Great hotel, the location is very good, not in a middle of the touristic part of the city, but still near many attractions within a walking distance. Hotel has a parking and a rooftop heated swimming pool which is a great plus after a long day. I liked the room- it was very modern with everything you need. Breakfast is very rich and tasty.

First of all I would like to say a BIG thank you to all the staff, from the reception, to all staff from the food & beverage departments and the housekeeping. Guys you are all AMAZING so professional so kind and attentive to all the details …. This is what hospitality needs a lot of hotels inclusive a lot of 5 stars hotels all over the world should learn from all the staff at Lux Park. Isn’t enough what I can say about them, They are perfect and I never been so well look after in any hotel all over the world… The room was beautiful presented and extremely well cleaned and everyday to actually the time that suited me. The food in restaurant very good . The swimming pool in the middle of January (what can I say a space out of this world ) I loved every single day of my stay. Last Thanks to the GM that I didn’t met actually for running such a successfully hotel ! Love Paulo

A hidden escape. It was recommended by friends and it was really great. The personell is always very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for such a lively town. In a quiet street close to the park, still in walking distance (20-30 min) to downtown or just take the next public transport or scooter. For sensitive people: you can hear many planes. But it did not bother us at all.

There is so much wrong with this place. The most serious is their concern for your safety and belongings. My wife “lost” her wallet at the hotel - meaning not sure how it went missing. Went to the front desk and told them about it, two people there, they looked at each other and said “we did not see it”. WHAT?? How about checking with the rest of the staff? How about checking the cameras? How about trying to help us? How about maybe someone in your staff stole it? NO - they simply brushed us off!! The hotel is so far from anywhere, in a pseudo residential district, one block from a soon-to-be ghetto. Closed stores, run down. You have to take a taxi anywhere. Oh, and right under the flight path for the airport - so good luck sleeping. The safe did not work well – maybe that has something to do with the missing wallet, uhm??? The shower controls are undecipherable (when i mentioned this to another staff member he said “call the front desk” – sure, right when you are taking a shower – how about offering an instruction manual???) The room was highly computerized – and for those of us in this industry, we know that means nothing really works well. The closet door could not close so the closet light infused the room at night. The TV could not turn on so we had to call … someone came up and did something. When we checked in we were told “breakfast is downstairs” – meaning somewhere down below – good luck finding it (you have to notice the paper signs taped to the walls). No room service to speak of. Breakfast marginal – espresso typical of using lazy machines – espresso to them is just a small portion of cheap american coffee. “Deluxe” room was so tiny that we had to move a chair onto the balcony (a balcony offering a wonderful view of — an old building across the street) and still had to climb over the luggage on the floor (no saddle to put the luggage on of course). Don’t stay here.

We’ve had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! The staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and we’ve had a great time at the infinity pool. Also, it is really close to the center. Highly recommend this hotel! 😊

Vielen Dank!

We have spent 3 nights in this hotel. Overall, it is overpriced for the service you get. Value for money is very, very poor. Firstly, have in mind that airplanes fly just over the hotel, every few minutes. I have newer experiences something like this. It is loud, even with closed windows. Secondly, front desk staff (reception) is not exerienced, unprofessional and often rude. I will not go in to details, but this is a shame for 4 star hotel. Breakfast is very modest with small selection. It is on 2 or 3 star level. For this price you can rent luxurious appartment in Baixa and have a breakfast in some restaurant. Avoid this hotel if possible.

Lately it was the worst experience. The hotel itself is quite new but it‘s not treated right and everywhere there is a specific and not very pleasant smell. Washbasins are installed directly above the head which is a bit weird. The breakfast is just terrible: not really fresh fruit and vegetables, the cheapest cheese and salami, heated old croissants. I would definitely recommend to find a better place.

Our experience at Lux was incredible, Marianna and her amazing bar staff were so thoughtful and made our day visit to the pool a special one! Our hen party had a wonderful time especially our bride! The drinks were HUGE and worth every penny, the food was delicious and served 5 star standard! If you’re looking for a hotel with staff that care about your needs this is the perfect example of it! Would recommend everyone visit and stay at this hotel!

Luxury hotel near Eduardo VII park. Nice rooftop pool and lounge. Complimentary breakfast. We took advantage of the 30 minute free city tour which we amplified. A distance from the old town so be prepared to walk. Front office worker, Andre, was particularly helpful. Would recommend.

everything is perfect. I don't know where to start. it starts with checking in, very nice, polite and accommodating. you are treated with great respect. The rooms are large, very clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. the breakfast offers everything you need. On the roof is a very nice bar with a pool. you can really relax there. the location is great, you have to drive a bit to the hotspots, but then you take an uber or bolt, you pay almost nothing for it, it's extremely cheap. I can highly recommend the hotel and I will definitely come back.

We spent a couple of days there , the room smelled like cigarettes, we were told they only allowed smoking in the balcony and they were very surprised to learn the room smells like cigarettes. Beside the rooms are nice , too small for what they cost and you can’t open the lights to the toilet without opening the lights in half the room. What a shame.

Stayed here for my mum’s 60th Birthday celebration. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the hospitality was outstanding, staff were extremely helpful and though just slightly out of the city centre, location is still great as next to a lovely park and a nice walk into town. As one member of our group was vegan it was great to see plenty of plant based options at the breakfast buffet. Would stay here again and will recommend to others :-)

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and always happy to support with any of your inquiries. For the record, I had a personal issue on checkout day and the team kept in touch with me days after I left offering support and availability to eventually bring a huge help to solve my problem! Kudos to whole Lux Lisboa Park Hotel staff ! Will come again !

