The picture certainly makes the room look better. Went here for a last minute stay and you certainly get what you pay for. Reception was very unwelcoming during check in. Room looked very run down. The emergency lock on the door was hanging by one loose screw and it was broken. Room was absolutely boiling, and if you wanted the AC on you had to be okay with what sounds like an airplane taking off in your room. Shower did not work and had green stains on the base of the drain. Ended up just putting a walmart sheet on top of the bed and bringing my own pillow after reading the reviews about bed bugs and uncleanliness. The only good thing I can say about the place was the check out in the morning. The man at the reception was incredibly nice but I did not catch a name. Cheers to him!

Soooo disgusting. The hotel smelled bad, the carpets were disgusting. The bathroom drain was full of hair and dirty. And something disgusting on the bathroom wall that didn’t even look like they tried to clean it off. We tried to get roomed switched and were told there was nothing they could do. The pool looked like it had a white film on the top. Checked out in the morning as soon as we woke up and didn’t even stay another night. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

I know people need to make a living, but this place should be shut down and demolished. I booked this place with my points, got to the hotel and checked the room...the place is really in shambles, paint peeling from the walls, toilet didn't work, just a general dirty feeling unfortunately. I never stayed the night, just left and stayed at another hotel. Weird thing is they take a photocopy of your license which I thought was weird. Location is fine and the front desk was friendly but no one should stay here unless your desperate.

For the love of god DO NOT COME HERE, I am staying here because every other hotel was booked, I am coming here to relax after a long road trip, not only is the bathroom disgusting and super dirty, they gave us one towel for two people, and the room just smells muggy and like mildew, I decided not to shower and just head to bed, THE BEDS HAVE BED BUGS, UNCLEANED, AND THIS ROOM (277) THERE IS BLOOD ON ONE OF THE BEDS, it is extremely uncleaned and smell’s horrible so you will just be on edge the whole time, the AC doesn’t even work properly. Spend you money on a well worth hotel this on isn’t worth the time.

Not Even 1 star, So disgusting, I agree price was very reasonable but not good service accordingly. Due to covid they said they won’t clean room unless informed. Informed 3 times back to back days, but still not done. The day we checked in floors were very dirty with small papers, hairs, dust. When we ask to clean last day, they switched us to next room where ac was not working.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. The manager is rude and disgusting. They ripped us off $20 for a towel and made up lies that it had blood. We left the room in a very good condition. Please send back my $5 dollar tip. Disgusting set of people. I have reported them to my bank. The manager indirectly told me I was a liar. She was raising her voice like she was talking to a child. Keep on talking over me. I am coming back for my money. DISGUSTING !!!!!!!

We checked out before staying the night. Room was filthy, walls dirty, smelt like cigarette smoke (old smoke). Garbage and old beds etc in the hallway. It was like staying in a set for a horror flick. No towels, asked for them - the girl said there were not any to give us. She was at least polite and apologetic. The bedding didn’t fit the bed - but at least we didn’t see bedbugs. Worst hotel I have ever walked into in my life.

Our most recent stay at this hotel was atrocious, repulsive, revolting, sickening, stomach-turning, deplorable. The atmosphere is really not inviting, the smell alone makes you want to vomit, it's really not easy falling asleep. Luckily we always bring our own bedding whenever we travel because if it wasn't for that I am positive we wouldn't be able to sleep. One of the rooms we were put in (room 162) was disgusting, housekeeping never touched or cleaned that room, we found underwear left by other/previous guests. I have no words to describe how disgusting this place is. Alberta Health Services should send a health inspector to go in there and look at the deplorable sleeping conditions they have and what makes it worse is the audacity they have to charge such high prices for such bad conditions. The guy changed us to a different room but it was still the same, dirty and disgusting, he forgot to give us room keys as the key machine was not working at the time and promised to give us keys, we didn't have any keys for our room.... the entire staff is unprofessional and unpleasant when speaking to you, they treat you like a number instead of a guest. The lady at the front desk when we were checking out had to remind me of how many guests they house on a daily basis when speaking to her about the issues which to me is no excuse, there are far more bigger and better hotels than hers but always maintain a level of professionalism and follow all Health codes required to run a hotel. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY DO NOT STAY HERE. JUST LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND THE NIGHT, A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS SPENT WILL BE WORTH IT SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. Huge dead bug on the bed along with someone else’s hair, cigarette burns, completely run down, and “security” woke us up at 5am demanding to know who we were - uh we’re paying guests. Worst experience I have ever had, this place is disgusting.

