Good food and worth the price. Recommended to try their Fresh Juice. Tried the Melon and Cucumber one. System of ordering food is great.

One of our go-to resto if we want some fresh air and it is has a very relaxing environment. The dishes are all good, especially, dinuguan. Very fast service. We also love their fresh melon juice. It is so refreshing. All the dish and rice are served in banana green leaves.

This 20 year old restaurant serves very good lutong bahay and at very reasonable prices. Perfect for those really hungry because this turo turo style restaurant has ready to eat food as well as off menu offerings (see bulalo). Ambience wise, there is nothing really more to explain.

The food was delicious here with the atmosphere being unique and great. When you enter it's like a canteen where the food is prepared and you tell them what food you want and pay at the end. There were a lot of food choices so we didn't get to try everything. The price was good in my opinion. The rice cost 25 pesos but a lot of rice is given. An order of lechon kawali is P500 but it can serve 2-4 people. Laing with meat inside was around P160-P170. A whole itik is P400 (though it didn't have much meat, but you can pour the sauce on the rice) The taste was great. The rice was soft and fit with the rest of the food. The Itik was cooked in a adobo-like sweet sauce and the meat was not tough or dry. The lechon kawali was juicy and crispy so it was great to eat. The laing was also very flavorful, perfect with the rice. The squid didn't have much taste so you need to dip it in the sauce given. For the atmosphere, it is a cute restaurant with a lot of vintage decor and the design is unique. You can also eat on a table with a view of the fields and mountains in the background. It is a nice place to pass the time in and relax if you have the time.

First time, Sep. 14, 2023. Loved the decor and setting. Sat at a table looking out on the rice field and mountains in the background. Buffet style, but served by staff. Great variety, quite yummy. Price was affordable and excellent value for money!

A great place to treat your family with your favorite filipino dishes.. Highly recommended is the bulalo and the crunchy chicharon bulaklak plus the grilled squid.. All dishes are very good and I am sure that you will come back after you eat..👍👍👍

It was one of the most delectable and pleasurable sensations I've ever had. The food served here was delicious, and the service was excellent. The scenery was lovely, and the surroundings reminded me of home. If I had the opportunity to visit this location, I would. I recommend this place to many folks who want to try the local cuisine. 😉

Food quality and ambience are good and are definitely authentic Filipino. However, the comfort room really ruined the experience.

The food is good and not that costly. The personnel are helpful and friendly. We'll visit this place again and bring some friends

Warning it's not like before. Don't go here. Came here before and their enselada was super nice. Now a few years later and veggies cold and cooked to bits, duck is full of bits of bone rice was dry and had rocks in it. Warning it's not like before. Don't go here

Located in Calauan, Laguna. We visited here for a business related event. Rated as the Most Outstanding Restaurant in Laguna. At first glance you think that this resto is small but as you enter you would be suprised how big it is. It's full of knick-knacks and has a very nostalgic vibe. As you sit in the dining area you will be amazed by the beauty of nature. There is an overlooking of fields and mountains. They serve traditional Filipino cuisine and the food here is very delicious. With the overlooking of mountains, fresh air and delicious food I can say that eating here is definitely an experience.

Traditional filipino food. The food is good but make sure to visit during lunch hours or early in the evening as they are like a cafeteria/"karenderya". The food are cooked in bulk in the morning. Some of their food may taste old if you dine in the evening. There are a lot of mosquitoes and bugs at when you dine at night. Their saba con yelo is really good but also really sweet. You can ask for extra crushed iced and milk to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

👍 The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, plus it's surrounded by a gorgeous view. We had a lot of options in terms of which nipa hut to dine in. The food is standard Filipino comfort food which tasted okay. The staff were nice and accomodating. Overall, it was a good experience and I recomme...
