The
staff
is
very
unorganized
I
go
there
a
couple
times
a
week
bc
it’s
close
to
my
house.
Every
time
I
get
an
iced
Capp
is
just
runny
water
with
no
taste.
When
it’s
supposed
to
be
abit
slushie.
Please
PLEASE
just
tell
the
customer
that
you
just
put
the
iced
cap
mix
in
the
machine
and
that
you’re
not
serving
it
for
a
little
while.
They
take
forever
to
take
your
order
and
customers
before
me
have
to
repeat
their
order
to
the
worker
multiple
times.
I
once
waited
inside
for
17
min
for
my
iced
coffee
made
with
almond
mild
that’s
all
I
ordered
and
the
customers
that
ordered
after
me
all
got
their
food
and
drinks
after
me.
It’s
unacceptable
that
every
time
I
go
my
order
is
just
horrible
or
I
wait
forever
for
a
drink.
Every
time
I
get
an
iced
Capp
at
this
location
is
the
same
and
I
end
up
throwing
it
out
that
$3.70
that
I’ve
thrown
out
for
like
the
tenth
time
now.
Their
bakery
display
is
also
a
mess
they
don’t
showcase
the
Timbits
they
have
because
they
keep
them
in
a
tray
in
the
back.
It’s
unacceptable
I’m
always
throwing
money
thinking
that
the
next
time
will
be
better.
STOP
SELLING
ICED
CAPPS
WHEN
YOU
PUT
NEW
MIX
IN
THE
ICED
CAPP
MACHINE.
I
was
a
Tim
Hortons
employee
in
Stoney
creek
Ontario
but
we
did
things
differently.
Standing
in
line
and
for
my
order
for
so
long
I
see
all
the
workers
,
and
as
there
are
a
few
that
work
for
others
that
just
don’t
know
what
they
are
doing.
I
understand
everyone
works
at
different
levels
and
it’s
a
lot
of
pressure
at
store
front
when
it’s
a
big
line
,
I
was
out
in
that
position
as
well
but
that
just
make
me
work
fast,
more
efficiently
and
had
communication
with
my
other
team
members.
A
thing
I
appreciate
is
that
they
close
at
10pm,
but
the
walk
in
doors
close
at
8pm
so
they
didn’t
say
anything
when
I
once
rode
through
the
drive
through
on
my
bike
because
another
customer
before
me
did
the
same
and
he
said
it’s
fine,
that
time
also
I
ordered
a
orange
ginger
quencher
with
less
ice
and
I
think
they
just
filled
half
the
cup
with
ice
it
was
a
whole
scoop
in
theirs.
Anyways
Please
someone
from
management
reply
to
my
comment
as
some
things
have
to
change.
