Came in for the unify package and from the services, amenities and friendliness of staff, i am absolutely impressed. Nat was so kind and accommodating, it was so nice to have her take care of us from beginning to end. Liv and Miki who did our massages were so amazing, the best massages we’ve had in a long time. A very calming and relaxing environment, i am so satisfied and we left feeling absolutely tranquil. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely be back!

I had a lovely massage by Eva yesterday. My package included a 60 minute massage, 30minute facial followed by a foot scrub. The massage was very relaxing, Eva really knows how to work on those tight knots in my shoulders and back. I only wished they had an option to purchase a 90minute body massage with the package. Place is very calming and relaxing. Staff professional, friendly and welcoming. Other feedback: At times the music in the massage room would cut out suddenly and restart, as if it was a CD skipping. I would have that checked out, as it did disturb the ambience a few times.

Attended for first time for a ‘girls day out’ with a friend and what a perfect chilled day it was!! A much needed relaxation and time out, the team were wonderful right from start of booking to end. Starting with a relaxing swim and spa with a view, a 60min massage…The massage beds warm and cosy, magic hands Masseur who only checked pressure once and didn’t talk otherwise, allowing me to drift! Followed by LED facial experience whilst my feet were pampered with exfoliation and massage! A glass of Prosecco to top it all off!! The surrounds all very tranquil, fresh and clean. There was nothing I could fault!! Shower available after swim, lockers for my belongings… the overall customer care from staff!! I’ll be sure to be back!!

What a great place. I took my wife here for her birthday yesterday and we were both blown away!! The architecture and fit out was beautiful I loved all the different arches, warm colouring, mood lighting, textured walls and brass fittings!! We were greeted at the door by the owner Pauline what a beautiful soul and thats when the journey began….. Gentlemen if you want to impress your lady choose the RESET PACKAGE!! We had 1 hour in the roof top pool/spa ✅ then the Holism signature massage 1 hour ✅ ✅ followed by 1 hour wellness warrior facial ✅ ✅ ✅ and finished with a restorative foot treatment ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ we were in heaven for around 3 hours everything about this place is special especially the staff, thank you Ayaka, Li and Sarah for making this a memorable day for my wife Angie and I……we will be back soon ❤️

Holism is the best day spa without exception that I have ever been to. The environment is so calm and beautiful. I have had massages from Eva a number of times and she is amazing - attentive, intuitive and very experienced. I often visit with my teenage son and he loves it as much as I do. I am a person who cannot relax but at Holism I feel like I have escaped to the most wonderful haven and without fail I wake myself up with my own snoring every single time. Thank you Holism.

I had a swim at the rooftop pool before my massage and LED therapy. The pool has gorgeous cabanas and has city views. The ladies were so friendly and accomodating and made me feel very relaxed and cared for. Highly recommend the girls day out package.

My mom friends and I had the Nurture Package for Mothers’ day treat at Holism Retreat. We booked online and over the phone so we can have our treatments at the same time. The staff are friendly, accommodating, professional and amazing. The relaxed ambience of the place was also aesthetically and purposefully designed. Everything was pleasing to the eyes and skin, and scream luxury- we loved the blanket used during the massage most especially. These special touches set this experience apart from our regular massage visits. The face and foot treatments were shorter than we expected and we wish we could have longer treatments next time. Overall, it was indeed a radical self care experience at Holism Retreat.

My husband and I had the Unify Massage at Holism Retreat today. The whole experience has been absolutely wonderful. The ambience is very relaxing, beautiful, calm with the touch of luxury. The masseuse for my husband is Katsu and he is really good. He has 10 years of experience and he used technique that my husband has not had before. He used trigger point release massage which straightened all the knotted muscles. My husband feel so relaxed at the end. My masseuse is Hina and she is great too. I enjoy every single of pressure. 90 mins massage is the right length to have whole body feel relaxed. The pool experience before the massage is a nice touch. Their bathroom and massage room are all beautiful and they use comfortable blankets, reclining bed, customise essential oils that we can choose. Finally, when Natalie knows that it is our special day, she gave complimentary champagne for us. What a nice surprise! Extremely happy with all the experience we had in Holism Retreat today. Definitely will come back.

