive!! though the place is spacious yet I believe they overtook more people than the capacity of the place(it was weekend)and as a result you can't easily move around,our table was placed in a way that literally everybody has to excuse us to pass behind our backs,so if you're eating you have to stop, give a space for them to be able to pass then continue,not only customers I'm talking about but also waiters with large trays with food & drinks in it passing over our heads!!! One of our orders had a side sauce and it contained white wine & by the time we realized there's something wrong with the taste& informed the waiter we think the sauce either bad or has alcohol in it he denied,they changed it,but different waiter served it,so we asked him does it contain wine & he confirmed it has!!! In my opinion it's a big fail if ur staff doesn't know what they are serving!! One last point for the amount we got charged,the birthday cake we asked them to serve looked really cheap to the point no one touched it!! Not recommended.
