I was greeted here by Jesse and Zack last week and they made me feel so comfortable and even special in their store. Their wide selection included both common varieties and plants I had never seen before. In the back of the store, they have an equally wide variety of pots to choose from and some local art that's plant-related. The pictures don't really do it justice, you need to come here and check it out for yourself for the full experience :)

Another great plant shop to fulfill my plant addiction! I love the small and lush space and their assortment of unique and hard to find plants 🌱 The prices are reasonable and the more expensive plants are the rare ones that are difficult to come by. Also, I loved the pot selection and found the designs to be simple to fit any space. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful!! You can tell that they take a lot of pride in this little shop :)

Store is well laid out and easy to see prices. The main part of the store has lots of tropical plants from large fiddle leaf to sansevieria to pothos and calatheas. I would suggest to have a look up on the upper shelves and displays for huge hanging baskets of pothos, Hoyas, and heart leaf philodendrons. As you move to the back, you'll see accessories such as macrame hangers, plant stands, as well as plant supplies like fertilizers, pesticides etc, and last room are where most of the pots are displayed. Overall, the staff were extremely friendly, and the owner Jesse was equally just as approachable, he is also knowledgeable about his plants and the care for them. Definitely coming back!

We visited this shop for the first time today and we loved it. I'm in love with the gloriosum I purchased. It's beautiful and healthy. The staff are extremely friendly as well! Will for sure visit again in the future whenever we're in Calgary.

Have been here a couple of times already. I have bought plants and pots from them. They were very accommodating and also have taken a good curation of plants to sell, they also take care of them very well. I'll be coming back for sure.

We had the loveliest worker with the greatest energy help us out - he was super knowledgeable about plants and had great energy. He even gave us a free plant because of an ordering problem the store faced? The store in itself has a great selection of plants, stickers, pins and more. Would definitely recommend :) (they also have a gecko which adds to the ambience)

Such a gem of a plant shop. It is beautiful inside, with a wide variety of plants. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do. Perfect place to browse, learn about and purchase plants.

Fabulously cool plant shop run by enthusiastic, knowledgeable people who take pride in their business and clearly love and understand plants and plant people! If you’re lucky, you’ll be there on a day that the little shop dog is working. Every plant I’ve ever purchased has been bug free and not stressed, ensuring that they continue to thrive when I get them home. I appreciate that the shopkeep carefully considers our low light and dry air fall/winter/spring situation and stocks plants that will survive in our homes in our part of the world!

Addicted to this plant shop. All the staff are so down to earth, they feel like longtime friends. The plant selection is immaculate for the size of the shop!! There’s plants for novices, big statement pieces, as well as some really interesting less common aroids at an amazing price point. PS they are involved in making the community a better place by participating in charity events, supporting other businesses, stocking self care items from local artisans etc. basically, it feels good to spend money here

This is hand down my favourite plant store! Been frequenting there a lot since they’ve opened and they always have a great selection of tropical plants big and small. Sometimes they have plants that are a little more rare to find! Jesse and Zach are the kindest humans and are always willing to answer any questions you have! I recommend this store to everyone looking for some house plants or even some pots! Go check them out and go say hi to Tony ;)

Wonderful staff, great selection of very happy plants and local art. Shockingly good prices! I was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. This place just has really awesome vibes. I’ll definitely be returning to buy even more plants I don’t have the space for. :)

Thanks for assisting this novice green thumb and making me comfortable in growing my plant empire! The staff there were polite and helpful, asking me the right questions about plant management. The store is so fresh and a much needed break from the smoke. All the plants are in great shape and a wonderful investment. Stop in for a great time and good conversation.

One of my favourite places in the whole city. From the very first day I stepped in the door, I felt so, SO welcome. Even though I had never met Jesse before, he felt like an old friend from day one. Zack and Reanna, and Alex, are equally incredible – just the sweetest humans imaginable. The plant selection is INCREDIBLE, and the shop is always lush with plants. Tons of stuff that you can't find elsewhere, and always new things to look at. As a bonus: VERY reasonably priced pots. The staff can tell you anything you need to know about plants, whether you're a COMPLETE beginner, or, like me, you've spent too much time on Plant TikTok and now are tying to expand your collection and plant parenting skills. The folks at Sunday are always willing to share tips, advice, and help you troubleshoot any and all issues. I always bring my dog, River, to the store and all of the staff know her by name. She gets tons of pets and treats, and as a result, it's one of HER favourite places in the city, too - she always starts wagging whenever we approach the door and starts wiggling with happiness when she sees Jesse. If you haven't been to Sunday yet, go NOW. It's such a welcoming safe space, in every sense of the word. The plants are amazing and the people are even better. I guarantee you won't be able to stay away :)

This store is amazing! Popped in to see if they had a plant to replace mine that had succumbed to mites; store is well organized with a wonderful variety of tropical plants. Also has a great section of planting essentials with Promix soils and sphagnum moss in various sizes. Staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!
