I love any place where my dogs are welcome, and at DD, they’re not only welcome, they’re fawned over and celebrated. The leashes I bought here years ago still hold up, versus the leashes I bought at a big box store that were more expensive and barely lasted 2 seasons. They have treats for the most sensitive tummies. I’ve learned so much about canine nutrition from the owners!

We have never experienced customer service like we have at Doodle Dogs. From helping us find a food our Bougie dogs will eat, to helping us find boots that actually fit! The delivery service is a life saver and it is so encouraging to be able to shop somewhere that cares about the products they have put out in the market. I love that they are local and support local.

Our go to and favourite store! Everyone here is so welcoming and Doodledogs literally feels like home. The staff are friendly and so knowledgeable. We are so glad we found you when we got our first dog, Monty. Corey and Meg taught us basically everything I know when it comes to food and I feel so proud to say that I know I am feeding my dog the best food out there. They truly treat you like family and we usually visit at least once a week! They have the best monthly deals and their point system is the best I’ve seen. Doodledogs is not the typically dog store, they are a true advocates for whole, real and the best food out there for your pet. They strive for amazing and high quality products as well. If you haven’t visited them yet, you are definitely missing out and need to do so ASAP!!!

It's official I'm addicted to shopping at this store!! What other dog store gives you store points for buying things, that you can use towards buying anything in store? Not only that but they always have monthly sales and an amazing loyalty program! Then the fact they have SAME day delivery for emergencies or next day delivery! Such an amazing luxury to have, especially not having to carry that heavy food bag to and from your car. The next best thing about this store is its a family business who researches what products they bring in first and carefully select the safest and most durable products for your dogs. They also carry the coolest new items, while adding new things in store regularly. When I do pop into store I'm always greeted by the most friendly employees and owners. Who always go above and beyond to assist me from Instagram messaging, in store, email or by phone the quality of service is always outstanding.

There just aren’t enough stars! I love Doodle Dogs. I placed an order yesterday for the Black Friday sale, I had the wrong preference checked and had selected pick-up instead of delivery. I emailed them and not only did they respond quickly, they changed it to delivery which I got today! They also have the best loyalty program on the planet and the greatest quality of pet products. Do not think twice about shopping here, just do it.

Doodle Dogs is by far the best boutique for any pet in the Calgary and surrounding area. We get next-day delivery service and whenever there is a product issue or allergy there are never any judgments; only help! They go above and beyond to make sure your animals are taken care of. Highly recommend. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

We recently ordered our dog new Canada pooch boots from doodle dogs. They were delivered to our doorstep the very next day along with a free sample freeze dry treat for our dog! The boots fit great. The service was second to none. And the overall shopping experience was stress free! Thank you :)

Awesome company and service! I used the online ordering and got free next day delivery to my door step for less than I'd pay at my last pet store! Also got a nice discount for my first order and a free toy for my dog! Had the privilege of meeting the owners and they are fantastic people as well!

We LOVE shopping at Doodle Dogs. They are incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Great point & rewards system that quickly adds up. Speedy shipping, is even better than Amazon Prime. I've ordered countless times at 11pm at night and received my order the next day, sometimes even within 12 hours! Gotta appreciate the photo & text message saying it's been dropped off. If there was an option to give six stars, or ten stars, I’d give it to Doodle Dogs. This is one of those places where you don’t just engage in a transaction - you engage in an experience. Meghan and Cory and team are always so informative and equipped with first-class products to offer across their store. You get the feeling every time your pet is the most important pet to their business, and the people at Doodle Dogs are genuinely devoted to finding the best thing to suit you and your pets needs. I will not shop anywhere else for my pets’ needs.

I wanted to like doodle but don’t quite get a pleasant experience or customer service I get at other pet stores. Over a series of visits and different interactions - during busy times and non-busy times both with and without my pet - I only get the bare minimum for service. Service is important in addition to great selection of goods. Their online website with inventory and delivery time/pick up is great though. Resorted to this method as my in-store experiences have only been mediocre.

Love them! Placed my order yesterday and it was delivered today during a snowstorm. They're faster than Amazon! They are very responsive to my questions over email and every time I've been in the store to ask questions I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. And they have great selection. We usually go out of our way to either order online (with next day delivery in calgary how can you go wrong) or go to the store, even though I have two pet stores within walking distance, because their selection and customer service really is the best. Plus they have a great rewards system.

I absolutely love this store! The staff are amazing and incredibly helpful, the selection is fantastic and the customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I recently emailed to make a change to my order (one that was entirely my fault) and within the hour got a response saying they had fixed it for me no problem. I’ve recently switched my dog to raw food and the staff was so helpful with suggestions and samples and weren’t even the tiniest bit pushy. It was a lovely experience. I’ve changed all of my pets to food that doodle dog sells because I trust that the owners have put the time, effort and knowledge into selling only high quality food. My cats and dog are now exclusive doodle dog fans! And if they ever start selling horse treats, I would 100% get them from doodle dogs as well (hint hint! 😉).