Disgusting, rip off place. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! the rooms are gross, unclean and smell. The bathrooms are stained and the paints is coming off the ceiling. The toilet doesn't stop running all night. The carpet is coming up from the floor. For the money I paid to stay here I should have paid a little more and stayed somewhere nicer. This place makes me sick. The housekeeping doesn't know how to clean at all.

The first room had white stains on the bed skirt that looked a lot like you know what, the carpet was pulling away from the walls, there was mold in the bathroom and around the sink, stuff splashed on the walls...the second room was only slightly better with no white stuff but an incredibly dirty bed skirt (looked like water stain but crunchy), gum ground into the carpet, windows were damp and the place reeked of mold. The door frames were black and dirty in the hallways and in the rooms. Run the other way - they would not issue a refund as I booked online.

DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE CHEATERS. We stayed there for 2 nights after Covid was lifted but they half ONLY muffin for breakfast. This hotel is very dirty smell in the hallway is terrible also people are working are cheaters. They have asked me to to use credit card if I want to pay cash I have to pay $20 extra. I used my credit card they charged room charges and $50 for deposit now almost a month they have not refund my despot yet. I called them so many times every time I called they make different excuses and every time they said in few days you will receive your deposit back. Today I called them again she said today this is also room charge we won’t give you give you your deposit back. Please don’t book this hotel otherwise you will regret for sure.

This place is a joke and should be shut down. We saw the room and it was not habitable. The hallway leading to the rooms are full of holes and peeling wet wallpaper. There is also exposed wires with no murettes super sketchy. The bathtub had black dirt feet prints in it, the walls super dirty and grimy. Holes in the wall in our room. The window was broken and stuck in open position. What appeared to be bird feces in room as well. This place should be shut down. Also manager dodges all calls and did not refund money. The only reason why this place has a 1.9 rating is because it can’t receive zero ratings. Don’t go here stay away!!!

Brutal!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. $120 for a night in a old rundown room. Shower didn't work, walls definitely needed some tlc, stale cigarette smoke smell, outside noise from people gathering until 3 in the morning. This place gives off the feel of a low income pay by the week or month vibe.

Worst stay ever!! I wish I would have checked the reviews before we booked.. It is really as bad as everyone says... We checkt out after one night but sadly paid for the hole week and still waiting for our refund as they ignore the mails from the platform we booked with now I contact them myself and hope for an answer... The room was dirty, smelly and there was hair everywhere. The tab is broken, no warm water in the sink and the shower and it's clairaudient.. I could hear the neighbors using the toilet and watching adult movies... It's a shame the hotel is still open. Just shut it down... DO NOT STAY THERE!!

I wish I could give this motel zero stars because the customer service I experienced just now was beyond terrible. I called the motel's customer service about 10-15 minutes ago, and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall. The representative on the other end of the line didn't seem to care about listening to my concerns and abruptly ended the call. I called with a specific question or request, but it was as if the representative couldn't be bothered to hear me out. Instead of addressing my inquiry, they rudely stated that the motel was full and then hung up on me without even giving me a chance to explain the reason for my call. It's baffling how someone working in customer service could be so dismissive and unhelpful. Not only did they not understand the purpose of my call, but they also completely lacked basic communication skills. Customer service should be about listening to the customer, understanding their needs, and assisting them to the best of your ability. This representative clearly needs to learn the fundamentals of effective communication. I've never encountered such a frustrating and unprofessional interaction with customer service before. It's disappointing to see that this motel's customer service is so far below acceptable standards. If you're looking for a place to stay with attentive and respectful staff, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This experience has left me with a negative impression of the motel, and I won't be considering them for any future bookings.

We stayed there 2 nights and wished we had stayed elsewhere as the place should be shut down as its old and filthy. The staff were pleasant but that us about all the good I can say about the place. The bag breakfast was a joke as all you got was a drink, granola bar and a cake. The hot tub only had 1 working jet and the door going out to the balcony you couldn't close it from the outside as no doorknob. So overall I'd give our visit a big negative as far as staying there again as it gives the Ramada chain a very bad name. I hate to say it but over the years of staying at different hotels, I've stayed in better hotels that didn't even have a rating.

