I came in because I needed a martingdale collar for my puppy, Stella, before we start our puppy classes at Clever Canines. What a terrific experience it was! Right from the cheery greeting to the heartfelt goodbyes, we had a good time. It was very educational. The owner took the time to show me around the freezers and explained what products he had and what would be appropriate for my little girl. I picked out some lama bones. Yummy! He also told me that the store delivers which is a great thing for me because I do live far away. He also fitted her with her new collar, which she really rocks. All in all a great time. Super laid back store and the customer service was beyond fantastic! The guys were able to help answer all of my questions in regards to their CBD and THC drops for my pup to help her not be so anxious at her doggy chiropractic appointment they even went as far as helping me figure out the perfect dosing! I’ve been going to Unleashed for 11 years and counting. When we moved away from downtown we started using their delivery service (which is free if you spend $50). I have since recommended them to many of my friends and family. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly I always know that my dog will be taken care of when I ask questions about raw diet and supplements.

Having animals in the house has been part of our family's lifestyle since any of us can remember. Taking care of your pets isn't always simple, but the joy they bring to your home more than compensates any expense and effort put in. For many years, we didn't have a go-to place that accommodated all of our needs such as pet food, supplements, toys, etc. It's extremely important that you surround yourself with the proper pet-care professionals, and we certainly spent tons of time and effort on the lookout. Having visited 'Unleashed' one day, we knew after our first talk with owner Mark that this was the place we were looking for all along. We have been going ever since. We are signed up for the semi-monthly food delivery program, and our pet food is delivered fresh and without delays. The team is AMAZING -- extremely caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Nikki will always help you with your purchase, and Bill is never late on deliveries. The service consistently goes above and beyond our expectations. My humble advice to other pet owners: if you are looking for people that will care about your pets like you do, give 'Unleashed' a chance. You won't regret it.

The best pet store in Calgary! Mark and his staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They know all their customers (2- and 4-legged) by name and are always ready with a friendly greeting, a treat. When you leave, it feels like you're leaving family.

Excellent shop with lots of options. Have purchased several martingale collars (puppies grow!) and the staff has always helped to make sure I have the correct size. My boy dog is scared of men, for whatever reason, but he was stoked to see the gentleman who works there right off the bat. Good vibes, good products.

A true reminder of "old school" customer service. I was referred by my new vet (Dr Wanda, Holistic Vet) to help me transition my beautiful cat, Zoe, onto a much better diet. I was welcomed with patient, thorough and educational explanations and recommendations. So far Zoe LOVES the new food and in less than a week her long, white coat is softer and shinier AND her shedding has decreased by 90% which also means her skin has more natural moisture and is less itchy. Unleashed is now my GO TO cat food source!!!

I cannot say enough about how excellent Adam and Mark have been! My 7 year old cat started regurgitating her kibble and refusing many other types of food including freeze dried raw. Mark set me up with a special probiotic for her from Adored Beast, and Adam recommended I try the Feline Natural canned food. The difference has been night and day! She loves the 98% beef and hoki blend and there have been no more troubles. These guys really care about providing the best quality services and products for your pets.

These guys are so helpful! I wasnt fully sold on raw food at the start but not only has it helped with my pups general health, she loves the food. They're very knowledgeable and always have suggestions for any issues. The bully sticks are also great quality and long lasting.

Picked up a Kuma Pet chair for my Milo last week. He loves to work with us at home but not a big fan of sitting on the big couch. This little (big to him) chair fits the purpose so he can work with me! Nice store, the owners are super friendly and great location, easy to find street parking.

I went in looking for a winter jacket for my dog, and was pleased with their selection and knowledge. Great quality products for a fair price, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I didn't realize they were closing when I walked in, and the staff stayed open for an extra 10 minutes to help me find what I was looking for. Great service!

Went there today to get a martingale collar fitted for my English bulldog, as recommended to me by doggie daycare. The staff at the store were very friendly and knowledgable, and helped me manouver my dog and stroller in and out of the store. Was happy to purchase a collar that is locally made in Calgary. Would recommend!

We started coming here a few weeks ago looking for a new raw food option for our pups. We were blown away by the selection of high quality foods, treats and accessories. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have a very convenient service with biweekly deliveries that works for me since I don't live too close to the store. They are my go-to resource for any issues / questions I have about my pup and they always make the time to give me their opinions and suggestions.
