Wish this was in Toronto! If you're in Calgary, this is a must. Service: 5/5, very helpful and friendly Atmosphere: casual with space to dine in Food: 5/5 - ordered chicken and beef platter with tabouleh salad. Perfectly seasoned chicken and deep charcoal smokiness on the beef takes it to a whole new level. Tabouleh was a bit heavy on the acidity but still good. Fries were A+ with the seasoning as well.

Very disappointed after hearing so much about this place. They charge just as much or more as any other shawarma joint in the city and you get significantly smaller portions. The wrap is only about 1/2 the size of other places and their sad excuse for poutine is a joke. The container was only filled about 2/3 of the way and all the sauces were dumped in a single spot. This is pure laziness and a complete disregard for their customers, as well as being totally ignorant of how much better their competitors are. Not to mention the hours are terrible! If you work a 9-5 job like me and most people, you're never going to be able to eat here unless you make it on a Saturday. And I would go literally anywhere else to get more food that tastes better for the same price or less. Stay away from here!

Coming from Toronto my restaurants standard is very high...having more variety and a lot of options there .. But to be honest this place was even way better than the middle eastern restaurants in Toronto. The place is very cute and well organized. Staff are so welcoming and super friendly.let me start with their salad/pickle table ( super cleannnn) never seen a fast food place with a clean counter like that....the staff kept changing their gloves ensuring they are serving clean food to their customers. The food was super delicious. I haven't tried falafel this good even in the Middle East. So fresh...crispy from outside and soft from inside. Just the perfect right texture. Their tabuli is so fresh not saugy at all as it was just made with the right amount of dressing. Crispy fries....perfect well seasoned rice....everything so tasty and delicious. My favorite restaurant in Calgary. Highly recommend this place. And will definitely be returning to try more stuff.

4.5 overall. Great dining experience - order at the front and then you sit down with your food. Limited seats and even fewer parking spots here. The pita is freshly made in store and there's a window that shows this live. There is a poutine option along with takeaway desserts. Here is a place where you're going for the quality, vege balance and taste without the over-drenched sauce all over the wrap. Wraps are $13.50-$17.50. Platters are close to $20. Though not overly stuffed, it is the right amount to get the balance of all flavours right. If you're looking for a place with a lot of meat stuffed in and your pita is breaking apart b/c it's too stuffed, this is not for you.

The food was underwhelming. The rice was from the bottom of the heat bin and pale, dry and crispy. The pita was crusty and they only give you half of one with a platter. That is strange. The taboleh was off, we couldn’t eat it. However the chicken was good and my wife asked to get new rice and they apologized and provided replacement that was much better. Unfortunately we will not return.

Honestly the best food. The amount of food in comparison to the cost was excellent. The staff made the experience just as good- they were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely looking to go back.

LOVE this place!! Delicious food and fast, friendly service. Their wraps are amazing, but if you are on a special diet or just not very hungry (like I was today), you can order a side of only meat and it is soooo good! Not too salty and flavored with delicious spices. Will definitely be coming back soon.

This place is awesome. Many places offer this type of food but this is the first one i have seen in Calgary that roasts their meet over hot coals imparting a great flavor to the meat. Friendly staff and service is always prompt. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

A new place to buy your shawarma and everything. Actually not oily and very tasty. Friendly staff and good presentation on their garlic sauce on a jar. All foods are superb specially the fries and sharwarmas 👌👌👌👌. Definitely a place to go weekly with family. Thank you to the lady who serves us earlier. 👌👌👌. Great service and attitude here. You can tell that a lot of love is put into the food and it is exceptional. It seems like most, if not all, the food is made from scratch in house and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommended

I don’t know how I never knew about this place ,, Literally the best in Calgary!! The falafel was soo fluffy and full of flavors, fires with Zaatar is another level 👌🏻 the shawarma and the wrap bread is the BEST here,, highly recommend!

Chicken shawarma poutine is probably the best type of poutine I ever had. The chicken was so good and had a crispy crust. And they have a huge variety of toppings! 10/10:)

Ram and all her girls are so sweet and amazing. Their hummus is AMAZING... so good that we buy it in bulk when we g o there for lunch. This place is a gem. You know when you bite into a shawarma and it drips that you’ve found authentic food. Amazing taste, and top notch service. Love that the pita is freshly made everyday in front your eyes. Guaranteed not to disappoint.

I ordered the Tabouli salad for takeout and it was delicious but was surprised at how small the container was for $11.00!! There isn’t much to a Tabouli salad so was envisioning a larger portion for the $11.00.

The best shawarma in western Canada, the only negative is once you have had this hit your lips you can’t find the same enjoyment out of any other place. Addicted to their food!!! Fresh made pitas every day too. The chicken is good and even the felafel is top notch. There desert is also not to sweat like it always is, so can actually enjoy it.

Got this place recommended by a friend and we haven't stopped going here since then. A small but lively places with enough seating area providing amazing Lebanese food with great flavours. They even took our order with 10mins to close. They were very accommodating and considerate. Enough seating area available. Food is really good with great quantity at reasonable price. What more to ask for.

Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. Upon entering I was welcomed by the wonderful chicken aroma. The chicken was being roasted slowly over a charcoal grill. I ordered the chicken shawarma which had a nice balance of spices and freshness from the greens. On top of it they make their shawarma pita bread in house. I was so impressed I had to order another one to take home. Prices are fair. Will definitely come again.

First of all, it smells like heaven. The smell makes you feel like you travelled abroad and walked into a side street where the locals eat. I was helped right away given excellent suggestions, and got to sit and eat the best mixed shawarma I have ever had. It was hot and the flavours were authentic. This shop should be on TV. Bravo!

My top favorite Shawarma place in Calgary(sorry Jimmy's). When you enter you are greeted by smokey scent of fire roasted meat. It's so enticing, you won't be able to wait for s meal. This family run restaurant is as authentic as it gets and service us equally great to the good. You can see entire process if making the pita bread on fire oven and pass the skewers full of meat while moving to the order counter. Their selection is wide but the classics are the go-to. Atmosphere is decent but place is so popular during lunch hours you may have to send in line outside. Coming back as s regular.

Good shawarma's. Poutine could use some more gravy though. Cheese and gravy were on the colder side.

Amazing place with exceptional food and a neat ambiance. We ordered a takeout Falafel platter, a small side of garlic dip, a thing of hummus, two desserts, and a chicken shawarma. Everything was extremely fresh (they even cook the pita in front of you), balanced and delicious. Falafel was moist inside and crisp outside (some of the best falafel I've had in awhile). Tabbouleh was so so so good (I could eat a giant bowl!). We will certainly be back!

I was there today and i orderer a chicken wrap and a poutine . All what i can say is this is what i got as a regular poutine , very small portion as you can see on pictures , the bottom of the plate is so clear 👌 this is too CHEAP . You got 2 stars just for the smiling staff, otherwise you don't deserve even 1 star

Every time we order pickup from Beirut Street Food the food is fresh, the portions are huge, the price is reasonable, and it is ready quickly. Last night when I arrived they were making fresh falafel for my order. I wish they had slightly better hours but, it might be for the best that I can't order as often as I would like.

Beirut Street Food has the best chicken shawarma that I have had ANYWHERE - every aspect is home made (including the wrap) by a wonderfully warm and charming family. Once you try it you will want to go back every day - ENJOY!
