It was quite a good stay for me and my friends. 2,500 pesos for family room (5 pax). 600 pesos for security deposit. And other fees. No smoking/vaping in the resort. Upon entering the room, there's no cabinet to keep your things/valuables. But there's one tiny soap. Smells good though. Two towels. Two thin blankets. Five pillows. Three beds. One roll of tissue. The TV is in black and white, but has lots of channels. The room is air-conditioned but using the fan is enough (it's cold enough). We had fun in the pool.

Nice public resort for leisure with 4 swimming pools. Limited for 1 bottle of liquor only. It has many cottages good for 10 persons and a table for less than 10 persons. Crowded in weekends but not in weekdays, so be sure visit this place weekdays to enjoy swimming in the pool for larger swimming area. It has own store inside but limited items only. Be sure to bring ice cubes before entering inside because sometimes ice cubes were not available. It has free parking area for cars and motorcycles and just inform the staffs to list their plate numbers for security purposes. As I visit this resort, we used a hidden technique to enter 4 bottles of liquor because only 1 liter of liquor is allowed inside the resort. Staff say that 1 liter of liquor per 10 persons. But we still managed to bring 4 bottles of liquor inside using a secret hidden technique.

This is relatively smaller than other public resorts in Pansol but the quality of the amenities are on point. They clean the pool regularly that overnight guests can actually witness the rotation of pools being cleaned. The water is warm and clean, perfect for night swimming. The comfort rooms are very clean and properly functioning as well. The staff were nice. The gazebos has its own cooking area with grill, sink, chopping board, and knife!! Kids and kids at heart would definitely enjoy the place. However, it seems to be easily crowded. So I don't think the experience will be the same during peak seasons.

Clean, spacious, swimming pools are big. My kids enjoyed their swimming very much. Kudos to the life guards that are always on watched to the swimmers especially to the kids. We will definitely come back :) I just wish there were more lights or brighter lights in the common shower room.

I recently stayed at Southwinds Resort with a group of 9 friends, family, and my girlfriend. The resort offers a variety of amenities, including 5 pools for both kids and adults, which I loved because it gave us options to enjoy. The warm water in the pools added to the relaxation. Having a store inside the resort was convenient. I highly recommend booking rooms if you have a group of over 5 people and plan to stay overnight, as it ensures a comfortable and peaceful night's sleep that you can't get when sleeping outside.

A very cheap public pool if you only want to swim without staying overnight. For a price of less than a hundred pesos, you can stay for 7 hours. They have 4 pools but do take note that they don't have natural hot spring water which Pansol and Los Baños are famous for. They do have heated warm water in their pools though. Very toddler-friendly with lifeguards all around. Parking is also very spacious.

Typical concrete and water Philippine swimming resort. The charge over a certain size kids like adults but won't let accomplished swimmers into the grownup pool. So we went there for the kids who probably swim better than the lifeguard but they were only allowed in the kiddy wading pool although charged as grownups. Pretty bad so we did walk out and ask that we get our money back as we did. That's why they got 3 rather than 2 stars. Go here only with toddlers don't bring older kids, they won't enjoy. I know our ten year olds didn't.

Really nice resort with ample cottages. They have quite the tight security regarding the things you can bring in and also stationed lifeguards at each pool. The alcohol you can buy inside the resort is also limited. The sad thing is the deepest pool available is only 5 feet and that is kind of the biggest letdown.

The pool was composed of 3, 4, 5 feet and a kiddie pool. I didn't expect the water to be hot. It was literally like a hot spring. The first time I jump into the water (No Diving) I was shocked and the way my body reacts to this hot sensation was kind of relaxing, this is like my first time in "hot spring like" pool, where it's usually a cold water. And yeah the cottage was great, tha place was nice and the parking lot was huge enough too. Overall is was a great experience fit for family bonding.

Very cool place! May be crowded at times, but is definitely worth the price! It is good that they are limiting alcohol intake to avoid altercations. The place is clean and very safe as there are lifeguards on all pools (they have 4 pools). The place is noisy if you're staying for the night, but I don't think it is that noisy in all days of the week.

