Great trail! Remember to reserve a spot in advance! I love coming to this trail regardless of which season it is! It has so much to offer. The waterfalls are always a great thing to see, especially in the winter when they are all frozen. The trail can be quite steep at certain points so definitely bring proper footwear and even crampons for your winter hikes.

Nice trail. You’ll need a reservation prior to coming to the park as staff do patrol the lot. It’s about a 45 minute walk to get to the falls and the lookout so definitely bring some water and proper footwear. Also recommend bug repellent as tick warning in effect. Easy terrain to hike on, though not the best markings to navigate through (though the falls sign is clearly marked if that’s all you want to see). The trail to see the waterfall from below (viewing platform) is blocked off so you’ll need to go to the bridge to get a top view of the falls. Quite a workout coming back up the stairs. Kettle Lake is a nice sight. Overall, moderately difficult hike if you want to see the views.

The weather was beautiful, the temperature was pleasant for a hiking. Still too early for fall foliage, only 10% at the moment. Walked the Bruce - Meadow - Dominion loop. It was about 10km, took about 3 hours to complete. The trail was well marked, a little challenging with alot uphills and downhills. The most beautiful section with the gorge view was closed.

Great hike! You have to pay for parking (they patrol for tickets). They have a couple loops depending on your hiking level. Beautiful in the summer or winter. Washrooms avail. The falls are a bit of a hike to get to. If you don't make it all the way to the falls the trails are still great. Dogs on leash allowed and lots of families.

Great park to spend a day hiking. Varying scenery with each of the different trails. The view from the lake is picturesque. The trail to the waterfall is still blocked off but you can get a decent view from where the trail ends. The trail up to the falls has a lot of elevation changes and loose rock at points. There are some steep inclines. Over a great place for a long walk. Be sure to reserve before arrival. They check for confirmation to enter the parking lot.

First time visiting this park, and in winter. Beautiful place! Pretty plain going in from the parking lot, but once you go down (and up) the trail leading towards the falls and back, you are going to have quite a bit of cardio and quads workout! The falls was beautifully frozen although you can only see it from afar as the rest of the trail near it is blocked off. Make sure to get your advance day permit 5days in advance, although they do have a pay station as well at the parking lot (which is not too big, so ). Would love to come back in the fall!

Trail is steep at some places. Can't get very close to waterfall. If you are going on a hot summer day, carry lot of water and drinks to hydrate yourself. Leave at least 2 to 3 hours for the waterfall Trail.

You need a reservation to enter. You have to scan your reservation barcode to enter. I spent 4 hours here and I didn't cover the entire park. There are a few steep hills if you want to view the waterfalls and visit the Credit River so be prepared. My time was well spent. Beautiful fall colors everywhere.

Good trails, however they do not loop around so you need to walk back the way you came. The trails are well maintained with beautiful views! Good parking. Washrooms on-site.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this provincial park, and it was truly an incredible experience! This park met all of my expectations and left me with a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds us. First and foremost, the scenery was breathtaking. The park was nestled in a picturesque location, surrounded by lush forests, majestic mountains, and pristine lakes. Every step I took felt like a journey into a postcard-worthy landscape. The abundance of hiking trails allowed me to explore the park's hidden gems and discover awe-inspiring viewpoints that provided panoramic vistas of the surrounding wilderness. The park was well-maintained, with clean and well-marked trails that were accessible to visitors of all fitness levels. I appreciated the efforts made by the park staff to preserve the natural environment while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for visitors. Their dedication to conservation was evident in the well-preserved habitats and the educational signage along the trails, which provided valuable insights into the local flora and fauna. I highly recommend visiting this provincial park to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape into nature. Whether you're an avid hiker, a wildlife enthusiast, or simply looking to unwind in a serene setting, this park offers something truly special. Prepare to be amazed by its beauty, inspired by its tranquility, and grateful for the opportunity to connect with the great outdoors.

Beautiful area to visit, doesn't matter of the season. We came here hiking the Bruce Trail and the Bruce Side Trails. They are very well maintained. The ring kiln was especially impressive. Also, the descend into the valley, from Devil's Pulpit gave us a cardio, literally and figuratively. It is a pleasure to sit by the Credit River and just listen to the soothing water sound. I hope to be able to visit in summer, to have a better view of the Cataract Falls.

huge park! plenty of trails & the waterfall is well marked / easy to get too. i went closer then i think you’re supposed to go. we found a pathway down past a fence to an abandon building (could see where others have travelled because of snow footprints) but be v careful!!!