Worst hotel that we've stay. Start with the entrance door, it is crooked so it is hard to open and close. Room have a strong smell of cigarette even though it is a non smoking room. Bed wall lamp is really loose and almost falling. Tv has only one channel, remote is only working for turning on/off and for the volume. Coffee maker is filthy (still has a coffee stain and cigarette burnt mark) , no ironing board cover. Filthy counter where the microwave and coffee maker is located. Refrigerator is not working. Bathroom door is crooked so it is hard to open and close, you have to lift it with the door handle. Hand towel bar is missing, the brace is there but the handle bar is not. Filthy washroom floor, looks like it was never mop. Shower curtain is very loose. Toilet bowl has no caulking so it is wiggling. Only 1 shampoo and conditioner, no lotion. Bathtub is slippery, no rubber matt. For safety concern no smoke detector and sprinkler. It was late when we checked in so after a very long day we're tired and don't want to move. Good thing we only stay for one night. Nothing is good with this hotel. Will never stay again.

Location great, rooms were good. However, they say they offer breakfast but they give a bag with yogurt and some kind of chips. That is not breakfast. The coffee was not good and the staff was not too helpful nor kind. Very serious. Expensive for what they offer. The pool and hot tub were closed and it was summer. They did not have extra blankets.

We arrived to a room that was not particularly clean. Our stay was two days. The shower and toilet weren't as clean as I would expect. The coffee pot didn't work because it had the wrong carafe. Housekeeping didn't service the room for our second day and we had to ask for clean towels and another tube of shampoo. We were told we had to move our motorcycles from in front of our room for reasons not made clear, an hour later two other bikes were parked in that spot. This location was definitely not up to the standards I have come to expect from a Ramada Hotel. I will not stay there again, and may second guess a Ramada stay in the future. The only reason I'm giving this review one star is zero is not an option.

Pretty standard older hotel, not the best Ramada offers by any rate but certainly acceptable at the bare standard. Room was satisfactorily clean, large enough space to not feel cramped, bathroom was very small although it did include a tub. Not much sound proofing between rooms. I would say that the value for cost is there.

Not a safe area our room door was open as far as the security latch would allow! The room was dingy & the carpet, bedspreads, & washroom have not been updated in about 30 or more years. No coffee in the morning & thé breakfast in a bag was awful!

Lol the place is kinda falling apart, it needs a reno bad. There's claw marks on my door and the hinge is busted stopping the door from opening fully. Bathtub needs to be taken care of right away, there's a bunch of rot water swelling under it I could feel sloshing under my feet as I stood in it, as it sloshed it would waft rot air through the crack in the tubs seals, I wouldn't be surprised if the roof below collapses in a few days.

The hotel is not at all like the pictures they portray. The rooms were filthy and we asked for two room together both were to be queen size rooms. What we got were queen and a king separated by 4 suites. The walls in the bath room had blood on them and the bathtub was dirty i wanted to have a bath but was afraid to not knowing what I might catch. The lady trying to please us but just not going to happen. Even with my disappointment in the rooms I was still charged full price. If you are looking to stay here keep looking fo something better.

