Global Pet Foods in Sage Hill is the BEST. They have awesome products and my two jerk dogs ask me to go everyday. The store is very colourful and well organized and the staff are exceptional and really know all of the products that they sell and provide exceptional advice. I have many pet stores in my immediate area and will drive the extra distance from now on. VERY grateful for Global Pet Foods Sage Hill. Thank you very much for what you do!! These guys are awesome, hands down. Friendly service, and a huge neighbourhood-business feel. I live a 10 mins walk, or 2 mins drive away, so have the convenience factor in addition to the already stellar service. My Jack Russell loves their doggy bakery treats, and I typically grab one each time I pop by. The owners take pride in what they do, and get to know their customers on a personal level; after only a couple visits they always remember my name, as well as my dog's. I hope they continue to get their name out there and grow in the local community.

The customer service here is amazing. Truly. The staff here are very knowledgeable and are always going above and beyond when assisting with all questions or concerns. They never rush and have the greatest amount of patience. I live right behind the building & so I come here on a weekly basis. Sadly, I have to move back to Edmonton and will no longer be able to come here for my pet supplies. The store is always clean, organized and stocked with anything your pet may need. I have a new Goldendoodle puppy & they’ve helped me with so many questions I had as this is my first dog. It is so important to make sure my animals have the healthiest/cleanest diet & this store has great options, as well as great discounts. I could go on and on. My pup, Roxie and I love going to this location. The staff are always super nice and helpful, I always end up staying longer to make conversation. My puppy is fearful of people and they are always so gentle and keep their distance from her to keep her comfortable.

This is my favourite pet store! The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful around food and treat options for pet allergies. They are always willing to order In if I need certain special orders. I just love them! And the store is beautiful, clean organized and easy to navigate.

Stumbled upon this location (the sign is very understated) and was blown away by the customer service. My dog has grown up with reactivity issues, and displayed NO issues as he was charmed by the staff. In addition to being knowledgeable about the products and dietary needs, Mateo is a dog whisperer, and i’ll be very happy to support this family business in the future.

I recently stumbled upon this Franchise store while waiting for the pharmacy at a nearby location. I was very happy to find a pet store that had such a great selection, great prices, open and clean space, not to mention the adorable “barkery”. I would like to credit the two employees Lisa & Matteo for their undeniable amazing customer service, knowledge of products, offerings and assistance. This will be my go-to place for here on out as I am always in this area and nothing beats marketing than your amazing staff who know the products and deliver on every aspect. To the owners Mark & Glenda, you should be proud of such a beautiful store and these two individuals who were a delight to interact with. We come here sometimes to get treats for our dog. Staff are always so helpful. The place is clean, and well organized. Their pet toys are a tad on the pricier side though.

Just left the vet, stressed because my poor cat injured herself and was having an emotionally draining day. Walked by here and wasn’t sure if they were open so I kept walking, and a kind man working there let me know they were so I could come inside. Was shopping around and they were kind to ask what happened to my kitty. The gentleman working made me feel better and gave me a free treat sample for my pet. Very great experience and have always had great service here!

Just found out they opened a location here! We were wanting to look at some harness options to help stop our dog from pulling. The staff was super helpful with helping us not only find a harness, but let us walk around the store with it to see how it worked. We took our dog for a walk right afterwards and the harness worked like a charm! Thank you for all your help, it’s deeply appreciated :)