I was recommended Holism Retreat by a friend, and my visit there did not disappoint! I got the Wellness Warrior facial as my skin had been feeling tired, stressed and congested. Eva was so lovely, knowledgeable and did an amazing job with leaving me relaxed and glowing by the time she finished with me. Absolutely fabulous! My friend and I purchased a massage package with the rooftop pool relaxation. It was just the perfect day out! Great therapists, very friendly staff, and the retreat itself is gorgeous. Definitely will go again!

My husband booked me in for 60min Holism massage with Eva. My first impression is the environment is so relaxing and therapeutic. I loved my massage session with Eva so much that I went back with 8 of my girls to which they all enjoyed so much that they are willing to go back. Super relaxing and therapeutic.

While the treatment itself was lovely - the therapist was great, amazing massage. The experience could have been a lot better. They told me to come an hour early to use the pool but neglected to mention it’s the hotel pool. Which was full of children so I chose not to as it was anything but relaxing. Then had to get changed again and leave for an hour as they don’t have any spa facilities you can use to relax in. The package I bought sounded much more than what it was, body restore wellness package - was 20 mins left alone with an LED light on my back then 1 hour massage, not quite $350 worth if I’m being honest. Not sure I’ll go back again, there are other spas around Melbourne for the same price point where you get more of an experience.

Holism retreat is the the most tranquil, relaxing and aesthetically designed place I have been to. From the moment you enter staff greet you warmly and help you settle in with a tea or water before your treatment. I have only experienced the warrior wellness facial which is so amazing - Eva you do the most amazing job! Based on this experience I can imagine any service you choose will be incredible! If you are looking for a beautiful place to treat yourself look no further than Holism Retreat!

Such a beautiful spa and experience I have had to cancel twice in the last 12 months and the ladies who have helped me rebook have been so understanding. I went last Sunday with my sister in law and we both had the standard facial It was so incredibly relaxing and enjoyable , we will 1000% be back again! Special mention to Sarah who did my facial- thank you so so much , my skin is feeling amazing

Pros: Relaxing space, close to home, nice to have cups of herbal tea, massage technique was very good, products used are quality. Cons: My therapist was lovely but had scratchy hands (rough nails? not sure). No robe provided for my last treatment which would have been nice as I booked a package. A couple of things to improve but I would still recommend it.

I recently had the restore package which was amazing. The welcome treatment on arrival was lovely. Eva was professional and her massage and treatments were fantastic. The venue is beautiful. I had the best time and highly recommend Holism. A huge treat.

This place is a hidden gem. Amazing pregnancy relaxation massage by Eva! Unfortunately my original pregnancy remedial massage had to be cancelled as the therapist was unwell, however Natalie was beyond amazing to make sure another treatment was available for me so I didn’t miss out. I have had relaxation massages in the past and have never been happy with them, so always opt for remedial. However this massage was so good and helped my body feel much more relaxed as well as assisting in my muscle tightness. I will definitely be booking in again! Thank you!

Exceptional! I have been in few similar ones and this one’s id definitely the best. Staring with the lady at the front house super nice and accommodating to the therapist that did the massage. I don’t remember her name but she did an amazing job I felt completely relaxed whilst the 90 min massage and my body felt really good afterwards. I have been struggling with lower back pain recently but this lady fixed it. Honestly after this treatment no more tight muscles or pain. Unbelievable! Thanks! I’ll definitely repeat.

Was initially a bit skeptical especially with the price of remedial massage being a lot higher than other massage places. But I was definitely proven wrong, Katsu was my masseur for the session 90mins remedial. His technique and control of power and accuracy exceeded all my expectations. Never felt more relaxed before. Highly recommend giving it a shot. Many different packages suitable for single people, couples and groups of friends.