The hotel is old, dingy and run down. My room was full of deficiencies and poor maintenance. There was an exterior door to a balcony which had a1.5 inch space at the threshold, letting in light/air and quite possibly vermin (it looked chewed). The bedside light was unplugged, forcing me to move the bed to plug it in (and behind the bed was grubby/dusty). The wall socket was loose, and in my opinion dangerous. The curtains were ripped, there was a tear in the floor lamp shade, the air con unit's filter was visibly filthy, the heating had no adjustable thermostat and sounded of loud rushing water all the time. There were holes in the wall, water damage on the bathroom door, and a dark, black greasy hand print on the shower curtain. In spite of a no smoking policy, a previous guest had wrapped the smoke detector in plastic, making it ineffective. Judging by the yellow tinge on the plastic bag, I would suggest it had been there for some time. The fridge in the room froze everything I put in it (even after trying different settings on the thermostat). Admittedly I did not find bed bugs when I checked, but it wouldn't have surprised me, and by the state of the room I felt compelled to check. The water in the sink drained very slowly, indicating there must have been a partial blockage. I needed a desk to work and I was told that my room didn't have one. The front desk offered me an "upgrade" to a suite which had a desk, but when I saw the upgraded room, it was in even worse condition (burn holes in the comforter, torn curtains, bad smell, etc.). I was offered a table (from the common area) if I was willing to lift it to my room. I did, and the underside was covered in bubble gum. I would not have swum in the pool if you had paid me, as the bottom was covered in visible brown stain/dirt? The included breakfast was a bag containing a juice box, a commercial little loaf of chocolate banana bread (which was so bad I couldn't eat it) and a granola bar. Overall, I knew this was a 2-star, but even a budget hotel should not be so rundown. The front desk were friendly, but didn't seem to care when I provided a list of the repairs needed in the room for the next guest. I have stayed in low budget (few amenities) joints before, and I don't complain easily, but there were so many things wrong with this hotel feel it is necessary to warn any other travelers. The price was low, but my advice is to pay a bit more to stay elsewhere.

The electronic room key didn't work. Had to go and change it 3x and the guy at the front desk had an attitude like I'm bothering him the blackout blinds has more holes than stars in the sky. The tub needs a good cleaning, the lights doesn't work properly, the outlets burnt out. I'm afraid to charge my phone in fear it might blow up and the bathroom door looked like it has seen better days and then they charge me damage deposit? I couldn't do anything more to this room if I wanted to. 😩

Honestly and I mean honestly… this should be torn down or at the very least the 2nd building needs to be torn down as it has an original interior from the 50s or 60s with an incredibly musty smell. When we were moved to a new room, multiple door keys didn’t work and we had to have our room opened by a manager. Drunk guests were berating us while we waited for the situation to be remedied. Pool has been closed for a year due to unsanitary conditions. The front desk staff had the audacity to charge us for towels that were used to clean spills, but said spills could’ve been cleaned in laundry. Never stay here unless you absolutely have to. Trash. Every aspect of this hotel is trash.

I was driving a U Haul (truck) and had to park in the back, where it was dark and shady. The air conditioner was not great, cooled the room, but never cool enough. Breakfast was pretty much a snack for a youth. In my opinion not worth the price I paid for it.

I book 4 rooms and when I got there I couldn't stay there. The place is old run down its a mess. I asked the receptionist to cancel the rooms he did cancel them but they didn't refund me not even a dollar. The pictures they have online is totally deferent from what is there. I spent more than 30 minutes trying to get my money in the meantime all I could see is drunk people coming in. That place is a mess please avoid going there. That place need to shut down permanently.

Thought I was getting a good deal at 57 dollars but didn't mention if you use your debit card there's a debit fee off 20. Holes in the Wall and clearly the door had just been booted in. They make up their cheap rate by taking all or most of your deposit. Doubtful they have ever seen a repeat guest.

It's the Ramada, has a lovely swimming pool, and they leave you alone, no maid service. Something I really appreciate right now. I'll add to this review, when I'm not living here.

Booked through snaptravel ....in upper case letters said NO additional fees would be chaged for the room as i prepayed for room with my credit card...show up to location to check in then they demand a cash deposit for the room which i pay the next morning i go to get my deposit back and there is all of a sudden over $75 in fees ..handling fee ect so they did not give my full deposit back...while the room was in better shape than when arrived...it stunk and smelled like a person hadnt showered in weeks...my fiance vacuumed the room and sprayed it with bacteria killing deodorizer....anyway soo not only did they keep most of deposit which shouldn't have been takin in the first place .....CROOKS......i would never recommend staying here as i wouldnt wish my worst enemy an incounter at the ramada Calgary northwest...

Place was not maintained or cleaned AT ALL. Shower drain was clogged with hair, things did not work-like the TV, coffee maker and microwave, stains on bed covers and floor was dirty/dusty. This place needs a whole new makeover, including new management.

Booked room with 1 king size then they gave me a room with 2 small beds. No hair dryer, stinks and dirty. Stopped taking pictures of rooms. It was nasty to stay. Front desk wasn't helpful when I was asking question regarding to dirty room and stinky smell. I don't think it is worth to stay there.

