    Professional. Friendly. Knowledgable trainers. Impossible to injure oneself doing high intensity slow Mo resistance training. Applicable to all age groups. 15 minutes per week exercise is enough and just as good as someone training several hours a week using traditional main stream training methods. Has good scientific studies behind it. Follow the science.

    I would highly recommend Evolved Health! I’ve been seeing Clara for almost two years now and have really noticed a big difference in my strength and as well as definition. I always feel like I’ve accomplished something when I leave and can’t wait to go back the next week!

    Really love this gym experience. I have been training here for a few months now and I’m really noticing the changes to my body. At first I wasn’t sure how 15 minutes twice a week could make me strong but I was pleasantly surprised! I’m seeing a lot more muscle on my body then ever before. This is the first time I’ve been consistent about working out because it’s so convenient, 1-2x a week for 15 minutes. The trainers are all awesome and know how to motivate you. I highly recommend training here! They also offer a free consultation so you can try it out before you start!

    Evolved Health is amazing, their program has help me build up my muscle strength. I had a serious shoulder injury and I now have full range of motion thanks to the strength training of this workout The research is correct and it works. I have improved my muscle strength and tone. I have a very physical job and this program keeps me strong enough to do my job. All the trainers are great😀👍 Thank You

    My wife and I joined Evolved in October last year and have loved it. The 15 minute workout is tough enough to get me in shape, but short enough that I don't skip workouts when I am busy. We have had great trainers - thanks Layton, Ashley and Kaylee!! I am in my 50's and am in better shape now that I have been in a long long time. With the help of a good diet and some cardio I have been able to drop almost 100 pounds.

    I am 56. I have always taken my body and my good health for granted. But I am noticing the effects of aging and DO NOT want to be pushing a walker, or unable to pick myself up off the floor. I appreciate how carefully my trainer tracks my progress. I love how I feel for days after my workout. I love the ease of this gym and LOOOOOVE the free parking. And I particularly love how quickly I have seen results. Evolved is a non-negotiable part my self-care.

    After reading “Body by Science” I was convinced that high intensity strength training was the most efficient and effective way to get a terrific workout in a minimal amount of time. I found Evolved and have been a client for almost five years. I was looking for a method to gain and maintain strength for both the lifestyle benefits and for aesthetic reasons. Working with the trainers has been a pleasure and in particular with Jill, who is always very conscientious and motivating in pushing me during each workout. I have never been stronger or felt better! I will definitely continue with Evolved for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend!

    I joined Evolved 2 months ago and I love it. I joined just as I was returning to run from an injury that took me out for several months. I know how important cross training and strength training is for running and I wanted to set myself up for success. After two months, I feel stronger, my posture is better, I no longer have back pain getting out of bed and I am starting to see a positive change in my body composition. I go twice a week and the short (intense) workouts make it easy for me to go during my lunch hour. The one-on-one coaching is great for newbies like me, as the coaches make sure my form is correct, they remind me to breathe, and they push me to levels I don't think I could achieve on my own! Thank you Coaches Kayley and Dudley for making this a great experience and pushing me (safely) out of my comfort zone!

    Evolved Strength takes the guesswork out of getting stronger. I’ve always felt intimidated or overwhelmed at gyms, but Evolved Strength’s personalized, one-on-one workouts make me feel safe and supported. It’s easy to fit the short workout into my busy schedule, and I know it’s effective because my muscles are always absolutely exhausted after. I’ve been training with Jill for 4 months and her positive encouragement gets me through the toughest sets!

    I experience great one to one training which takes me to another level of strength. Since beginning less than a year ago I have developed both inner and muscular strength that I have never achieved before with Evolved Strength. Layton is a down to earth and encouraging trainer and I would highly recommend him. Great energy. So if I were you I would head over to their Kensington or Willow Park locations for a transformative workout. 😊

    Absolutely love this place! Been coming for about 5 years and it is the one thing that I won't ever give up! I don't have time for the gym - this fits into my schedule easily and is so effective and efficient! Love the one on one training - staff is friendly and skilled!     I love my weekly workouts and will reach my 1 year anniversary this summer. The trainers are fantastic. They give me their full attention and guide me to be my best. My motivation is the health of my bones and I hope that this strength training will help to protect me from osteoporosis.

