I’ve been going to this vape shop for over a year now and absolutely love this vape shop, mostly for the people here. They are always so awesome and kind.

Girl that works there with good fashion sense and the purple streak through her hair (didn't catch her name unfortunately) was incredibly helpful and kind. Helped me pick a great flavour that she personally recommended.

Was very displeased to find that after only a month of not returning to the store my loyalty account had been deleted with over 2000 points. For the new customers that’s over their highest reward marker and when I asked why I was given no explanation or even offer to help recover my lost points in any way. It may just be the staff at this location but because of this the name of foggy gorilla leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending this shop in the future.

The people is here are just amazing. I live in Saddleridge and drive all the way down here to purchase juice because the price is good and the people are amazing.

Hours are inconsistent came at 840 and it was closed with doors locked this was at the Mckenzie town location waited until 850pm no one came to the door.

Always know what they are talking about. Love this place. Not gonna lie it's in a weird location inside a truck stop but I guess truckers need their vape stuff also. All in all would recommend!

Now I was in the area and I decided to stop and by and check it out. I must say this Foggy Gorilla location was easy to find. Staff were super friendly, fair prices and a great location. It was close to the Tim Horton's I was visiting. It was like coffee and vape juice!!!! I believe I meet Joanna she was very professional and super out going. Thank you!

This store will not have the product you want. Definitely will not. I started using this vape store a few years ago. In the beginning, they always had fantastic selection; I tried several kinds and found 2 brands with multiple flavors that I enjoy. These are common brands and popular flavors, I find most vape stores carry them or similar substitutes. Except this store doesn't carry them anymore nor any substitutes. This store doesn't carry much of any flavor or product at all. When I ask about any of those flavors, they are "on order" with no anticipated delivery date. This store has consistently failed me for more than 3 months now.

Amazing staff! Always very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Great pricing! Wonderful selection on juices and always up to date vape gear. I have been to basically every vape shop in Calgary and never had better service or felt more comfortable dealing with their amazing staff at all their locations foggy gorilla keep up the awesome work you will forever have my business!!

At the road king location Dillion is an excellent customer service representative. He is very, very knowledgeable and very personable and friendly!
