Great place for kids and adults. Unique and fun playground plus nice trails with large trees. Breath taking in the fall when the leaves start to change

Love this beautiful park with plenty of benches, bridges, tunnels and paved pathways. We discovered that in the summer you can even BBQ in a selected section which was a pleasant surprise. We had so much fun biking and e-scootering. The tree lined fall colours of the leaves on the ground and above was splendid. View of the creek and pond against the fall colours and snow which fell briefly for 10mins was gorgeous. Lots of people were out enjoying the long weekend. Lots of free parking. A must visit within the city.

Absolutely majestic. This is in my top 5 parks in Calgary. So many trees and open grassy fields. Plus a playground, pond, baseball diamond and places to BBQ. Perfect for walking/biking or for a picnic!

This Hass to be one of the most beautiful park in all of the city of Calgary. It is a bit different from other park in the sense that it is extremely green and wise. At least that’s how it feels when you first get there. But as soon as you start exploring and discovering the park in more depth, you realize that he has so many little corner and little places that you have to discover. Great place to go and spend time with the family or even if you want some solitude.

The park looks nice, but I am specifically talking about the playground and updating everyone that the big silver slide you may have seen in pictures for this park is currently not there as of 11/10/21. See my pictures. It is under repair. Just a warning in case you were going to this park for the playground

Confederation Park is very popular among Calgarians, for it has many natural and man-made things to amuse children as well as adults of all ages and kinds. There are tens of lush green grounds of mowed lawns, a children play ground, a variety of trees, paved trails, ravines, a pond, a mini waterfall, several bridges, aquatic and terrestrial birds, benches and picnic tables with a lot of picnic areas, a well lit tunnel, and people all over the place walking, cycling, jogging or enjoying with their friends and families. There are free parking areas, and if they are full, you can park on the streets, for free. This park is, definitely, a boon to the city dwellers.

Confederation Park straddles 10th Street NW and is a great place to walk, run, bike, and play. Features in this park include paved pathways, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, a wetland, playgrounds, and picnic areas. There is a pedestrian tunnel under 10 St for traffic-free access to both sides of the park. A public washroom is located in the North section in the Parks building by one of the ball diamonds.

Returning to Confederation Park after decades. I grew up backing onto the park. Tons of childhood memories there. Trees have grown a lot since my childhood years in the '60s and '70s. I remember its grand opening in 1967. Great park for walking, biking, relaxing whatever....

Nice park situated right in the heart of the city. It's got good walking paths and lots of benches. The little bridges over a stream are nice spots for clicking pictures. Can get heavily trafficked at times. There's a little duck pond with it's own resident mallards. It's relaxing to spend some time watching them march around.

Beautiful place, I visited this park in winter, spring, summer and fall, each time is unique and has its incredible beauty. Good place for sitting with friends, dog walking, running and .... There is also a wetland there that is great for bird seeing. People usually come with binoculars.

This park is one of my favourite places in the whole city to go for a walk. There are plenty of older trees that offer shade in the summertime if you'd like to stop and sit on a bench or have a picnic. Usually there's a good mix of people going for a jog, bikers, dog walkers and other friendly faces all around.

We visited with my family for the Christmas light show, it look wonderful but I found that it's so busy during the evening rush hour. It was so difficult to find a parking spot we ended up parking 5 blocks away from the entrance and walk there. There were probably 60 people there last night for the evening walk. At least the light were really nice and wonderful!

This is such a lovely park. So many places to stop and sit or have a picnic. There were lots of families but it is so huge everyone had lots of space. Trails were all paved so great for bikes, rollerblading and strollers. We were staying near the university and we will definitely be going back for a lovely nature walk.

This is one of the most beautiful city parks I have ever seen. Amazing paved trails, beautiful bridges and water ways. Baseball diamonds, playgrounds for children, areas to BBQ, the tunnel was fun and the grass perfectly kept. We didn't even scratch the surface. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful park that is great for walking or biking. We hosted a children's birthday party. The indoor restroom had a broken soap dispenser but was clean and functional. The playground was enjoyed by all!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING the creeks are so peaceful, i play in it and jump on the rocks and sit near the water, at the duck pond i could watch it for hours, i love the murals in the tunnel and yelling ECHO the bathrooms are accessible and the playground design is very creative i love the slide and the flipped boat, i live how it connects to the cemetery and has many benches overall beautiful place to make memories.

I came here to see the Christmas lights, they did not disappoint! The place has an amazing variety of different lightings, they place music that can be heard throughout the whole park. It’s very beautiful, it’s free, a great place for a date or family outing, even going solo here is a great idea.

Beautiful park with lots of wildlife and paths to walk, run or bike. Well maintained in the winter with constant snow/ice removal from the paths. Lots of benches and picnic tables with fire pits. Highly recommended to visit all year round

It's beautifully designed and maintained by the city's cemetery place. There is a unique playground with a tunnel slide, a great fun and attraction for kids! The only problem is that the creek running through the park is obviously polluted, smelly and little muddy, and some plastic garbage.

It was beautiful on a summer evening. Nice play to walk your dog as well. Make sure those doggies get there daily walking.

Spacious and peaceful park amidst the NW part of Calgary. Easily accessible and Kid friendly. The beautiful part is that you can get both active as well as quiet areas within the park. Good for landscape as well as nature photography and always serene as a delightful escape from busy city life !!
