Staff is very strange at this location I went to buy few things for my girlfriend's birthday but the staff kept following me which made me very uncomfortable. I ultimately had go leave the store there was one staff that was loud and mean asking people to wear mask she could have spoken politely. bad first time experience never going again

I have shopped at Ardene for a long time. While I tend to like the clothes and the sales, a few bad experiences have left a lasting impression on me. A few days ago, I was shopping at Ardene. There was a long line at the fitting rooms, so I decided it might be smarter to just buy the items and try them on at home. I double checked what the return policy was. The girl working said that right now they are doing refunds back to the original payment method. I asked her to repeat this a couple times to make sure. I went ahead and bought the items. The majority was on a credit card and a small amount was on an old gift card. I went home and tried them on. Three of the six items didn't work, so I brought them back a couple hours later. The girl working tried to refund the sum to my credit card, but it was declined. She asked her manager, who said since a tiny bit was on a gift card, the entire thing had to be refunded on a gift card. I was very upset and told them what the girl I had purchased the items from had said. They seemed completely indifferent and started refunding it to a gift card without me even agreeing to this. I didn't want to cause a fuss because they were short staffed and there were people in line. Unfortunately, nice people who are not confrontational do not tend to get the correct treatment. After sending an email to their customer support and receiving no reply for several days, I decided to call their phone number. The girl was nice, but said there was nothing she could do other than give me a coupon for 20% off a future purchase. My only compensation was to have to spend more money with them in the future, but get a small one-time discount. This entire experience has left me very frustrated. After I have used up the gift card that I am stuck with, I have no intentions of shopping at Ardene again any time soon.

It's okay, I stopped going there because the times I have the staff was always following me around and looking at me non stop which made me extremely uncomfortable. And they kept coming around to see what I was doing.

Worst experience ever with Ardene today Went to cash to ask for price she denied saying i am busy have to get my stuff done first and then sales floor other girl said if cashier is busy i am really busy too and ignored us My friend went for the first time and she also never want to visit this store I dont know the names But cashier was in black top and sales floor girl was in brown top today around 06:30pm ,i hope they get to learn how to speak to customers even when they are being polite with you. Specially that sales floor girl Thank you

Great store. Employees are nice, the clothing and accessories here are nice too. I would definitely recommend to people who are looking for new clothes or accessories.

No employee came to ask how I was doing or acknowledged us. One of the staffs were following us as if we were there to steal, for no apparent reason. I will never come back to this store. I see that this problem was brought up a year, and also two years ago from the previois reviews here. And the reply is exactly the same. What a horrible, horrible place their workplace must be.

Well, if your a size XS or Small, this is the store for you!! Otherwise, you won't find a pair of pants that fit!! Not to mention, you better get there HOURS before it closes because the change rooms close one hour before the store..... Even if it's 65 minutes before store closes and you have one pair of jeans to try on: forget about it!!!

The employees are nice, and don't judge you for who you are. It's the kind of store I wish all stores were like.
