Great location in downtown, beside Prince Island Park walking distance. Luxurious experience. We got the Executive Suite, and it was very warm and welcoming! Check-in was quick and easy, they have pool and hot tub, the pool was very warm! Also has a fitness gym, 24/7. They have quick accommodation. Also, I forgot my phpne charger at the hotel room. I called in and they mailed it back to me for free! With such service, I had to come back and give a very positive review! So if you forget something, they'll return it to you no problem! Took about 2 weeks though! Recommend if you're looking for a luxury fair pricing experience! They have parking valet, recommend for sure. They have breakfast, not included.

Such a beautiful hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. Great to see smiling faces at the front desk as soon as you arrive. I really enjoyed my stay here, everything was top notch. The breakfast that was included in my package was absolutely delicious. Housekeeping was done everyday which I really appreciate, a service you don't get at most hotels these days. The gym/pool was excellent too. I will definitely be back!!!

I stayed here for three nights for a corporate event, the room was very comfortable and quiet. Nice hot shower with lots of pressure. What impressed me the most was the quality of the food that we had during the conference. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. Very impressed by the kitchen here and the catering team.

Our first time staying at this Sheraton for a one night staycation with a 7 year old. We ran into some issues at check-in due to the fact that they didn’t have a dog friendly room ready. Instead of 3pm, we couldn’t check in until 4:30 which would have been frustrating. However, the staff provided us with updates, a food certificate to the hotel restaurant as well as late check out. Mistakes happen and how this one was dealt with really showed their commitment to customer service. Room was clean, large and bright with comfortable beds. Pool was a highlight for my daughter and location superb for walks in the park and near a ton of amazing restaurants. Great value - we’ll be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton this weekend. The hotel is clean, our room was large and very nice and the staff are very pleasant. The pool and hot tub were both great. The pool was quite shallow so our 6 year loved not needing a life jacket. There was also a nice patio just off the pool to enjoy the sun. You really can’t beat the location either. Many restaurants near by, Princes Island park and the C-train.

We booked a room for my sister's bachelorette party. I called the hotel that morning and asked for early check in to allow my mother to decorate the room and they were happy to oblige. We arrived to the hotel and the valets were amazing and treated us so well. Once in the room it was beautiful - very accommodating for the 4 people we had in the room. The front desk agents were amazing and efficient from check in to check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely will be back to stay! Had a great time!

We stayed at the Sheraton mid week during the Stampede. Reception and staff were fast and friendly. They gave my kids bags of mini donuts that they loved. Room was as-expected. Beds were somewhat soft but very comfortable. The pool was perfect size for kids: a bug slide and no deep end. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Also a 10 minute walk to the island and the drop-off location for Lazy Day Raft rentals (which was also great!). I would definitely stay here with my family again.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure! The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff and the room was spacious and great with our one year old kiddo. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Lots of access to other spots in this location too, including the river walk.

Allen at the front desk was exceptionally committed to helping customers and eager to make their stay enjoyable. I saw this when he was helping guests ahead of me at check-in regarding attractions and another customer that was eager to say hi to him. With me, he sought to find the best room available and worked through uncontrollable technical issues. It's clear the staff here take pride in their job. The cleaning staff do an excellent job, the restaurant food quality is great and conference facilities are well maintained. From many Marriott stays, I can clearly say the staff here are certainly among the best without question.

Excellent staff - friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Spouse and I visited Calgary for a weekend in October with the idea of visiting places the locals recommend. Andrew at the check-in counter was a sweet hearted person who took time to talk to us about what we enjoy and also drafted an itinerary for us - one that we followed and enjoyed so much! We also have some diet restrictions, and Sion at the lounge was sweet enough to confirm the ingredients in various items at breakfast, so we have a comfortable visit. All in all 💯 Recommend. I'm definitely going back to this place.

