    DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Lived here for over a year and had nothing but problems. Storage locker broken into 3 times (ALL my personal belongings were taken and management did nothing), “maintenance” walked into my unit WITHOUT notice while I was changing in my bedroom (TWICE), no security, a handful of break-ins into the building, they don’t pay their staff, units have been robbed by AirBnB’ers, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbours are doing and the list goes on and on. Do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews…save your time, money and sanity and live somewhere else. 0/10 stars.

    FINAL UPDATE: I finally received my damage deposit on August 15 after moving out April 29. It was in the form of an e-transfer which seemingly could have been done at any time within minutes. In order to receive this I had to email nearly a dozen times and call many times over the course of several weeks not just to the property manager but to multiple other individuals working with Arlington Street. I received 1 phone call back during this entire period after indicating that I may need to reach out to the Residential Tenancy Dispute services. I was then offered to receive my entire deposit including the amount that had been deducted at the final walk-through due to my negative experience BUT ONLY if I agreed to remove this review on Google. I declined as I do feel this is a very honest experience that others should be aware of. Please proceed with caution renting from this group. UPDATE: It has now been an additional 2 weeks since I posted this review and was told in response from the owner below that this concern was taken seriously and I would receive a response in 24 hours. I have still received NO response regarding the return of my damage deposit from April 29, 2023 despite additional emails and 2 phone calls with voicemails left for a callback. This is a prime example of the responsiveness of this management team. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent in this building. I lived in the building for 3 years and while the location is fantastic and it is wonderful to have Linas and other shopping nearby, the building itself has zero amenities and zero security. The management company puts no effort into the long term tenants because the majority of the units are now short stay rentals/airbnbs. Communication is non-existent. I was required to email the property manager five or more times and escalate it up to the management company itself on several occasions while living here. While some of the property managers have been better at responding, they change every 4-6 weeks without warning and then are stuck catching up on months worth of emails. I moved out at the end of April 2023 and still have not received my damage deposit back despite multiple emails. The security of the building is abysmal, especially for how much is being charged per month. Multiple cars of other tenants were broken into. My storage locker was broken into and nobody replied to my emails regarding this for almost a month and even then did not fix the door that was now unable to lock into the storage unit. It was clear from how methodically my belongings had been gone through that no security cameras existed as whoever stole my belongings clearly took their time and were able to load up 4 or 5 storage containers. The wooden construction does not allow for any soundproofing. I heard full conversations and could sing along to the exact songs that the neighbors above me were playing. The management company is riding on the fact that the neighborhood and location are so wonderful but put an appalling lack of care into the building itself. It is very obvious after being a long term renter that no concern is put into tenants. I would avoid this building at all costs.

    Beautiful Building but so many downfalls. The wood flooring means you hear EVERYTHING your neighbour above is doing, from sneezing to flushing the toilet and worse. Security is also a major issue in the building, the parkade is not secure and has been broken into several times over my lease. As well as the storage lockers and theft in the parkade itself. Some tenants also list their units on Air BNB which creates more issues with sound violation and security. Management changes frequently, I saw 5 or 6 new people over the course of the year and there is very poor accountability and response times for issues on behalf of the management team. Plus a lack of security and privacy as management and maintenance will enter your unit without notice.

    Not worth trusting apartment at all!!!! I have been moving out of the apartment for more than two months and have not received my deposit so far. The property manager didn't respond to my emails at all, which was very incomprehensible and infuriating. Emails to the company's complaints department also went unanswered.

    Beautiful apartments and townhomes with nice finishes and appliances. The balconies are a good size for patio furniture, plus a huge shared rooftop patio with bbq’s and a city view. The underground parking, visitor parking, and storage lockers are a bonus. The security features seemed really good with common area cameras, fob access and keypad/keyless locks on the apartments. I toured the building and didn’t hear any noise in the hallways or apartments, it seemed very quiet and soundproof compared to other buildings. Lina’s Italian market is on the main floor with awesome food and coffee, and lots of other walkable shopping and restaurants like Sunterra across the street.

    Moved in last year, after months of searching apartments within the same price range and not finding anything I liked. It's been great so far! Great location, lots of natural light, balconies that are spacious but still private, quiet and respectful neighbors and lots of cute dogs. My drive to work in the Beltline is less than 10 minutes, even during peak hours. Would recommend to any young professionals looking for a place close to downtown.

    The Windsor apartment building is an ideal place to live - Located right in the middle of the city. Suites are bright and spacious. If you are a dog owner, this is the place to live! No restrictions on size !!! One minute from the best off-leash in the city, just above the elbow river with stairs that access dog beach. Lina's is right below us which is such a great bonus. We are right across the street from Britannia Shopping Plaza and it has a pharmacy, Sunterra, restaurants and more. Property Manager Stephanie and building manager Fred do their very best to assist all tenants in a timely manner. I have lived here 3 years and I love it.

    Renters beware. This property management company does not uphold their end of tenancy agreements. They like to use the justification of fair market rent for the Calgary area; however they do not fullfill their end of tenancy agreements in an acceptable time matter. Such as replacing/servicing appliances in acceptable timeframe that satisfies their end of a tenancy agreement which states their responsibility to ensure a space is habitable. They have also demonstrated catastrophic failure to ensure proper and continuous operation of their domestic hot water by having a failure of the system not once but twice. That shows a disregard for maintenance of their system. It is well within your right as clients to ask for proof and validation of maintenance logs on equipment that services your suite. I would highly suggest for current tenants that if you are having issues with this company in regards to having your concerns resolved satisfactorily and within an acceptable timeframe; file complaints with Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolution Service.

    Techvill Appliance Repair has been providing services to ASI at their Windsor and The Fifth locations for almost two years now. The team, Stephanie Grassi & Salima Samji, are without a doubt a fantastic team! They are professional, detail oriented, always ready to resolve issues, very easy to work for, team player,...