Reall really nice rooftop! The staff is also very nice and always looks after you. The prices are completely acceptable, you get to enjoy the view and get some nuts etc. . The pool is also incredible with glass walls. The hotel itself is in a very nice and wealthy area which makes it even more comfortable.

One of the best staying of my life, or maybe the best! Great breakfast buffet and amazing heated swimming pool that you can enjoy even in the winter! Very good

Unbelievably good hotel, amazing rooftop and pool area that really makes the place, staff are outstanding (Carlota is lovely), breakfast is fantastic and the rooms are very comfortable. Great location too, will definitely be staying again.

This is a really excellent hotel. The room was comfortable and spotless, with free bottled water. Breakfast is good, the rooftop bar and restaurant excellent. We had super cocktails and the best food of our Lisbon stay, pork cheeks, clams and monkfish and prawns with rice. Best of all were the staff. Super friendly and keen to help even with a tricky road charging problem we had. We’ll be recommending and will be back soon! Obrigado! The only (slight) downside is the basement parking is small and tricky to use.

Awesome atmospheric & modern hotel. Pretty good close to where you want to go in Lisboa. If you are visiting the hotel during high season, take into account that the rooftop and swimming pool cannot consume fully the amount of guests.

Great service and facilities. If you need a hotel near Lisbon centre, affordable and with services, this is the one. From breakfast to swimming pool at the roof, towels included. Restaurant and bar if you fancy something to drink. It even has jacuzzi but it's closed now during pandemic. There are rooms with more space, and others reduced: ask for what you need when you book/arrive!

Beautiful modern hotel. Very nice staff. Marvellous rooftop terrace with pool jacuzzi and bar. Delicious breakfast with great buffet, real fresh orange juice, fresh coffee brought to the table - makes a good start into the day - special thanks to INES.

We stayed in adjoining rooms, extremely clean and great amenities! The staff are BEYOND friendly and bent over backwards for our needs! The breakfast buffet was full of fresh pastries, fruits, hot eggs, breads and pancakes etc. The hotel’s rooftop pool was different but very cute and the bar was divine! Absolutely loved our stay here would come back in a heartbeat

+ : I really enjoyed my stay , the staff is friendly, rooms are comfy and clean. The breakfast is amazing ! And i also enjoyed the dinner with room service. Heated pool and gym were cool to use. The location of the hotel is nice, all means of transport are nearby. -: I didn't like the bathroom setup, also WC at the room had a weired smell.

The good things sre the lication, the service, breakfast, Jacuzzi. And availability of free parling. The rest is bad. The room we got seems to be a small nich that was left to make a room. So small. No place for the suitcases. Terrace overlooking the roof. I stumbled many times from lack of space. The electricity system is so sufisticated that you dont understand why it wouldnt be simlier to put regular light buttons. So bad. I would not recommend this hotel. Better find another

Just over half an hour out of the centre of town but there are restaurants, landmarks and mini markets close by. Worth being out of the centre as it's quieter and gives you the added bonus of a roof top pool. It's a lovely walk into town, but close to bus routes and taxis are inexpensive.

Great hotel with great service and food. Breakfast food had a great variety. Omelettes are cooked fresh upon the request. Huge variety of coffees available for breakfast as well. Dinner at restaurant was amazing too. We tried pasta with shrimp and Caprese salad. Both were delicious. Couple of disadvantages: awkward locations of bathroom in suite, shower system is tricky to work with. Overall solid 5! Thank you!

Fantastic hotel, great staff. Room was beautiful and beds were comfortable. Also nice heated pool at top floor. Breakfast was decent but nothing that special, could be due to covid.

It was a beautiful hotel with an amazing pool and rooftop bar! We enjoyed our stay. The whole staff was nice and served us very well! Bernardo gave us the best advises what to visit in Lisboa and we are very happy that we choose this hotel. Will definitely come back :)

Perfect hotel to stay 4 nights and discover Lisboa. The room is super clean, all services are provided. The place is well located and transports are near by. I recommend !

Beautiful minimalist style hotel. Each and every staff member is helpful and friendly. The upstairs rooftop area was a real highlight. Spent many hours lazing by the pool or sitting near the bar where the cocktail and food menu is excellent. Will be recommending to friends.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Lisbon. Very clean and amazing staff. Beautifull view from the pool rooftop.

Great heated pool, great roof top bar with very nice food and cocktails, and the rooms are clean and modern. I would have given 5 stars but the service was strange and not something I was accustomed to. We arrived at 12pm and were told that check in will not start until 3pm. This was totally understandable, and a very nice man carefully took our bags and stored them safely. We came back to the hotel at 4pm, and we were told the room is still not ready. The receptionist told us he would compensate with a drink voucher on the roof top bar. I asked if it worked for any drink, and he said yes. When we came to the roof top, the voucher was only limited to a very small select number of cheap drinks. No cocktails. As a result, I didn’t end up using the voucher. The room was finally ready at around maybe 6.30pm/7, which was quite ridiculous. The one roof top staff member was strange sometimes too, telling me to not make the menu dirty again as it’s annoying to clean it. I must have accidentally put it on a bit of food that was on the table. Woops… Other than the late check in and two strange staff members, it was perfect. PCR test was done on time, and the Tesla Model X ride to the hotel was great with a very nice driver.

Nice hotel, good location for the airport and the center. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the roof terraces with catering and heated pool are lovely. Good place to end the day.