Flower & Wolf offers a beautiful selection of cocktails and we fully enjoyed the relaxed, professional service. There is nothing nicer than being attended to, but not constantly interrupted with questions from the staff. Everything was paced perfectly and the food was spectacular. A lot of thought went into the salad and the burger was tasty. Can't wait to try more things on the menu!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this hotel. It is upscale but not pretentious. The staff is super friendly and the property is very well maintained. The hotel restaurant (Wolf & Flower) is quite good and so are the 2 next door (Joey’s and Local Public Eatery) which is super handy on cold nights. I also forgot something in the room and the lost and found team was extremely helpful in arranging a speedy delivery back to me. The wifi is an additional charge, but it you sign up for the the Marriott Bonvoy Rewards program it’s free. There is also a public parking lot directly across the street if you would prefer not to use valet. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant check-in with friendly reception. The suites are a nice size and clean. The suite was ready even though we arrived an hour early. The beds were comfortable and suite was quiet on the west side. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an extra day. Would stay here again.

Spent 3 days here for a conference, great experience. Would have been nice to have tables with power outlets in the meeting rooms. Tina from the service team impressed our entire group with her cheerfulness and willingness to accommodate our group. Restaurant Local was in the same parking lot and was AWESOME.

The place has very large and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly most of the days. I would only change the appearance pf the hotel to make it a little more updated and have better sound proof walls since I could hear the guys next door doing stuff.

Not sure where to begin. A little busy at the reception. The gentleman was very kind and outgoing. Valet was amazing. Get to the room, beautiful. Lights were on, sheets clean, and super comfy beds. Could use a fan in the bathroom. A bit more OH lighting. Pool was amazing. Right depth for kids. Good temperature. Just too bad other guests can figure out white towels and striped towels. They were left all over the pool area and bathroom.

My amazing husband surprised me with an evening away to celebrate our milestone anniversary. The staff were amazing and surprised us with bubbles and desserts. The room was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

My family and I had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We have a big family so liked that each room had a pull out couch bed. First time we have slept all 6 of us and each got our own beds. (2 rooms of coarse)

Literally the best hotel I've stayed in. The staff are impeccable and will go out of their way to help you! The rooms are perfect... I love the bed, pillows and shower! This is our go to hotel in Calgary and I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Calgary or needing a night away. The staff at the restaurant are incredible as well! Zero complaints.

A little far away from all of our favourite cocktail and Mexican food places but everything else about this place is perfect. The staff are always amazing, kind, helpful, and welcoming. The bell and front desk staff are always perfect welcoming and professional. There is a reason that I will come back to this hotel continuously. It’s not out of place for me to visit here at least four or five times per year. I am from Edmonton but I’d like to enjoy my friends and family in a new place which for us is Calgary. The Calgary Sheraton Eau Claire has always provided high-end service for us.

Hotel is beautiful to take kids to. Staff is amazing until you have an issue. Had to deal with crazy noise called the front desk as I couldn’t get my child to sleep at 1am. Never been spoken to in such a condescending manner in my life! Wow. Great place until it’s not!

First time staying here. Staff were extremely pleasant. Guy who ran the valet service was one of the nicest guys and even remembered us the next day, which was good because I lost my valet ticket. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool was nice and warm, towels were a decent size which is always pleasant.

My husband and I prepared a birthday surprise for our daughter. She loves staying in hotels! 😂 We have chosen Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire, it is because not only they have the most beautiful, clean and very spacious rooms, but more importantly the staff here are incredibly warm and friendly. The moment you are about to walk in to their hotel, you can already see through their glass doors, they are ready to welcome you with their warm smiles. I didn’t tell the Front Desk agent that it is actually a birthday surprise, but she knew the occasion. She asked for her name, which I though was just a part of our conversation. When we were in the room, a staff brought a plate of enticing treat for my daughter. She greeted her and handed a card with the message “Happy Birthday, Zoe!”. It was even signed by the employees working at that time! How amazing! We shall always remember that special treatment! Zoe enjoyed the treat and she said “Best birthday ever!” We feel grateful to the staff for our wonderful experience. To the General Manager, Sir/Madam: your employees are superb! This kindness will be told to our families and friends.

This was one of the best experiences I've had a hotel for a while. Absolutely amazing customer service. The front desk most importantly were so helpful and friendly. The room was nice & clean, the breakfast was pretty good, someone even came to clean a couple of days in which was amazing. Great experience.

We will stay here again without question. We loved it all! The staff were just wonderful. They were so kind to my little one celebrating a birthday and made every effort to treat her extra special. We were very appreciative. The rooms were super clean, well appointed. Pool was fun and very clean as well. Ate at the hotel restaurant with excellent service and food. Would certainly recommend a stay here!