Joy did the 60min Holism massage and was attentive to my lower back injury and gave a thorough massage with well balanced pressure. The experience was beautiful and left feeling relaxed and restored. Honesty would love to come back for another experience with Joy! The signature facial from Sara was also a highlight definitely lived up to its name! Sara gave a magical experience leaving my skin feeling revitalised and also included some beauty tips to add to my routine.

Had a 60-min massage and it was amazing. Joy- my massage therapist, was lovely and the entire staff were so nice and inviting! Joy worked her magic and released all of the knots out of my neck and shoulders, the pressure of the massage was exactly what I wanted. The ambiance of holism is devine, and smells amazing! As soon as you walk in you’re instantly calm and ready to be pampered. Highly highly recommend!! Definitely will be back again to treat myself 🙏🏻💫

The best pregnancy massage I've ever had. Eva was amazing - she knows every sore and tense bit of a pregnancy body and took away the aches and pain. The staff at holism go above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. I left feeling lighter than pre-pregnancy!

I woke up in pain today from a busy, intense work week. I had a last minute booking for a massage today and it was lovely. My therapist Joy has the hands of an angel. Perfect pressure, a balanced massage taking in all the areas I needed work, and matching those with some work on the correct counter-balancing muscles. Sometimes massage therapists don’t understand the body mechanics, so they simply work on the areas you feel pain. A good one, like Joy, knows that pain in one area typically comes from tension in another. Without her saying anything, I could tell she was addressing this. I left rested, restored and pain free. Thanks for a wonderful, peaceful and nurturing experience.

Great massage but felt short changed! We bought the unify 90min massage for 2 for our wedding anniversary. Chadstone was crazy busy due to Anzac day and we were 10 mins late. As a result we only got 75mins because they were fully booked. At the end of the massage we were told that they couldn't do anything about it and it was only 15mins! So in essence we were short changed $32 per person. Sorry not sorry! A simple discount for next time or a small credit back would have smooth over the whole experience.

Loved the whole experience. Natalie was amazing at organising my reset package. She had to be creative to make the appointments work but managed to book it all in for me. Sarah called me a few days beforehand to tell me about the gift card sale so I could save some money. Eva did an amazing facial and massage. I liked that she didn’t just try to sell products to me and kept the discussion about my skincare really short. The only criticism I had was the music was cutting in and out which had a minor affect on the ambience of the room. Will definitely try to come back in the future

If you want to feel pampered, book the Girls Day Out package. Start off in the penthouse pool and spa with views over Melbourne. Then slink back to the spa for a luxurious massage in a tranquil room. My massage felt like it lasted forever under the expert hands of my masseuse. Eve melted away all stress and made me feel whole again. After the massage, chill out in the lounge with a leg and foot treatment while receiving LED facial therapy. I feel amazing. Highly recommend!

My partner and I came in for the Unify Package. The whole service was amazing. Such a tranquil environment. The staff checked in during my facial/massage to make sure pressure was perfect and temperature was set comfortably. The massage beds had warmers… absolutely the best beds. Booking online was super simple as well. Highly recommend and I cannot wait to come back for a full body massage, as we chose the facial where you receive a 30minute back massage to settle in, this was amazing!

I was given a voucher for the Restorative Body Package at Holism Retreat and boy was it a gift! It was an absolutely beautiful experience from start to finish. I did the morning Yoga which was led by Natalie, it was literally the most restorative and peaceful practice I've ever done. In between I had some free time at the rooftop pool. I then came back down for my remedial massage & infrared treatment which was the best massage of my life. So much care was taken, and the massage oil which I got to select myself was gorgeous, I smelt amazing for the rest of the day! I am already looking forward to when I can go back again. I loved the experience and want to feel like that again! Thank you Holism Retreat team - you're doing amazing things x

I had my first visit to Holism and can't wait to go back. The moment I stepped off the lift I could smell the beautiful scent of the Day Spa and was instantly relaxed. I was welcomed with a delicious tea and an absolutely serene environment. I was booked in for a relaxing facial with Hayley and it was a wonderful treatment. While each product did it's thing I was treated to a head massage, neck and shoulder massage and then hand and arm massage. I left with beautiful glowing skin and was very happy.
