and
they
offered
a
full
refund
if
I
still
had
the
plant.
I
took
it
in
today
and
received
a
refund.
I
am
now
updating
my
review
from
1
star
to
3
stars.
Buyer
Beware…
I
loved
this
store.
Trendy
location,
huge
variety
of
plants
&
great
atmosphere.
HOWEVER,
similar
to
all
of
the
other
negative
reviews,
the
plants
they
carry
are
completely
BUG
INFESTED.
I
purchased
a
$65
False
Aralia
and
within
14
days
of
having
it
at
home
I
noticed
white
fuzz
strewn
through
the
leaves.
I
had
never
experienced
mealy
bugs
before
so
I
thought
maybe
I
overwatered
it
and
produced
some
mold.
But
on
closer
inspection
I
saw
that
the
plant
is
fully
INFESTED
WITH
MEALY
BUGS.
I
have
10
house
plants
that
I’ve
been
growing
for
years
and
none
of
them
have
bugs.
I
knew
it
came
infested
from
the
store.
Thankfully
I
have
the
knowledge
to
know
that
I
needed
to
isolate
it
before
bringing
into
my
plant
area,
otherwise
I
would
have
lost
all
my
plants.
I
don’t
know
what’s
more
disappointing.
Paying
$65
for
something
that’s
going
straight
into
the
trash
or
the
fact
that
the
STAFF
IS
AWARE
of
this
pest
problem
(per
the
other
reviews
with
responses)
and
does
nothing
about
it.
Who
do
I
need
to
contact
to
get
my
money
back?