First, the good things. Staff was all very pleasant and the pool has a super fast waterslide that the kids (and husband) loved. Parking is pretty convenient with a paid lot right across the street. Now the bad things. Check in was a nightmare. I have never seen anything like it. Line ups out the door. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 and we were told that they’d call when it was, but we never got a phone call so finally I called at 7:30 and we were able to access it. They said they have staffing shortages, which is likely true given that there is a worker shortage across all sectors right now. We paid $350 for one night, which I feel is outrageous for the caliber of the hotel. We found the beds to be extremely uncomfortable and pillows terrible. The other negative about the room was that the blackout curtains actually cover the vents, so we had to choose air conditioning or a dark room. Very strange design. Upon checkout, I was not asked how our stay was, or I would have shared this information with the front desk. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel based on our one night’s experience.

What a great hotel. We stayed their for 2 nights and everything was great. The hotel is surrounded with great restaurants, it’s near a local mall and is close but not to close to business office. The staff was impeccable! The hospitality of the front to desk (Allan) to the valet (he was the best) to the cleaning staff to the restaurant was superb. I would say Disney Like quality. Also… the pool was great! I would recommend this place to families and couples.

We Stayed for two nights. When we checked in the valet service was fast and friendly. Hotel was gorgeous. The room was very clean. and it had many of those small extra amenities you do not get at regular hotels. I found it hard to get out of bed because the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was clean.The staff was awesome very friendly and helpful I would 100% stay here again.

Accommodating staff, great interior design, minimalistic, but well-planned rooms make this hotel a no-brainer for a long-term stay in Calgary or a quick overnight layover. They let us in when a previous hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation. Kudos to the man who helped us on December 29th for the night shift. He's the real MVP and showed us how the Sheraton provides high-quality customer satisfaction.

Superb service, an excellent pool and fitness centre, well appointed rooms, and a great location make the Sheraton a great 4-star choice in Calgary. ——— First off, the level of service you receive at the Sheraton is unmatched from anywhere else we have stayed. From the moment you pull up to the valet, they are ready to open the door for you, help you with your bags, etc. All of the customer service and valet staff were excellent, but Aaron really stood out; he was super helpful, courteous, and an asset to the Sheraton team. Our room was really spacious and had everything that we needed. Bottled water, Keurig K-Cups, and all the essentials were included with the room. The robes were also very luxurious. We loved the view we had overlooking Eau Claire and Prince’s Island park. The staff were also kind enough to upgrade us and give us a surprise anniversary treat. The pool and hot tub were really nice; you get a good view of downtown from under the glass dome ceiling. We didn’t get to use the fitness centre but it’s one of the larger and better equipped ones we’ve seen; like 5 or so cardio machines, many benches, a few cable and strength machines, and free weights. Staying at the Sheraton was a great experience and we would happily come back!

Great hotel experience, friendly staff, great pool and slide. We ordered take out from the restaurant which was okay and I know it would have been better in the restaurant. Ice cream and other restaurants right beside the hotel. Starbucks is also just down the street. Worth the stay

Wonderful place, great service!! Totally went the extra mile for my family! I am taken aback by the friendliness and accommodating service by the staff here!! Please keep being awesome! The location is great for families as there is a park nearby and the splash park is very close… not to mention the amazing pool!! It’s a few blocks from the famous 8th Ave so I suggest a stroller for those with small children. Our kids are older and walked everywhere. The food is excellent!!

I would like express my big thank you to Ashley and the hotel overall. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Ashley helped to accommodate our early check in and later check out. It was very much needed, as we had an evening flight. The room was clean and very comfy, and had everything you need. The hotel location is perfect, as it close to everything you need: restaurants, shopping, sightseeing. Definitely will visit this hotel next time again!

Greeted with exceptional customer service right as soon as we got out of the vehicle that they valet parked for us, followed with amazing front desk customer service, we were then given a bottle of wine with choice of fresh fruit/chocolate dessert! The beds and rooms were very clean & cozy with a wonderful view to wake up to. The amenities such as the gym and pool have complimentary water bottles and towels, with secured access which is nice to know you are safe. The wolf & flower restaurant that’s inside the hotel is exceptional and highly recommended as well for their breakfast we had! 10/10 overall experience. If we're ever in Calgary again this is where we will stay! We were very impressed by this hotel from the upkeep of the facilities to the wonderful attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and big enough to enjoy.
