I purchased 3 little froglets and a few different plants from JJE and I could not be more pleased!! The frogs are in great health and settled in very well, the plant clippings were large and very healthy! I had my order delivered to Edmonton by Dawn and Lucas, everything arrived perfect. I could not recommend them more for live animals and live plants, Dawn and Lucas are such nice people and they always have a wonderful selection of products and live stock!

No complaints here! I've bought live fruit flies once and fruit fly culture media (several times) from them so far. The shipping was fast each time. A couple days ago I put my latest order in, and it arrived the next day! When I ordered the flies it was autumn, and they even put warmers in the box. The shipment arrived quickly and everything was alive.

I bought springtails and orange scaber isopods for my bioactive terrariums, and I was very happy with how they cared for these little critters. I ordered them in October so the weather was getting cold overnight and they wanted to be certain that the insects didnt suffer by keeping them at Canada Post for me to pick up instead of delivery to my door incase I wasnt home. Thet had plenty of food inside their tight lipped containers and they were alive and well when I received them. Thank you!

I ordered live tropical springtails from them and the experience was fantastic! I messaged them before ordering and they responded within seconds. They were extremely helpful in answering my questions, and they were pleasant to work with. After ordering, my order was packaged and shipped within the hour. I received my shipment just over 24 hours after placing my order. The springtails arrived healthy and there were plenty of springtails in each container. I am very happy with this company and I will be using them in the future!

I bought all my Leopard geckos necessities from the stand at the Edmonton Reptile Expo, and all I can say is fantastic customer service, I was provided with everything I needed to give my Leopard gecko a nice and loving home, while I learned quite a bit about dart frogs! 10/10 would recommend to everyone with amphibians and reptiles to get your things from these guys, thank you so much for the kindness, educational, and joking fun I had from your guy's both!

A great place to get into the hobby and get supplies for the hobby if you are into keeping small frogs or tiny geckos. Great people, always with good advice and a very respectable inventory of necessary supplies. Plus, it's amazing to see the rows of vivariums.

I would be giving Jungle jewels 10 stars if I could. We are very new to the frog world and have been in the process of doing research on how to set up a terrarium and which type of frog would be best suited for our family. We’ve been to MANY pet stores in Calgary and we’re given a lot of conflicting and incorrect information. We finally connected with Jungle Jewels and we feel so much more prepared. Lucas and Dawn were beyond kind and helpful. They took the time to talk with us, show us what we needed and educate us on the different options available and how they might work best for our family. My first time buying dart frogs, and they made the process so easy. Once my vivarium was set up, all I had to do was tell them what I wanted to order, and they were able to ship overnight within the week to get my frogs, isopods, and culturing materials to me safely. Customer service through e-mail felt one-on-one, and they even sent me pictures of their available frogs from the species I was looking for, to show me exactly what I would be getting. We finally decided to get a python and with that came building it's home. Jungle Jewel was not the first store I came across but they are the first I was insanely HAPPY with, everything I needed was in stock every question I had was answered. Great service from beginning to end! I placed my order for my new Jungle Dawn LED bars and in just over 2 hours hours, my order was filled and shipped. Bit of a hiccup in the shipping, that was completely unrelated to anything they did (error on Canada post side), when I informed, Lucas, about the problem after getting very little info out of Canada post, he was quick to jump on it and was able to get back to me with more info. Needless to say, the problem was resolved and my new lights are shining brightly over my tanks!

I found Jungle Exotics online while trying to source flightless fruit flies for my pet praying mantis. I was able to purchase two sizes of flies, and everything needed to grow more culture at a better price than any other stores I found online. They were available right away for contactless pick up, which I really appreciated. I actually made a mistake while ordering and they were able to correct it for me quickly and easily at the time of pick up. It was all around a super experience.
