I'm a regular customer of the sage hill location and over time I've have somewhat become acquaintances and friends with the staff. Jacquelyn and jade are an absolutely wonderful part of your team. We have become somewhat friends at this point and it's great seeing them every now and then. Overall, everyone there is very friendly and inviting and have great knowledge at their work and are very helpful to your specific need! Definitely recommend stopping by there!

Never thought I’d find myself rating a vape shop but— the staff here are unreal. Not that I’ve met a bad one they’re all stellar but the younger girl with the red hair ( manager? ) deserves some mega props. Always friendly and chatty, knows her products. Professional and courteous. Hard to find behind a counter these days. If you’re the owner reading this- give her all the raises.

I meant to post this review a few weeks ago but I forgot so here we go! Jacqueline is an amazing manager! She gives off such a positive vibe and is so fun to talk too! She is very helpful as she knows a lot about the products which helps a lot! She is also very kind and patient! I wish every other stores had managers/employees like Jacqueline because she is very approachable, helpful and gives off positive energy! :)

Jade is the cutest thing ever! I now go to Sage hill just to see her! She is so kind and always manages to make me smile and laugh. She knows so much about the products and has taught me so much myself. Will always go to wherever she is! Definitely recommend.

Jacqueline is a rare gem. I don't write reviews very often but she goes above and beyond everytime. She remembers names, orders, and gives you suggestions and tips that can only come from a combination of good product knowledge and genuine desire to know her customers and to help them. I've been to many different alt vapes over the years, and the only one I find myself coming back to is sage hill, Jacqueline is a welcomed sight every single time I go in and always welcomes me with open arms, she has so much product knowledge, and whenever I'm unsure about what flavour to pick, she always helps me out hehe, she deserves like twenty raises all at the same time, I wish I could tip.

They have a very large selection of e-juices along with many different flavors. Most place don't have much so I would end up trying a flavor after buying it and come to find out I didn't like it at all and it would say things like strawberry watermelon and once you try it then you notice that it doesn't taste like either one of those flavors

I was looking for some 18650 batteries and a charger, which I was able to find at this location. The individual working that evening was very pleasant to deal with. I called in advance asking about the product and by the time I arrived at the store, she had already set it aside without me even asking which made for a quick transaction. Great service, would certainly recommend this business.