    2 year customer. Science based = RESULTS I used to go to a 'big box' gym with no plan, no schedule, and nobody to push me to the max, and therefore no results. Evolved Strength Training has gotten me BETTER results in LESS time. The trainers will PUSH you, but that's the point. I'm a busy dad and these 15 min workouts are by far the most efficient and effective use of my time to keep my in shape and fight the 'dad bod'!

    I have been training at the Kensington location since January, 2023 and have absolutely loved it. My trainer is Dudley and he is fantastic, pushing me a bit out of my comfort zone, beyond what I think I can do during every session. I’ve noticed a significant increase in muscle definition and strength. Would highly recommend ES for its innovative and effective quick workout!

    I LOVE my workouts at Evolved Health. I have always loved to work out, but a lot of the workout classes I attend are primarily focused on cardio (spin, boxing, etc.). I was missing weight training from my routine, and Evolved Health was the perfect solution to balance out my schedule. Clara is the best, and I look forward to seeing her each week - it’s amazing how much you can accomplish in the short sessions. I’ve been going for almost a year now and am excited about my progress - I am motivated to see how much more I can change!

    This is the place where you want to work out if you want to get stronger and maintain your strength. Just one short weekly workout will do it for you, with the help if professional personal trainer and specially designed equipment. Safe, efficient and effective! It has really helped my hiking, scrambling and skiing in the mountains, and just everyday functioning as well.

    I have been working out in Evolved since I was 2 months pregnant. The team made all the accommodations while my pregnancy was progressing. Then Covid pandemic hit, and the team had to work around it again. Every trainer is very thoughtful, attentive and supportive. Even with 2 small kids, I find 15 Min a week to work out.     I’ve been here for over two years. Every time is challenging yet manageable and I leave the studio feeling satisfied because it’s customized (private) workout for me. 10 mins once a week is also a perfect frequency for a non-athletic-not-so-motivated-to-workout individual like myself. I have also had several different instructors over the years and every one of them has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The studio is nice and quiet without stimuli such as loud music, crowded, etc.

    Being a little older, I understand how important strength training is to my overall health. I've found Evolved to be a highly effective way to measurably increase physical strength with a minimal time commitment. Not only do I feel better about myself, but after just 6 months I can see positive physical changes including much improved posture. I highly endorse Evolved.

    December 2019 I am an older male in my early 70’s and have been a client at Evolved Health in Willowpark Village for about 1 ½ years. I recommend the weekly weight training program because of the physical and mental/emotional benefits it brings me. The main physical benefit I receive is the challenge and strengthening of various muscle groups. I have never been a body builder with a sculpted physic, but what I get from Evolved Health is knowing that I feel stronger, that I have better balance and overall just enjoy feeling better. The mental/emotional benefit shows in many ways. Of course there is the in-the-moment mind challenge of the weight machines and my coach’s encouragement of ”you can do this”. But this is only in the weekly practice. What is more valuable to me is the recurring “I can-do this” attitude that exists because of the sessions. Knowing that I am making my physical health a priority is my statement about me. I find that I am encouraged to be more active throughout the week and to push myself, such as in a regular yoga practice. I am really grateful for my trainer Clara. She knows just when to push me and when to back off. And I know that we have a common interest in me and my health. Give Evolved Health a try. You too can experience that you “are still in the game!” Believe in yourself, you are worth it!

    I am approaching 70 years of age and have been with Evolved Health for almost a year now. In that time my posture has greatly improved along with my strength and stamina. A lot of this is due to my trainer Clara who encourages me and at times pushes me. But she also knows when to back off a bit. She is truly interested in how I'm progressing and how I'm feeling.. I would recommend Evolved Health to anyone who wants to exercise in a friendly environment and with one on one training.

    Clara does an excellent job as my trainer, ensuring that what I do works for my particular medical condition. I am in my twelfth month of the Evolved Health work out and the benefits are many. The muscles around my arthritic joints are stronger and support my movements better. I no longer have lower back pain, can easily walk up multiple stairs again and have whittled inches off my body everywhere.

    This is a great place to get an intense, safe, and effective workout in only 15 mins! The trainers are very knowledgeable and guide and challenge you every step of the way. Highly recommended for someone who has a busy, on-the-go schedule or is just looking to build their body strength and improve their mobility.
