    Regular Tim Hortons nothing special. This spot seems super busy in morning the residents in Panaroma coming to have breakfast here. Food looks fresh and well prepared store feels clean. Was want to order potato bacon soup but they don't have it so instead get the spicy Thai chicken soup, it's surprisingly delicious I think this right now is on my list if I go Tim's for food. Good ambient with friendly stuff. Recommend this location.

    The staff is very unorganized I go there a couple times a week bc it’s close to my house. Every time I get an iced Capp is just runny water with no taste. When it’s supposed to be abit slushie. Please PLEASE just tell the customer that you just put the iced cap mix in the machine and that you’re not serving it for a little while. They take forever to take your order and customers before me have to repeat their order to the worker multiple times. I once waited inside for 17 min for my iced coffee made with almond mild that’s all I ordered and the customers that ordered after me all got their food and drinks after me. It’s unacceptable that every time I go my order is just horrible or I wait forever for a drink. Every time I get an iced Capp at this location is the same and I end up throwing it out that $3.70 that I’ve thrown out for like the tenth time now. Their bakery display is also a mess they don’t showcase the Timbits they have because they keep them in a tray in the back. It’s unacceptable I’m always throwing money thinking that the next time will be better. STOP SELLING ICED CAPPS WHEN YOU PUT NEW MIX IN THE ICED CAPP MACHINE. I was a Tim Hortons employee in Stoney creek Ontario but we did things differently. Standing in line and for my order for so long I see all the workers , and as there are a few that work for others that just don’t know what they are doing. I understand everyone works at different levels and it’s a lot of pressure at store front when it’s a big line , I was out in that position as well but that just make me work fast, more efficiently and had communication with my other team members. A thing I appreciate is that they close at 10pm, but the walk in doors close at 8pm so they didn’t say anything when I once rode through the drive through on my bike because another customer before me did the same and he said it’s fine, that time also I ordered a orange ginger quencher with less ice and I think they just filled half the cup with ice it was a whole scoop in theirs. Anyways Please someone from management reply to my comment as some things have to change. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

    Worst food I’ve ever had from a Tim Hortons. They give us soggy potato wedges and when the tell the cashier about it they microwave and give it to us. Never seen service like this at a Tim Hortons before in my life. Another thing to add: The Medium caramel iced latte I ordered was filled to the brim with ice. There was barely 25% of the actual drink in there. Would rate this Tim Hortons a 0 star if I could

    The team works very hard. They deal with a lot of backlash from angry customers. I'm not sure about quality control as this was the farmers wrap.

    There is something wrong with this Tim Hortons. I came yesterday during non-peak hours. Most items were not available. Their frozen drinks machine was broken. The pastries were stale and the rep didn't warm them for us. The service was okay. And the tables were dirty.

    I recently visited this location and ventured into the drive-through lane, only to encounter a frustrating and disheartening experience. As I proceeded deeper into the drive-through, unable to turn back due to cars behind me, I was confronted with a sign stating that the establishment only accepted cash. It was at this point that my ordeal began. When it was finally my turn to place an order, I politely approached the staff and attempted to reason with them, suggesting that I could return with cash to complete the transaction. My intention was to have the food prepared and ready for pickup inside the restaurant. However, to my disappointment, they were unwilling to accommodate my request and displayed a lack of willingness to work with me in finding a solution. The entire incident led to wasting a significant amount of my time, as I had already spent around 15 minutes waiting in line. While I appreciate the apology I received, it does not excuse the decline in customer service at this location. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of improvement, especially considering that I had previously filed a complaint regarding the inclusion of meat in an egg and cheese order. As a customer, I have high expectations for the management of this establishment. It is their responsibility to take the initiative and rectify such issues promptly. However, the lack of improvement and disregard for customer satisfaction displayed by the management is deeply disappointing.

    One of the worst locations in Calgary. Disorganized and improperly trained. Can't do math. All the staff run off one brain cell combined. How hard is it to make a tea and add white hot chocolate.
