After making the decision to switch vet care as my primary vet wasn’t accommodating to my dogs needs, I decided to drive across town to this clinic based on the reviews and I am so happy I did. My dog has chronic severe skin/allergy issues and has seen many vets in his 7 years of life, and I felt the most comfortable I have in a long time during our visit and the most confident. They were knowledgeable and had a great plan of treatment for him. The entire staff was so nice and informative. 5/5 star rating!!!

I called Legacy Veterinary Clinic and needed to get my puppy in right away. The staff were so helpful over the phone and in person and understood how panicked I was. They were friendly and professional and reassured me that he would be okay while making him as comfortable as possible and distracting him from his pain. Wonderful staff! I am so happy our puppy will be a client here for many years to come. (They also sell fantastic surgical suits which are far better than the dreaded cone!)

I’ve recently moved out of Calgary but still come into legacy vet. Dr Jen is so wonderful with our dog. She treats animals like they are her own and I’ve always felt very comfortable speaking about any concerns I have. Knowledgeable and personable staff all round. Never had an issue getting a fairly quick appointment. And they were able to get us a very quick referral for a surgery after we discovered a knee issue with our pup .

Highly recommend Legacy Vet Clinic. All the staff who work there are amazing. We have brought our pup to them since we got him and never had a bad experience. They did his neuter surgery and the staff made us feel so comfortable and at ease leaving him there. They called (and even texted us a pic!) to give us frequent updates so we knew he was doing okay and in good hands. You can tell everyone at Legacy Vet has pride in and loves doing what they do.

We took our puppy for her vaccines and every one in there was extremely nice to her. ..she loved the attention. The technician that helped us was extremely knowledgeable about the vaccines and the procedures. My puppy felt comfortable with her. Loved it. My other dog loves going by the clinic too ...

This is the BEST place to bring your pet! We are so lucky to have this clinic in our neighbourhood. The whole team is so quick to respond or book us in if we ever have a concern, and their hours are super accommodating. The front-end staff are very friendly and sweet. Dr. Maryam is so knowledgeable and efficient, and makes our shy pup so comfortable each time we’re in. Our appointments here have always been easy. Highly recommend booking in - you can absolutely trust these lovely people with your pets :)

The team was so amazing from start to finish! They were able to fit me and my cat in within 20 minutes, it was my first time there but I felt so welcome immediately. The receptionist was so polished and kind, the technician was thorough and listened so well, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and comforting. Thank you to all of the team in the back as well, I was in and out in under 40 minutes with her injury fully cleaned up and looking much better already. The clinic is also clean, bright, and welcoming. I’m grateful for their quick and efficient care, and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a positive experience.

I had both my dogs in for their yearly blood work and over all basic health checks , first time at Legacy Vet they handled my Yorkie well she’s usually stressed out at the vets. My Boston/ Frenchie who’s anxious about anything/ anyone new , Dr. Woo was exceptional, calmed Patty right down. Great experience! Staff is amazing ! Thanks Julie for setting everything up 😃

We love Legacy Vet Clinic! The staff is so friendly and polite. They always are willing to help over the phone too with questions! I never feel as though they are talking us into anything we don’t need, and all their advice is very genuine. My dog genuinely loves going there and enjoys the attention from all the staff! Highly recommend!

Best clinic ever. Dr Flaig is our vet and she has been extremely responsive, compassionate and open to collaboration. She truly cares about the animals (and owners!) and I would not even consider going to any other vet. I have so much gratitude for her and for the clinic.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and kindness of all staff I encountered. I took my 3 cats together to one appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment but was greeted warmly and they put us in an exam room right away. I was very impressed with Legacy Veterinary Clinic.

I was so pleased with the care my poochie received from Legacy. Jackie at reception was so pleasant to deal with. She had such an upbeat attitude. Also Dr. Virginia was so kind and gentle with my Sabina. I highly recommend trying Legacy if you're looking for a safe and nurturing place for any of your critters. All around the best visit to a veterinary office that one could hope for. The entire Legacy staff are very caring, compassionate, courteous and friendly. I was very impressed with Dr Maryam and very happy with her handling, checkup, testing and suggestions for our 14 year old senior poodle (1 of 3 poodles currently in our family) I highly recommend!!

The best vet clinic my dogs and I have been to! Everyone there is always so helpful, accommodating, and friendly! They have little to no waiting time and are usually able to squeeze us in for an appointment on the same day if an issue with my dogs come up. I would 100% recommend them :) And also I love the new location! So many other shops around!

This clinic is a 5 star review on a regular basis, but today I’d gladly give them 10 stars if I had the ability. My partner recently had to take her cat to a 24 hour clinic as her cat was vomiting fairly frequently. The vet at this clinic was great and took wonderful care of her cat, however in the following days it has been next to impossible to get any follow up for some fairly urgent questions. The reception team seemed to block any attempt and this was starting to really wear on us. Out of desperation I reached out (as Legacy is my pups vet) just to see if there was any chance we could possibly speak to a vet with regards to these questions. Jason answered the phone and was quick to get Dr Jan on the other line. Jan was more than happy to answer all the questions we had, while providing context and reassurance. This was such a weight off our shoulders, and definitely an example of this clinic going above and beyond to provide over the top customer care. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and all the people who work there.

We have been trusting our pets to Dr Jajouei since before she opened Legacy Vet. She and her staff are impressively knowledgeable and very friendly and kind. I cannot recommend them more!

