The experience was pretty nice for a work team, not easy that all, we choose a difficult one and make us burn our brains. We enjoy it a lot. The place is well located, organized, clean, enough parking spots, online reservation and payment. Totally worth it. Recommended.

BEST. ESCAPE. ROOM. EVER. I am still remain unable to escape. I ran out of hints three weeks ago. Sometimes the staff taunts me over the PA. They have been nice enough to allow me to use a vending machine filled entirely with peanuts, and access to a bathroom. On a tangent, while the bathroom provided is of high quality only the Coop gas station toilet in Beddington owns my heart (although the offer has been made ever tempting since I have been growing a tail). I'm convinced they have bricked up the other side of the door. I can no longer tell whether it's day or night. I'm not entirely sure how long I have been here. I've been scratching the days I've been here on the wall, but I have no clue if the tallys are accurate. This is an easy 5/5. I will definitely come here again, once I finally escape.

Was able to experience an online escape room with my colleagues (company event), and we all had a blast! It was well organized and the hosts did a great job. There were many times when the host was put on the spot and they were always able to improvise their narration to work with what we wanted to do. The game itself was fun, challenging but felt a little easier than in-person escape rooms as there's more information given to us. The visual aids were well made and easy to read. Everyone in the team had fun and would love to do it again!

Me my mom and our friend went to do the Quest for Excalibur. The room was great! We had to use a lot of help buttons but the staff was nice in assisting us in the room. Kate working there had a great personality and was laughing with us at the jokes my friend made. We had a great time with Them

Fun experience for 3! Enjoyed every moment. Really nice staff. Even gave us a little more time at the end to finish, since there was no one after us.

Wowzers. My teen and his 5 friends did Game Over yesterday. They had a great time! And they won with 2 minutes left…PS…yes they needed hints, had so much fun tho! Send your teens to this room if they want to Save the Princess and have a riot! (13 and 14 year olds).

We went to The Locked Room as a team building exercise for work. We had a lot of fun. Going in I thought it was going to be like a haunted house or scary, but it wasn't scary at all! I would like to come back with friends or family soon 🤗

It was a great experience with my daughters and granddaughter. The staff there were very enthusiastic and encouraging. Will do again. First time easiest one with 11:08 time left.

It was a great way to spend a day indoors when the weather outside was muggy. The staff was enthusiastic and made the experience very enjoyably! We will definitely come back!

We did a virtual Escape room via Zoom for work and team bonding. It was a great Experience! So much fun! Our story guide, Kianna, had great energy and enthusiasm. She really made the story come to life. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Our family of 4 had such a fun time at the Locked Room! There were problems for each of us to solve, and it was such a smart and well crafted adventure. We were all very impressed, and we'll likely be back regularly!

I've done two online games with The Locked Room recently and in every respect I've been very impressed. The game hosts have been charming and professional, the structure and delivery of the games in a Zoom-friendly format has been excellent and easy-to-follow and the games themselves have been fun, funny and interesting. I highly recommend!

Had a great time doing the video game room. Well designed, fun and all ages in our group enjoyed it. We needed lots of hints, and the staff were so nice, and fantastic. We'll be back to try another room!

Went here for a friend's birthday and we ended up doing the Camelot themed room. I will be honest, I am not a fan of locked rooms, but the birthday boy was. Had a freakin' blast here! Puzzles were fun, everyone contributed, and we were extremely close to getting the best time. I recommend this place to anyone who likes locked rooms, and thank the staff for being super friendly and helpful.

Our work arranged this as part of a team building exercise and I really enjoyed it. We had the pleasure of doing a virtual escape room. Seamus was an excellent host who made it easy for the team to engage with the puzzle, his narration really brought the escape room to life.

First time ever going. It was a blast. We will definitely be going again and I am absolutely floored by how friendly and attentive the staff was. Many thanks and much love

Did the Quizzler's Revenge room and it was lots of fun. They had pre-recorded videos that made it extra immersive and entertaining. Staff was very helpful and gave us extra time to finish the room because there were no bookings afterwards.

Had a super fun time. We did Oswald's Museum and Kianna was our host. She is a great game master, and puts a lot into the story. 10/10 Would recommend.

We had an absolute blast. We had such a great time that we ended up doing 2 rooms in the same day. We can’t wait to go back. The staff were absolutely incredible.

Did the Quizzler’s Revenge Room. One of the best I’ve done and I’ve completed around 100 rooms. Great job Locked Room team.

We did the Game Over with our 3 kids ages 7-13. They had a blast, it's a very fun room and the staff were awesome.

Very friendly staff. We failed the hardest room but the puzzles were fun regardless. Lots of work put into the rooms.

We went as two work groups. Part of us did the Excalibur and the other group attempted the quizzler room. It was SO much fun. Totally have to think outside the box and work together as a team. I would highly recommend and will go back myself again. Things to note. You get lockers in the main lobby for your personal belongings. No cameras allowed in the rooms. This is a timed event so keep someone's eye on the timer.

We tried Game Over room as a family and had an amazing experience. Puzzles, tricks and questions were all organized very well and logical. The staff was awesome. Thank you for a good time. Look forwarding to trying other rooms in the near future!

We did the 8bit room and it was lots fun. I especially appreciate the staff member that hosted our room (staff with long hair), he was enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

Excellent place for a group activity. We took the Quizzlers revenge room. It was difficult. Throughout the duration we could even get hints from the folks there. They were able to point us in the right direction. Would be back for an easier room soon.

It was an okay experience but definitely not as good as others nearby. The puzzles were okay and some more complex (which we like) but the rooms themselves were not very immersive. Staff was friendly, if a bit unprofessional (skateboarding in the lobby?). Probably won’t go to this again.

Very happy with two of these escape rooms (Quizzler & Excalibur). The flow made sense, there were concurrent activities and a logical flow. The staff were very friendly and when we ran out of time for one room, the staff gave us the extra 3 minutes to complete the room! Aesthetically pleasing, the puzzles worked very well, and you had proper feedback when either wrong or completed correctly. Would recommend! Highly

Went here with a couple friends! Wasn’t the best experience as the locks seemed to just pop open even when we haven’t solved the puzzle. Hard to follow but still had a great time with friends, staff was very sweet

Had a absolute blast taking on 2 different escape rooms in the same afternoon! First we did the Pirate themed one which was absolutely great, then we decided to do the Quizzlers room since we made it out of the pirate one in time. The Quizzlers Revenge was definitely tougher but totally worth it!

My friends and I did an adventure at the northeast location and absolutely loved it! The puzzles were of an appropriate challenge and the staff were helpful and no limit on clues when we were stuck! Definitely would recommend this location!

Great fun activity for families. Friendly staff and the Excalibur room was well-designed and challenging but we got out in time (almost; with a little help :)
