Want to start off by saying I’ve not been a customer of this business, however, whoever drives the truck with the MOMMS logo across the tailgate needs to realize they are representing this company while driving around the city. Extremely aggressive and dangerous driving in a high traffic area of downtown. I’ll definitely avoid this business in the future.

Friendly staff and owners, I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for the poor mask enforcement. Was going to come in and shop but there were customers inside with no masks on and the woman that works there was talking to them with her own pulled down. It's a pandemic, there's just no excuse.

We have been popping in here on and off since they opened and all the times we've been in its ALWAYS positive but today sealed the deal for me. My partner had been in the store and was trying to manage 2 bags of cat food and a small bag of goodies and our big blind dog (the lady offered to help but my partner refused 🙂) long story short... She dropped a bully stick between the store and the car. I promptly got a call about them finding a bully stick and they thought it was ours AND they offered to drop it off at our house! He even added a special treat! Just great customer service and I would highly recommend! Thank you for being awesome!

She's great the only pet store that can get the cat food our cats love Snappy Tom and she will order in 4 cases at a time when I need them so we don't have to travel to Calgary every month

Unfortunately Doodle Dogs has some pretty strong opinions on companies and one of these seems to be a very hard stance on any products that come from Nestle or any of their subsidiaries. While I can empathize a bit as Nestle isn't a great company, blanket refusal to carry any of their products reduces consumer choice, especially when some of those products are actually decent despite their Nestle affiliation. Case in point, Orijen and Acana products. The Acana healthy grains dog food is one of the best I've found for a balanced diet that does not include lentils. I was able to get one of the last bags they had from the Momm's stock they acquired and it will likely be the last time I visit the store. Best of luck to Doodle Dogs but I'm really missing Momm's right now!
