This is our go to place to get our Diva her food and treats. Plenty of parking and a great selection of foods and other pet goodies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and yes your pet is welcome to browse as well.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The staff are all very friendly and super knowledgeable. The price is some of the most affordable in Calgary and they have a great selection. I love this store and so does my dogs!

I came in today to buy a bag of food but it was out of stock. My dog has allergies so he can only have one specific kind. So one of the employees gave me a sample bag of that food to feed my dog for the night and I can return tomorrow when they have it in stock. So so nice of her! Thank you!

Visited for the first time today and we absolutely loved this pet store! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were so happy to see my friendly German Shepherd, Max, and gave him a lot of attention and treats which he adores. They had the biggest variety of chews, toys and food I’ve seen in any pet store around the city. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Don’t let the outside fool you- this shop is a gold mine! One of the largest and diverse selections of dog (and cat and domestic and wild bird) food, toys, treats and accessories I’ve ever seen. Prices are more reasonable than a lot of chain and boutique pet stores. I honestly wish I knew about Rascals years ago. This is now my go to for everything- support the mom and pop stores.

The people who work there are so knowledgeable about pet supplies and offer lots of advice. If something doesn’t work out with your pet, the return policy is great as well. Super friendly as well. The prices on the dog food are some of the cheapest in town.

Wow, this is a big store with every conceivable item for a pet. I get the bone meal for my Dobermanns which I sprinkle on their kibbles. They love it.

Went in to Rascals pet supplies a few weeks ago to find out that our food brand is going through some supply chain issues, all well and good its covid we know the drill with supplies. The lady at Rascals had given us two different food choices that were roughly the same protein ingredients for my cat that has a sensitive diet and it was a very pleasant experience as my questions were answered and quality information was provided to me. I shop here all the time, it's my go-to store since I had my dog Taz taking him to go see Sheena to get his nails clipped. 10\10.

Super friendly staff. Fair pricing and massive inventory. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. They have my guy handfuls if treats and didn’t push anything on me like so many other pet stores . Wide range of food and toys for dogs and cats. Also have a lot of raw food and bones . The store seems a little disorganized at first but it’s really fun in there for both dog and owner it doesn’t really matter. Treats and beef chews are displayed at the level of the dogs head so if you have a Pac-Man type dog that eats everything in site I would refrain from bringing him in the store lol

Love this store. They have everything and more. So much knowledge. My dog had a sore knee joint they gave me a recommendation a year ago and he is a million times better. I was going in for one product they gave me an honest answer and recommended another. All I can say is thank you, my dog life has been so much better because of your recommendation

Kind people with lots of opinions and thoughts to share on my puppy. To be honest the stuff there was just okay, but people were nice, and my puppy met another puppy there and played so well for almost half an hour. Will be going back, just on the off chance I run into Rubie again.
