I had them do a floral arrangement for my mom's celebration of life,and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what I had told her what I wanted. It turns out my other 3 sisters had also order their floral arrangement as well. I'd order from here again.

Excellent service and beautiful flowers. I loved the flowers as did my friend who received them. I ordered them around 8:30 am in my time zone and they were delivered before 11:30. Should I need to send flowers to anyone in Calgary again, they will be my first call.

What can I say about Hiafa and her flowers. Not only is she amazing at what she does but she goes above and beyond to make you happy and satisfied with your purchase. Hiafa has made two arrangements for me and I didn't have any complaints.I was far from unsatisfied. It showed she made them with love and she took her time. I got flowers for my nanny’s service last year and the pieces were more than I ever asked for. I have also purchased orchids for my other grandma one of them, my grandmother even said it was the queens orchid and was over the moon about it. I got surprise flowers from my Mum who ordered from here, but they came with some plants that were pretty toxic to cats. Fortunately, Haifa was very accomodating and allowed us to swap for a new plant arrangement that would be safe for our cat! She even went above and beyond and remade it entirely! Haifa let us know when it was ready and was understanding when we went to pick it up two days later. Great customer service, and all done with no extra cost. I found this flower shop online because I'm looking for something to send to my Sister on her birthday as I was not able to get something for her because of the short time. The flowers, balloon and chocolate was lovely as per mys sister comment, she eve mentioned that she was not around when the flower was delivered, it's my fault because the mobile phone number that I gave was not accurate,  but the the guy who delivered the flowers was so patient and concern that he even have to check and find how to leave the flowers etc to their neighbour when she checked their CCTV during the week.My sister was so happy that it was delivered on the day of her birthday as per my request. I highly recommend this flower shop and will definitely order again whenever I need it. Thank you very much.
