They have everything over two floors. Great food department on street level. Huge parking and easy to find got taxi and uber. Nice friendly staff.

Well designed with a big parking area Nice and clean and they have started RAMADAN theme. Accessible to the area of Sheraton buildings and the surrounding. I liked it and it seems a good place for shopping however I didn’t make any price comparison. I am not expert in shopping and don’t know the prices however I had a quick tour. Recommend the place from the above point of view.

Good market Car parking with fees 20 LE per hour, there is no free parking depends on your invoice as before

Nice place for shopping It is 2 story building, ground floor is for hypermarket, 1st is for appliance and others. Parking is outdoor. Hypermarket is very organized, but nit great variety

Very easy access from the autoroute, spacious parking 2 steps from the main entrance of the market with great facilities like outdoor sitting/dinning area and recycling bins. The market itself has everything in a well organised way. Recommended 👍

A great place to buy your groceries. However, the meat partition is not clean, and the quality of the meat is really bad. If the store owners take care of the quality of the meat section, then this store will be the most high-quality market in the sheraton area.

I love the fresh food section, especially if ur and expat like myself, you can get many home made meals The shawermaa offer is soooo good for EGP 35 you getting yourself the best shawerma in town at the lowest price

Quiet place, There are many choices and assistance from the staff, but I encountered a small problem with customer service over the phone. He does not answer phone calls with repeated calls and is answered after a long period with an unconvincing response.

It is changed a lot Every thing in this place is worse now... * Not organized as it used to be in the past they changed their products presentation &actually they made it looks very bad now... * Prices are much higher than other hyper markets * Service is very slow (workers numbers are not enough) * The place is always crowded because service is slow Good experience gone very bad

Honestly I find it better than other supermarkets and less crowded. You don't need to wait for the long line at the cashier and they have everything.

It's no different from any other Hypermarket in Egypt, except for the slightly better varieties in spices.

Drive to is a very long route because of the location relative to the bridge. Drive back again is quite long till reaching the first U turn. Parking is very easy and convenient Cleanliness is excellent Variety is very good. Prices are a bit expensive than Carefour Staff is very friendly You can use AlAhly points at the Cashier.

A nice place for shopping for everyday grocery with genuine discounts, but above average prices for fresh local fruits and vegetables. A LE+120 shopping bill will guarantee you a 2 hours of car parking for free, LE 6 for the third hour and LE 4/hour afterwards (capped at LE 26). Otherwise, they will charge LE. 10 for parking for the first hour and LE 6/hour afterwards.

Lulu market are unhonest and they change prices on the cashier and say that the item code was wrong and then they disappear with the item and increase 100EGP. If the code is wrong this is not my problem, the customer should not pay the difference. They should pay the difference. And when we asked to talk to the manager, they kept lying and telling us we told him and he's coming. We have been waiting for 30 min. and the manager did not show up because they never told him. One of the workers called his colleague and told us he is the manager and he asked his colleague to act as a manger but je was afraid to do that. Seriously this is unaccepted behaviour and very disappointing that we bought a lot of things and paid 1500EGP and we get such treatment.

If you want a quite place to buy your grocery go there.. they have a varity of products thing you will not find in different brands in other stores.. for example I found a small chicken perfect for bbq.. there fresh meat and chicken is good. I tried their marinated shish tawook and it was good 8/10. Go early or mid day.. it will be nearly empty. The cons: A small bit expensive than Carfoure(i compare some price samples).. the most annoying thing was a parking fees.. why the hell I need to pay parking fees to buy my grocery! Com'n! If this is no issue for you go there you will enjoy it.

Not well organized as a whole. The staff is very slow. Also I called them in the morning to ask for the grilled chicken offer as it was EGP 60 instead of EGP 90. They confirmed it, but when I went in the same day to take one it was present with a new price when I asked them about the offer they told me it has ended, although I called them in the morning and it was there.

As usual this Lulu is one of the great place to do shopping. Its good place for groceries, electronics, dresses, bags and on and on and on. So why 3 star rating? Though everything is there, service need to be improved. Sales people need to be trained. During my visit, I purchased table clothes. Costing for table clothes to be done in meters. Though I would like to purchase 5 meters, only 4.65 was available. The sales person couldn't calculate properly to arrive the price. After a long wait, I couldn't buy what I wanted I wanted to pay the bill using credit card. Sales person tried and the output was connection error. She couldn't understand the error "connection error" and she forced me to pay by cash. Hopefully things will be improved during my next visit