Great Hike with beautiful views. Keep some water with you, hike to Falls is long and has some steep hike. It will take 35-45 min to reach to falls view from parking lot. Saw a procupine as well

We went for fall colours this year! Hike is not bad but could be challenging and fun for family. I think we got the mostly the last of it. We could have seen more colours when If we came around Thanksgiving weekend or even a weekend before that. They have nice trails and view. We took the Meadow trail and went to the Falls lookout as well. It’s a bit of a steep hike going to the falls but doable. Wear proper shoes because I don’t and it hurts! LOL! 😂 P.S. Don’t be litter bugs. Please don’t trash the place. We have seen a group/ family who trashed a spot of the trail while taking photos. (Chip bag and candy wrappers on the ground) Please pick-up your own mess and throw your trash when you get back to the parking lot. Let’s conserve the beauty of the place for the next generation to come.

We had a great time at this park. Easy to reserve online, got the day pass, but the 4 hour passes were also suffice as well, just wasn't sure how long we would be there for. I hiked while my partner mountain biked. A lot of maintained trails, it was marked with posts and easy to read. My partner had a great time riding his bike and was able to do most of the trails. The walking trails were easy to moderate, flat and lots of uphill and downhill. We were there for 3 hours. Good workout and lots of places to take nice pictures. Would recommend for a good morning or afternoon activity/workout.

Awesome place to visit that has trails, hills, falls, river, lake in the pack. Nice place for hiking near Brampton. Currently (May 2022), the falls is closed but enjoyed the view from distance. Keep enough drinking water with you as you will not find inside it.

Great place to hike with friends. I would rate this hike as moderate one. We hiked for 9 kms and it was first hike for 2023. Easy to get DVP and charges are around $8.50. Don’t miss the waterfall. Really enjoyed stillness, waterfall, bird chirping. Good elevation changes, nice credit river. Temperature was around 28 Degree Celsius. Route can be confusing so plan out your route before you head out.

Really fun park that's easy to reserve online and then enter through the gate - there might be low signal here, so make sure to have your barcode downloaded. The park has plenty of open space to walk, but it's well preserved so aim to stay on the trails. There's a small lake, 3 larger bridges, and a manmade waterfall near the end of the park. You'll likely need an hour or so to get through the best parts of the park. There's some higher elevation to get to the waterfall, but the main trail is closed off due to erosion.

It's such a nice park. Good for trekking and picnic. Visited in fall, colors were nice. There is a waterfall located in the park but you have to hike for almost 4km one way. So if you go for a hike, grab some snacks and water.

The lush greenery, diverse plant life, and tranquil lake make it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. You need a reservation for coming to this place. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the park's pristine surroundings. Walking along the serene lake was a truly peaceful experience. Whether you're into hiking, birdwatching, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, this park has it all. I highly recommend a visit to Folks of the Credit Provincial Park to reconnect with the natural world."

Amazing places with amazing views. I went to the bruce trail, the trails is approx 5 kms long and takes you to the waterfall. This place is best to go in falls and to enjoy the colours of the fall. There’s enough parking and it also has two parking lots. One of them is close to the highway.

Beautiful place to visit during fall to see the amazing colours of mother nature. The park is a perfect place to enjoy a day with your family or friends and take the short trails inside the park. The park also has a beautiful lake which gives eye catching view for beautiful pics. You can also pick up some fresh apples on the trail and enjoy them. You will be mesmerized by the spots to click some beautiful pics.

The route to waterfall is closed so view only from far off distance. 2.6 km trail to view of waterfall, a nice lake with Tortoise in between, overall nice with family and kids above 7. Lot of steep stairs and walk ways

During fall it is breathtaking. Sound if the water flowing is refreshing. You can hike through trails for a very long time Dogs enjoy sniffing all kinds of wild life scents. They need to on leash

Nice but quite small park. We did all the main trails in less than three hours. The falls access is closed and we couldn’t get closed by. Still a nice park for walking.

Great hike. Tons of elevation and steep steps (especially the one that goes straight from the parking lot to the washroom by dominion trail). Alot of great views! Trail going to the falls is closed though but there's a viewing point near it.

Very beautiful park and it’s amazing for hiking. I was able to catch the sunset here and it was really beautiful. A little hard for seniors or disabled people, as the hike is little hard.

Great park for hikes! The path leading to the falls was closed but you can still get a great view from one of the side paths. The meadow path gets hot on sunny days so bring sunscreen. Paths were well marked and maintained.

It is one of the Ontario provincial parks hence need to book beforehand to reserve the vehicle parking. Our Ontario Parks vehicle permit will expire end of November, hence we seize the “May be last” chance to complete one more hike. There are very few people on the trails probably due to fall color season ends and weather is pretty cold, 3C. The Dominion Trail is closed therefore we only finish the Meadow Trail. Trail is easy, like leisure walk. Trail is bit misty in the late fall.
