I bought fresh spinach pack yesterday which says triple washed and just now as I opened it, there was a big green live bug crawling inside the leaves. It's really disgusting. We expect quality and hygiene when we shop at Costco but this is very disappointing.

I am a PROUD Costco member. I have spent so much money over the years at Costco but it has been worth every penny. My husband jokingly said that if I ever pass away he’s going to build a statue of me in front of Costco. I do not mess around when I say I go to Costco almost every week. So many products here are high quality and very reasonably priced. When we recently began looking for our first home I began stocking up on household items and slowly accumulated almost everything we needed most of it from Costco. I had a very recent positive experience when I returned a thermostat that I had bought for my home because it simply wasn’t compatible with my furnace. The gentlemen that assisted me was quick and did not give me a hard time at all. I’ve been given a hard time when I made returns at the East Hills and 32nd NE location for no reason before but my experience at the Sarcee location was phenomenal. I LOVE Costco.

My daughter turned three as a last minute mom. Drove to my neighborhood Costco grabbed a cake and three nieces of pizza. Mom deserves a reward so retained one box for mOi 😚. Priced at$12.99 a box for an 18” way to go. Inflation friendly

It is a good place for buying stuff....cheese, vegetables, meat, fruits, furniture, toys, books, shoes, dress, & many more things under one roof. Though they doesn't have so much variety for items but their quality is very good. It is definitely good place buying stuff for large families but lots of things are eqaully good for small families too. Their staffs are also very helpful and friendly. Their return policy is also excellent.

Costco is always difficult. From getting to parking esp with gas patrons lining up on one access rd. blocking access (Very few access points in or out) always so busy. Grumpy shoppers. Long lines to pay. Out of some basic items I came for. Super long line to get receipt marked off. Need to stop that practice. Customer service staff were helpful. Staff efficient.

Very poor Customer service, staff they have no Idea what they ate doing , my least favourite location. DO NOT GET YOUR EYE CHECKED HERE I will absolutely never get anything from Costco, waste of time and money... got my exam and new lenses and they are blurry and they are trying to push me away and not correct their issue ... big regret to get it from here.

This is like the worst costco to go to. It's always insanely busy (moreso than regular costcos) and people at this one are pretty rude (employees and customers). It's the closer one to me but I'd honestly rather drive to the crossiron one than deal with the mess here. Not to mention the parking lot in beacon hill is a total gongshow and costco is at the very back! On a snowy winter day it will take you at least 30 mins or more to get out of the parking lot coming from costco. My most recent experience with the returns here was quite unpleasant. The lady kept asking so many questions about each of my items (I had 4 to return from seperate purchases) and some were longer than others. She sounded like she tried to guilt trip me saying I should any items ASAP because its not good to keep them long since some people tend to abuse the returns policy. I almost called her out asking if she was accusing me of being an abuser? I'm pretty confident there are worse people than me and they can see your returns history on your card anyways and I really do have minimal returns. I just can't afford to waste time standing in the long line up to return one item so usually I wait to accumulate a decent amount of items before I return, which happens maybe 3-4 times a year. I bet there are people returning every week, not to mention the lady behind me had a box of different fruits she wanted to return. I'm not shameless enough to return perishable items unless there is something seriously wrong with it. But sometimes even if it goes bad before the expiration I just throw it out and absorb the cost. This returns lady was also holding up the line by doing my return super slowly. She even said one of my items were missing something because the picture showed an item she couldnt find and I had to show her it needs to be flipped outwards and its stored that way to be compactable. The experience was just really aggravating in general. The only good thing about this costco is their gas is a little better setup than other costco's and they have 3 pumps at each lineup instead of the standard 2. But again, you will get stuck in the mall parking lot when you try to leave.

Costco Wholesale is usually massive, very busy, and loaded with lots of varieties like groceries, household supplies, books, decorations, electronics, clothing, mechanical stuff, medications 💊 and photography materials. Excellent customer service and great quality products.

Very busy place. But the service is really fast. Yesterday when we went to Costco one of the associate named Lan was very helpful. She helped me pull up old receipts within like minutes. Updated my name in my profile and did many other things. Not giving a review because she helped me. It's with the way they deal with customers. Very friendly and professional. This location is clean and neatly organized.

It is a good idea to open early than their usual hours. Before christmas/holidays.It helps to lessen the crowds. It is good to me because I'm an early riser.Thank you, Costco, for adjusting the opening hours.

I like this place, never gotten lost so far. Has almost everything you'll ever need in one place, including gas. You do need a membership to go in, which is sorta expensive, but I don't really mind it, it's definitely bang for buck. My only issue with the place is the free samples. The people handing them out are always so nice that I have a hard time declining them. Sometimes it spoils my appetite. In any case, lovely store.

Great selection on meat, seafood, and produce. Cellular could be more helpful. I stepped out of the store and dropped milk jug. Customer service replaced it at no cost. Costco always exceed expectations.

Great quality products at good price, except the line-up for gas is ridiculous, if your planning on filling up the tank then plan at least 15-20 mins to wait in the huge line running like a snake. Try to avoid going on weekends to escape the huge line inside store.

Bit busy on Sundays smaller gas station compared to other locations, has pretty much everything you need

I gave 4* is for the Costco name, not the service at this location. I know Costco is a wholesale club and I don't expect too much in terms of customer service, but i think they can improve a whole lot by training their staff when hiring! the smile, the word please and thank you which I rarely heard. they work like the law enforcement officers. The lady worked at the kiosk for food sampling also really mean, she would yell at you if you missed the procedure. The man that help the line at the check out had a really bad attitude as well. He showed me the line I should be checking out, but I didn't quite had a clear instructions and he point the finger at me and said "YES, YOU" These people didn't come from the jungle. Politeness and respect should also be applied even at the big box stores! It's a simple basic concept we all must have!

Excellent store with full stocking of all kinds of goodies. Great to shop after arrival in town before a long camping trip😃 US card membership works perfect here!

Costco my all time favorite store. Where you can get everything under one roof in wholesale price. They offered special promotions, clearance, and sales on most of their products. Membership required to enter in the store. They have a different kind of membership. Please contact service desk for further details. You get 1% 2 %, 3% cash back on your cards. On guess on store products or a restaurant. My kids love there, pizza and Putin. Number of parking, handicap parking handicap access, public washroom. And handicap access wash room. well-trained staff and they're walking around all the time. To help you regarding products or to assist you with new product. There are so many small counters. For new products, you can taste sample food or juice their specialty food counters. It's strongly recommended, especially if you have a big family. You can get everything, including gas from Costco.

Always have a great experience snatching samples from Trevor!! He sells customers on the deliciousness of the products while remaining honest. He poses a great attitude to everyone around him, and is always fun to see when my family and I go shopping. Kudos to him for being an outstanding employee. Keep up the great work Trevor!!

They provide halal meat and chicken. You have carefully check the products one by one. Some Autralian lamb and meat has halal label on it. The have halal oxtail as well.
