The pistachio croissant is heavenly. I didn’t expect the chocolate inside ;) and it was not too sweet, just perfect. Can’t wait to try all the other pastries! The place is cosy enough for reading or just some people watching.

As soon as I saw the Vogue vanity fair reccomendation sign - I had to see for myself what the hype was about. Delivered as promised! The vibe when I walked in was just lively and cozy. Definitely a great visit especially at this time of year. Staff were welcoming and professional - and the barista craftship was wonderful, patient but speedy. I was quite surprised at how much the cup of cappucino costed - comparing to my limited experience of buying other coffees at that volume cup in London, definitely priced at a lower cost. Definitely worth it! Definitely coming again to enjoy more of the experience indoors. I am new to the coffee scene, a great start to my journey. 😁

Being a huge supporter of local businesses, I'm absolutely smitten with Bould Brothers Coffee! 😍 While I've frequented their shop by the round church, this one on Regent Street has stolen my heart due to its perfect location. The ambiance, decor, and friendly service all blend magically, creating an exciting atmosphere. And the coffee, oh, it's simply fantastic! ☕️💕 You've got to experience it firsthand. Trust me, this place comes highly recommended! And don't forget to explore their awesome merchandise too!!! 😄

Very impressed with Bould Brothers coffee. The coffee was silky smooth with a rich undertone. The cinnamon bun had a crispy sugary exterior with a soft texture inside. A great place for a coffee catch-up with high quality coffee!

Cafe ambience was lovely and staff were friendly! Had a pistachio croissant which would have tasted even better heated. Ordered latte and they were not bad, slightly on the creamier side, would be nicer if the espresso was stronger (probably their “the magic” with 3 shots of espresso would be something to try next)

Just meet up w my friend at Bould Brothers. Nice staff serving hot coffee to my table after ordering at the counter. Plus self service with mint favorite water, so fresh after drinking coffee. Great place to meet up or studying.

Recently discovered Bould Brothers during my latest visit to Cambridge. The cafe had cozy vibes which I totally enjoyed. Got the Magic which is one of their specialties and really liked it. Would love to visit again next time!

Like the vibe here. The coffee is normal, a bit flat in the flavor. The cinnamon is totally a disappointment. The outside is no longer crunchy and the inside dried out. Probably it’s made many days ago.

The cozy feeling will be the first thing you experience here. I love the art work decorated in the walls. One of nicest, cleanest bathroom in coffee shop. It s decorated with artistic items and order that bring you sense of comfort. You can even take a selfie here. There is mouthwash here. I tried regular chocolate and it is not too sweet.

I've visited this café two times a few months apart and both times were great! First visit (June 2023); Latte, Pain au Pistache and Dark Hot Chocolate. Second visit (October 2023); Flat White, Double Chocolate Swirl and Cinnamon Bun (and another Dark Hot Chocolate because it was so good the first visit) Both Latte and Flat White were great coffees; little to no bitterness, nice body of sweetness with a hint of sourness with perfect milk texture. The Dark Hot Chocolate however, was my favourite drink overall. It had a rich chocolate flavour with such a smooth and near-thick consistency. Unfortunately I hadn't asked, but my guess for the cocoa percentage would be maybe 60-70%. The Pain au Pistache was recommended to me by the lady on till and she did not disappoint me. The pastry was airy and flaky with a delicious pistachio filling and the icing sugar on top was a nice extra layer of flavour for my sweet tooth. The Double Chocolate Swirl had a thin layer of chocolate within the swirl itself with half of the pastry covered too; this is the dream of a chocolate pastry lover. The Cinnamon Bun was the only thing I wasn't too impressed with unfortunately, very little sweetness and cinnamon flavour to it and was the most expensive out of all the pastries. The cafe itself has a great atmosphere with its beautiful modern interior design. My first visit was on a quiet midday Monday so it had quite calm vibes. It was during a little heat wave and a barista gave out water to every customer at their tables which was very sweet. My second visit was during a very busy Sunday midday rush with tables all filled and a queue out the door. But both times, the baristas were still giving good quality service with a lot of patience and I do respect them for their work professionalism. Latte: 8/10 Flat White: 8/10 Dark Hot Chocolate: 9/10 Pain au Pistache: 9/10 Double Chocolate Swirl: 7/10 Cinnamon Bun: 6/10

Had a really lovely oat latte and pain aux pistachio here before I caught a train at the station a short walk away. Staff were lovely and the vibe was really cool (music, decor, etc). Would definitely recommend

Particularly friendly staff, speciality coffee and plenty of seating for their medium-sized premises, Bould Brothers is a good place to get coffee in the city. Also a place to pick up some Square Mile coffee beans of James Hoffmann fame

This was fab spot to grab lunch. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The coffee was great. And the food was good, too. A great place to come with friends.

Amazing lunch experience! 😋 our coffee and "the potion" was so tasty! The sandwiches were fresh and clearly hand made, pastries to die for! The staff were friendly, patient and so attentive! Thank you so much! 💓

I had a lovely, well made coffee here this morning with a delicious pistacchio crossaint. Service was very friendly and accomodating. My mate says they lack empathy for life, rules and overall are pretentious, but I am pleased to say that in my experience, he is wrong.

Absolutely loved the ambience, tea, service, and cookie. The bathroom, cleanileliness, and decor were great too. Highly recommended.

Pastries and coffee are tasty. I ordered the potion, it tasted like chai but it’s more mild.

I went in here after a recommendation from Reddit (best coffee shops in Cambridge thread) and was not disappointed. The decor is lovely - even though I had my coffee to take away as it was a bit busy I could appreciate the atmosphere and nice decor. I had a latte, my companion had a magic coffee (three espresso shots!). Yes the cups are a little on the small side, but the coffee is lovely and the service was superb. I will be visiting again soon, perhaps with a view to trying one of their pistachio croissants too! Would recommend, lovely place.

The best coffee shop in the town I would say! I had a really nice time here which was the first place to go in Cambridge😍 Not only the coffee, but their pistachio croissant is great!!

The shop has amazing interior and their coffee was great of course. I also tried one of their summer specials, Bould Fizz (their own version of Shirley Temple), and it's good.

Lovely ambience, gorgeous interior and furnishings, super staff. Superb artisanal coffee made with care complete with latte art. Must try: their chocolate banana bread!

We came across a day where they only took payments in cash because the POS machine was broken. But since we came from Ireland for only a day, we didn't have any pounds with us, only euros. They said that they did not take payment in euros and offered the coffee free of charge. They have an incredibly kind staff and a very warm atmosphere. If we come to Cambridge again one day, we would like to refund the cost of the coffees in pounds, and we would like to thank them once again. 🌸