I absolutely recommend this clinic. The care and attention that is given to my two dogs Angel and Toby and to me is amazing! My dogs are both seniors now (as well as myself, 🤣) and they also take that into consideration. They follow up after each visit. Recently Toby had dental surgery. They provided guidance and care that was amazing. After taking him home they called later that day and also called the next day to follow up. The procedure went without a hitch. He’s all healed now and is better than before, no infection 👍🏼.

Took The Kittens here yesterday for a checkup and vaccinations. What a fantastic experience! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Feline friendly place. The Kittens had such a great time they even helped clean the kitchen when we got home! OK that part is a lie but everything else is true. It's our new veterinarian of choice. Amazing gentle and fun experience for my dogs. The vet was so welcoming and gentle, ensured all pets were safely looked at and examined. Administered vaccines with lots of treats and an enrichment bowl with peanut butter and liver without asking for it. Really enjoyed my visit and my pups felt very comfortable in the room which was an unlikely outcome. She took her time and got on the floor, eye level with them to take it slow and kept super patient with my handful of dogs. I appreciate it so much! Thank you!

I love this vet clinic. Maryam is the best, using holistic methods to help my elder dog of 14 feel better. Using cartrophine shots, laser therapy and therapeutic exercises have made him much happier and better with his mobility. No waiting and the front desk staff offers exceptional customer service.Thank you Legacy!

Great clinic and wonderful staff! They were all very patient with my spicy cat, and reasonably priced. Also my cat requires a prescription diet and their orders come incredibly fast (often within a day or two). Highly recommend!

First time to visit a vet, never had a pet. It was a nice vet, everyone was friendly. They do also have a budget plan that makes my life easier. Love this place and Dr. Jen and her technician, receptionist were all accommodating, nice, knowledgeable and everything was purrfect for kitty Cloud💜

I would highly recommend Legacy Vet Clinic! We bring both our cats here and they are always so sweet to them. Their prices are the best I’ve found in the city and you get great care for your fur baby’s. I’d definitely recommend checking them out, even if you’re farther away it’s worth the drive!

Legacy Veterinary Clinic is a professional, knowledgeable and welcoming clinic. Our dog has always been treated promptly with respect, kindness and compassion each time she has been there. All staff are friendly and helpful as well. I have been very satisfied with laser and acupuncture treatments our dog has received for a back injury. I changed my vet doctor to Dr. Maryam specifically for her education in this area. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new vet.

A really good first experience, considering the fact I was there for my cat , who needed surgery for a growth removal. I was very nervous and talked incessantly because of my nerves yet I was treated with the utmost understanding and kindness. The staff were so nice and thorough and even contacted me after to see how my cat was doing. A couple of days later my cat figured out he could use his hind leg to scratch the stitches out, despite his cone and they took him as an emergency patient within 30 min to get the area stapled and recommended he wear a onesy to keep him from accessing the wound which worked perfectly. Such wonderful care.

I've been to Legacy Vet a few times before with my cat. I am always delighted when I get to see Dr. Jen as she is the best! She's friendly, caring and treated my cat like it was her own. She also gave me a variety of options to treat my cat's UTI and bladder stones and I was able to pick what worked best for our situation. Katherine, who works at the front desk is amazing too! She is personable, knowledgeable and efficient at her job.

The staff at this clinic is wonderful. It’s clean and inviting inside. They offer a really great puppy package that included veterinary care, shots, and being fixed within the first year. Unfortunately, even though we wanted this package and it was part of the reason we chose this clinic, the package could not be offered to my dog. She’s a giant breed, and even the vet I saw said spaying her before her first heat was not ideal for her development, but that this was unlikely to happen before 12 months. Instead of being able to schedule her spay at the best time for her, we were unable to get the package we wanted for her. I find this approach really disappointing. I wish the puppy package was more inclusive and worked to serve the best interest of individual dogs.

Really great experience here! My regular vet was booked solid and while not an emergency situation, we needed medication, so I called to see if they could see us sooner. At first there was a couple day wait, but I received a call back with a cancellation right away. I appreciated that so much! It seems rare these days that someone takes the extra time for a courtesy like that. Everyone was so welcoming and caring the minute we walked in the door!

Took my dog here for his yearly check up and very happy with how it went. All the staff there were fantastic and helpful! Especially since my dog gets anxious and stressed out, they knew how to make my dog feel welcomed and comfortable! For sure will be back again!

My cat got sick suddenly and Legacy Vet was able to squeeze me in last minute and was able to treat her. She was on antibiotics and was having some side effects. When I called everyone was extremely helpful and professional over the phone and I brought her back in for a reassessment. The Veterinarian was professional, kind and great with my cat. They gave me treatment options and answered all my questions. I would recommend Legacy Vet.

I had the absolute best experience today with Legacy. Despite being so busy they made time to take a look at my pup's leg when every other vet I called said no, they were all booked for at least a week, or weren't taking new patients. They really truly care about the well-being of animals and customer experience. They gave us a nice little welcome package and a hand written card!! Would recommend for being so outstanding, fair, and good at what they do! 10/10

So far I had one visit at this vet clinic and it was a great experience. It is incredibly clean giving considering that so many pet animals visit everyday. The staff are nice and friendly and they never push on things that’s not necessary. They do text follow up after my pup get vaccinated and they are open to help through phone.
