Stayed in this apartment for 7 days in a twin room opposite reception. They don't provide keys instead you use codes to get into the building, apartment and your room. Unfortunately they forgot to let us know our codes when we came so we had to call them The apartment is on the corner of the road a couple of doors from Jupiter hotel. Continental breakfast from 7am till 10am including Portugese pastels, bread, jam, cheese, ham, orange juice, tea and coffee. Shared fridge, hob, dish washer and showers for everyone to share. You have two toilet and showers to share between all apartment rooms. House keeping cleaned our sheets once during our stay. Clean towels provided on request. Ac didn't work on first day but reception staff helped fix settings. Ask and they assist! Rooms are clean, large and contemporary, WiFi provided and tv worked. Would definitely stay again.

Awful and rude staff who cancelled our appointment the day we arrived to Lisbon because “they tried to charge the card online and it didn’t work”… We booked a month ahead and they had a whole month to check it but did it when I was in transit and could not answer. I called various times asking to rebook and offering to pay with another card because we literallly had no place to stay the night and the answer was “I can do nothing it is your problem”. 0/10 never go there

The location was nice, staff was very unfriendly. Sheets were covered with stains also the mattress, the drain in both bathrooms was clogged

Standort ist gut. Unser Zimmer war nur leider sehr schmutzig, viele Einrichtungsgegenstände komplett kaputt. Wenn man unser Fenster öffnete, konnte man direkt vom Bett aus mit den anderen Gästen kommunizieren, da dies in den Aufenthaltsraum mündete. Man hörte jedes Geräusch, jemand kam auf die Idee nachts um 2 zu duschen. Inhaber sehr ablehnend und unkooperativ. Wir wechselten das Hotel sofort nach einer Nacht.

Ótimas instalações, num primeiro momento parece algo antiquado por conta da entrada mas ao chegar nos quartos você se surpreende com a decoração que é bem clean e moderna.

Ook al is het een erg goedkoop verblijf, doe het jezelf niet aan…We verbleven hier 4 nachten, waarbij er geen enkele keer onze kamer werd proper gemaakt. Hiernaast zijn er twee badkamers voor +10 kamers, die net zoals onze kamers, amper werden gekuist. Echt walgelijk gewoon. In de gedeelde keuken mochten we geen gebruik maken van het afwasmachine, wat opzich geen probleem was, maar en was ook geen schone handdoek/vod/IETS voorzien. Normale hygiëne was hier gewoon niet te vinden. Er is ook geen receptie, wat een probleem was toen de elektriciteit plots uitviel om 23u ‘s nachts. Mensen die hier verbleven hebben zelf in de elektriciteitskast staan knoeien om het geregeld te krijgen. Ook hadden we een mini ijskast in onze kamer die ons elke nacht heeft wakker gehouden omdat het een “zzzz” geluid maakte. Het liefst van al hadden we dat ding uitgetrokken maar dat was niet mogelijk omdat het in een kast stond. Als je de keuze hebt, boek dan iets anders. Het zal je misschien iets meer kosten maar als je hier verblijft wil je gewoon zo snel mogelijk naar huis.

The staff here is wonderful, so helpful and friendly, Thank you Reanna for all the help. The rooms are lovely, very clean, bright and quiet. The location to metro and trains is perfect. The hotel has some growing pains, I think its only just opened and has some things to work out yet. Breakfast is a bit skimpy and not very much food, but what there is is good. The breakfast room is very tiny, if your not there early there no seating. Breakfast seems to have a different start time every day. Would we stay here again....definately!, just need some patience!

I stayed for 2 nights. The location is good but the common toilets (to share with 5 other rooms so like 10 people more) were always dirty. The AC wasn’t working so well, I could barely sleep.