Accessible from highway, clean rooms, big pools with warm and clean water. For improvement : network signal inside the room is poor, they need to have booster signal or put a wi-fi

We decided to celebrate my brother's bday there on Nov. 18th his year 2023 and we availed the largest cottage they have. When the staff led us to the cottage and assisted arrange the tables and chairs, he was unprofessional. Pabagsak at magaslaw masyado kumilos tapos ang unfriendly ng approach samin karamihan ng ibang staff. Also, while the entrance fee may be more affordable than what most other resorts offer, sa Southwinds mura ang entrance pero once pumasok ka lahat may charge pati outlet ng cottage. We went there twice and the second time was more proof of disappointment for us. Come on Southwinds, you can do better by hiring better and more professional staff. Kahit maganda ang resort nyo, customer service will always define the end experience.

Went for an overnight swim. There were many gazebos, each with its own grill, sink, and knife with chopping board. There were also tables available. Pools of different depths were available. Water was clear and did not hurt my eyes.

Best deal 8K for overnight stay Two Bigger rooms available for the family. They have a play room for the billiard table. Kids poolside besides the adult pool so nothing to worry

Me and my family stay was good they enjoyed it i love their rooms its clean and tidy i have no complains about that. The pools are good too and the gazebos Could used some Mosquito spray lot of mosquitoes especially at night. I gave a 1 star for the people works there. They accused me of taking their towel and charged me not sure if 250 or 300 for it. I dont even wanna used their towels knowing how many people that I dont know used that towel and its very thin and small thats not worth $250-300 pesos seriously? It seems like they played with me by lying about missing towels and make money out of me. Be careful when you leave bring the towels with you and hand it over with the cashier or call the room service and give it to them make sure the towels are complete and clear with them that theres nothing missing. Manager needs to pay attention to this modus have your room service come in to check before guess leaves the room. If this gonna keep on going it will bring bad reputation to the business.

It was affordable, the place was very accessible. It is open 24 hours. There's option to swim public or stay in a room privately or with loved ones

the place is nice but the service is poor, you have to fall in line in the counter with the lots of people and wait for almost an hour to get inside the resort. Its nice though the service is poor, im suggesting that thet have to place one more service information and one more teller in the counter

It's along the highway so you can see it easily..the place is clean,specially the cottages🤩 The employees are nice and approachable, thank you 😁 But if you ask me, I would go there for a night swim, the pools too hot with minimal shade😅

We always been here almost every month sometimes to times a month, because the place was so clean and the pool has no corinne, only we wish is please provide free internet for loyal costumer who accommodate room. data not really working in that spot. We will be back soon Southwind's ❤️❤️❤️

Upon arrival on the place, the ambience is really great but the service to their customer is so bad. Also they neglected safety of their customer. It was our first time going to a resort at the laguna. We thought of having a good experience. But unfortunately they give us the worst ever experience. They dont care about their customer whenever they cleaning beside them and using zonrox, while others they treat them well. They dont care if the customer smell the zonrox badly and they just ignore them. Be aware of their 0 percent services and worst services. Yes they have signages and they pool looks clean but their safety towards to their customer and how they treat them is worst.! We will never ever going back to that kind of place ever. It is a nightmare 🥺 and traumatizing. Its really not the worth and would never recommend this place. 😢

Loved our stay! The place was clean and has big pools. We did not feel that it was too crowded even if we went there during a weekend. This place is a great value for your money. Planning to go back again soon.

The place discriminates gender! We were about to check in for over night with my friends on June 25 2022. At the service desk we were told that we can’t check in b’coz we are all guys! I’m not recommending this place ever! South winds better check your rules….

i always went here from the opening until last week... public resort but i wonder how they keep this place clean and presentable as it is still new...

Upon entering the place the ambience looks decent . The staff are secured on the facility to ensure the safetiness . The rates are affordable and convinient. Perfect for groups and couples. The structural design of pools are amazing with more cottages to choose for and the rooms as well. 3 pools are offered inside :) with lifeguards on every pools Good job

Place is okay. Good pool, accommodating staffs, food is a bit expensive. Place is very crowded during weekends so the water in pools are a little bit smelly of chlorine. I suggest to go here on weekdays so it's not crowded. Rooms are nice with view of Mt. Makiling at the back. Also, for the other amenities, it was okay. A little noisy because of the videokes.

The place is great but the payment for the electricity and other stuff is separated. Each gazebo costs 1000pesos which they claim to fit 15-20 persons, it does not, in fact I think you can only fit 9people in (in consideration with the stuff that you have). They do clean the pools (they cleaned the 5ft pool at around 4pm).