The pictures Expedia showed for this hotel showed a nice breakfast which is why I booked it. Half the pictures on there must be a different hotel. And breakfast was a paper bag with dry banana bread, a yogurt cup, a chewy granola bar, and juice box. Not what I was expecting when they advertised bagels and cereal and the whole works. Also the place was flaking apart and sink leaked. Pretty sure they have a mold problem... people were nice at the desk but the one guy at a time was overwhelmed the entire time and there was a long line. Also, pet friendly but they kicked out the lady with a kitten saying no cats.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, if I’m being honest. The room was dirty and did not look like the photos. There was no comforters on the beds, just the thin brown blanket in between two sheets. We asked for extra blankets and they said they had none. Wifi didn’t work in our room and when I asked the front desk about it, he basically told me I was wrong and that it definitely works (even though all three of us were unable to use our phones on wifi). Even though our room was non-smoking, our room and the entire building reeked of smoke. Broken glass all over the parking lot. I guess I should have looked at reviews beforehand, but it was extremely disappointing. I have stayed in cheaper hotels plenty of times but nothing ever this bad.

If there was an option for no stars, I would use it. This place was disgusting. My boyfriend and I booked this last minute and (unfortunately) didn't read the reviews. No one is lying here - there was black hair all over our bed, strange brown goop everywhere in the room including the blankets on the bed, the garbages weren't changed and the wall paper was peeling off the wall. The pictures provided on most sites for this place are totally inaccurate. DO NOT GO HERE. Even for a last minute stay.

Honestly horrible. We had an upside down cross on the inside of our door, the pool was supposed to be open but had a sign saying it was closed since 2022. No one knew when it would reopen. Cops were called for a domestic violence issue across the hall. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. You could see right through the wall to outside passed air conditioning. They gave us one face cloth and one hand towel for two nights of stay. The boiler broke down over night and we went a whole day with out warm or hot water. RUN FAST do not stay here. It’s not even worth it.

Disgusting. Curtains falling off the windows. Bathroom was unclean. Swimming pool and hot tub broken. Beds were hard. Pillows were rocks. Light fixtures didn’t work. Absolutely disgust. Reception service unfriendly. I will never go to another Ramada Inn if it was the last place on earth.

It's clean and front desk lady . Think Amanda? 🤔 but she was awesome and checked us in no time. Shared all the info we needed to know . And called to check up on us after we got to our rooms. If we needed anything but was a great stay over all . Get the hot tub running soon lol

Didn’t actually get to stay here. If there was an option for negative stars, I would choose that. Just trying to check in was an absolutely ridiculous nightmare. Made a reservation and when my fiancé tried to check in with his ID (he used his treaty card as identification), the guy working the front desk treated him like he was some kind of vagrant (for those of you who don’t know, he was sternly rejected for “looking like a junkie”), and he was accused of it being fake. I find it unbelievably disrespectful that a retired military vet could be treated so poorly. It’s sad that sleeping in my vehicle was a better choice than staying here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

  • 1/5 Bre W. 1 year ago on Google
Horrible horrible horrible, the rooms didn't even have a key, no security what so ever, the breakfast is a bag, the front desk help is so unprofessional, do not get stuck paying for this because you do not get a refund. There was a flood and very well black mold, and the backdoor is off the hinges and leads outside, extremely unsafe as a single mom with your babes. Extremely unclean hot tub and pool closed, rooms filthy, graphic drawings on the hallway walls and all together this place needs to be closed. Stop ripping people off and get some integrity.

  • 1/5 Nicole D. 1 year ago on Google
If I could give negative stars I would, DO NOT book here, the door lock was being held together by electrical tape, the thermostat was broken so if the screen less window wasn't wide open the room was a sauna, the nice breakfast setup that's pictured is actually just a brown paper bag with small snacks in it, you could feel the springs in the cheap old mattress, the room was not clean and the entire place smelled like cigarettes. Just look elsewhere, there are other cheap places that are infinitely better

  • 1/5 S S. 1 year ago on Google
ITS NOT WORTH IT! Front staff is not courteous. Room was run down. Walls have cracks and water damage. Hair in tub, on pillows. Floor carpet if filthy. No phone in room so if you need anything from front desk. Make your way down. Had only one bottle of conditioner in a new reservation room and nothing else. (no hand soap bar, shampoo, etc) 2 towels hand towel and one bath towel in room and was aware of how many people. No microwave in room. Breakfast is served in lunch bags that are given from the front desk. Swimming pool not connected to the main building. No usb hook ups. We noticed the crowd that books there on check out . Also additional charges on checkout. We didn't notice the reviews as we booked the rep on the phone. 🤢 Pictures looking to add

