We ate delicious pre-dinner oysters here. We had good service and nice champagne. The place is tiny so make a reservation.

Very cool little shop with some of the best oysters I’ve ever had. The smoked scallops are incredible as well. Definitely worth your time if you’re about that raw bar life.

Loved this raw bar. Black pearl oysters were amazing. Great wines at reasonable prices that compliment the food. Scallops and caviar were awesome too. I will be back next time I am in town and recommend to everyone. Cheers

Best oysters I’ve ever had. You have to try the sweet ones. They also have set menu for one or two people which allow you to have a taste of a little bit of everything. The interior design is very clean and delightful, people are friendly and they speak english.

They were already out of sea urchin when we arrived. So be sure to come earlier in the day if you are seeking for the same thing. We came for dinner and the oysters were still as fresh as ever — we ordered 24 piece with some prawns and it was enough for 2. While they do have a great wine selection, the glass of white wine that came with the oysters wasn’t very pleasant nor did I feel that it paired well. But that’s subjective. Service is good and food was fast! A bit pricy it is right by St. Germain… so expected! Overall, I will return!

Huîtrerie Régis is an ideal destination for oyster lovers and avid seafood enthusiasts. We indulged in a variety of oysters, each meticulously described by their unique taste profiles. Our experience was further enhanced by the smoked scallops and sea urchin, perfectly complemented by a delightful white wine from the Loire Valley. The exceptional service provided by Bachir, Thomas, and Ali made our visit even more memorable. Their friendliness and expertise truly set this staff apart!

We followed the YouTube “LesFrenches” to this little gem. They focus on serving premiums oysters. Oyster and pawns are absolutely perfect. The paired wine was too mineral before having seas food. Amazing twist happened 🌟when you taste it with oysters. Perfectly matching! Worth the wait in line! A little bit dirt on our table and dish. But that’s ok.

I can’t recommend this place enough! Exceptional service, beautiful location, unbelievably good food. Formidable! We got the lunch formule menu that included oysters, prawns, bread that was delicious for two (~40 per person) Oysters were all from the Bretagne & Netherlands border regions. Waiter was delightful. He spoke English, French, & German well. He helped us make wine pairings to our taste preferences. This is a tiny place with limited table space, so I would suggest reservations.

Three of us dined here early without a reservation and we were promptly seated. My parents follow a YouTube channel called ‘LesFrenchies’ who recommend this restaurant. We had a wonderful meal and ordered the set menu ‘La Cabane’ and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed three kinds of oysters and the prawns were really delicious. The waitstaff were super nice and spoke English and the menu is also available in english. We completed our meal with an amazing apple tarte. If you fancy simple, fresh yet delicious seafood, avoid the tourist traps and dine here. Inside and outside seating available. I plan to visit again before our trip ends.

Great place for oysters and other seafood. Good selection to choose from. Owner and staff are very welcoming. Wine selection is quite good. Tight quarters for dining, but not a negative. They are very forgiving of broken dinnerware. Definitely make this a stop on your culinary tour.

What a little gem! Superbly fresh oysters which range from mild and sweet to a salty-mineral flavor. An unexpected highlight was the fresh sea urchin from Iceland. It was melt-in-your mouth delicious!

For my wife's 40th birthday celebration, we sought out an experience that would encapsulate the essence of Parisian dining at its finest. Our choice led us to the renowned Huitrerie Régis, a gem nestled in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Known for its exquisite selection of oysters and its intimate, convivial atmosphere, Régis promised a lunch that would not only delight our palates but also create a memorable chapter in our Parisian journey. As we stepped into Huitrerie Régis, we were immediately enveloped by the warm, welcoming ambiance of the restaurant. The decor was elegant yet understated, creating a perfect backdrop for what was to be an exceptional culinary experience. We were greeted with smiles and shown to our table, where the anticipation of the meal ahead added an extra layer of excitement to the celebration. The menu at Huitrerie Régis was a testament to the art of simplicity, focusing on showcasing the natural flavors of the sea. The star of the show, of course, was the oysters. We opted for a selection that included some of the finest varieties, each promising a distinct taste and texture. As we sipped on a perfectly chilled bottle of white wine, recommended by our knowledgeable host to complement the oysters, the first platter arrived, beautifully presented and inviting. Tasting the oysters was an experience in itself. Each variety offered a unique flavor profile, from the briny freshness of the Belons to the creamy richness of the Gillardeaus. It was a sensory journey that took us through the diverse seascapes of France, without ever leaving the heart of Paris. The oysters were accompanied by traditional condiments—shallot vinegar, rye bread, and butter—which enhanced the natural flavors without overshadowing them. What made the lunch truly special was the attentive, personalized service we received. The staff went out of their way to ensure that the occasion was celebrated with the reverence it deserved. Their recommendations, from the wine to the selection of oysters, were spot-on, making our dining experience seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. As we lingered over our meal, enjoying the last of our wine and the ambiance of the restaurant, it was clear that Huitrerie Régis had been the perfect choice for celebrating such a significant milestone. The meal was not just about indulging in some of the finest oysters Paris had to offer; it was about creating a moment in time that would be cherished forever. The experience at Huitrerie Régis was a reminder of the joy that comes from celebrating life's milestones with good food, fine wine, and the company of my love. It was a birthday lunch that epitomized the essence of Parisian chic and the timeless tradition of gathering around the table to celebrate the moments that matter most. As we stepped out of the restaurant, back into the bustling streets of Paris, we carried with us the memory of a lunch that was as much a feast for the soul as it was for the senses.

You just arrived in Paris after a delayed flight. It's too late for lunch, and really too early for a proper dinner. It's time for some of the best oysters available anywhere in the World. Period. The only difference between being here and the shores of Brittany is a handful of hours. Outside of a nice little Duck foie gras and grilled bread to start (what better way to start eating in Paris can there be). We ordered dozens of the oysters they had available. Even when eating oysters on the coast where they are caught in the US, I've never had ones like this. Some of it is the freshness, and some is being shucked by a guy who has shucked so many thousands it's second nature. There was so much crisp brine still in the shells, I ended up dumping some of the water to balance out the salt and oysters. They were just magnificent. They had a perfect wine list. We went with a nice Muscadet because you just never see that wine around enough. It worked perfectly. This is a tiny place with no more than 5-6 tables packed into a small space. Still, it didn't feel crowded. The only disappointment was that Urchin wasn't available.

Service was excellent and seafood very fresh. Tiny place. Must make reservations. Get the whelks. If you haven't had snails before, this is the place to get it

Perfect stop for oysters and a cold glass of rosé in Paris! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain where the oysters were from.