After reading all of the reviews I wish we would have stayed elsewhere. Place is disgustingly filthy. We have a king size bed that is broken so it completely sags in the middle. Tub drain is clogged with hair so doesnt drain. Air conditioner is so loud you cannot leave it on. After 2 days I asked when they were going to clean and change towels. Was told you have to ask for that service. So ask tomorrow and they will see about cleaning. Breakfast? What a joke. Child's apple juice and granola bar and something in a plastic wrap. I was told my family could park here for a few hours while we attended a family funeral if I gave a good review, other wise they charge. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more and stay anywhere else. Not sure how this can be called a Ramada.

This hotel should no longer be open!!! We were staying at comfort inn and their pool was shut down because of health concerns. So we were allowed to swim at ramada. The pool is awful. I'm a lifeguard. The hot tub was so hot I couldn't leave my foot in for 3 seconds and it had a whiskey bottle in the bottom of it. The pool was so icy cold there was no way our kids were going in it. The rest of it was so dirty.

Stayed here over the Expo weekend, and as someone who works at a Wyndham hotel, DON’T STAY HERE. Booked 2 rooms, the man at the front desk took three pre-auths when we only needed two, he didn’t apologize for his mistake, he didn’t communicate with us on how much the damage deposit was, nor did he offer/explain the breakfast procedure. (The ladies at the front desk were super kind though!) Management was also super sweet with helping us sort the pre-auth mistake in the morning. They should probably update their website to correspond with their actual hotel, I noticed their site says the damage deposit is $100USD, but it only looked to be about $50CAD when they took the pre-auth. Their site says they have wifi, but they’re having some router issues at the moment, meaning there’s only wifi in the lobby. The worst part of the stay was the room condition, I’m not sure how many housekeepers they have on staff, but they need some serious coaching. Right when we walked upstairs there were 2 rooms with the doors left open. Our room (229) was filthy, there was visible stains on the comforter, the mattress looked straight out of a dump. (They don’t even use fitted sheets in an attempt to conceal it.) There’s more, the curtains were shredded, the carpet had paint stains, there was chewed gum on the nightstand trim, lampshades were heavily stained, the windows were filthy, and the red wall behind the bed was spotted all over with dirt, it could’ve literally been cleaned with nothing more than a damp paper towel. You could also tell they’d never even tried to vacuum under the bed/under the dressers; Oh, and the bathroom fan was a literal health hazard, looked like it’d never been cleaned as it was just outpouring with dust and grime, which can pose a risk to people with Asthma or Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis. I’ve never seen a hotel take such little pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of their location.

The staff is fantastic, unfortunately the hotel is a complete dive. Vivek, you were amazing at the front desk, solved my issues with a smile and really were the only reason I didn't find another hotel. You'd be an asset to a much higher end establishment.

The worst hotel I have ever been too. When me and my family first opened the door to our room we noticed the smell of cigarettes (it is a non-smoking room). We moved all our bags into the room and we started checking around. We noticed that a bed wasn’t even made and there were stains on it. When we checked the whole room it was absolutely disgusting. My Mom was coughing everywhere from the stench, I had a headache and everyone felt grossed out from the conditions of the room. We went to the front desk to ask for a new room. We we’re given the room next door to the one we had left. Once we opened the new room there was no stench but it was still disgusting. There was mold all over the sink, stains all over the carpet, water dripping from the faucet that can’t be turned off, a loud bathroom fan, outlets falling apart, the toilet can only be flushed once and never again, the sound of someone showering sounds like a plane taking off, the carpet is falling apart, looks like someone tried to pry the door open, water leaks, holes in the ceiling, having to use force to close and open the bathroom door, stains on the sheets, light bulbs are out, dust everywhere, holes in the curtains, holes in the lamp shades, etc. It’s ok if a hotel is old it just needs to be clean and tidy. I just don’t get how it is still in business judging how the conditions of the rooms are. Ramada has been the family to go to but this is rather disappointing.
