The rooms were 5 stars; spotless, upgrade mattress, upgrade shower, great breakfast. Charlotte and Adrian, the owners, were warm and outstanding. Adrian walked us to local restaurants that were clean and served great food. They would assist us in a manner that was helpful and unique. My sister and I decided when we return to London we are only going to stay at the Barclay B and B. This was such an impressive place to stay and made London a wonderful experience. A great price for a 5 star experience.

We had a lovely time staying at this bnb. The owner was really helpful and nice, she explained to us everything and also booked us a dinner at a really nice pub. This was my 4th time in London and I can say this was the cleanest and nicest “hotel” I stayed. The location is also great, only a minutes walk to Fulham broadway tube station. Would recommend to anyone planning on staying in London for holiday.

Spotlessly clean in a quiet neighborhood with nice restaurants within walking distance. Yummy morning snacks provided. Reasonably priced for London. Would certainly stay again.

This is a wonderful, boutique B & B with immaculately clean facilities that are very modern and comfortable. The service provided was welcoming, and Charlotte the owner was very knowledgeable about what to see and do. It is near the Fulham-Broadway tube station and a few bus lines, so getting around was easy. There is also a Whole Foods around the corner with eat-in facilities, along with many other restaurants. All around, a wonderful place to stay in London. I would stay there again.

My baby daughter and I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! First of all, Charlotte, host of this B&B, is a lovely, service focused, gave good recommendations and proactive host. Extremely helpful! The room(s) and bathroom(s) are clean, modern, beds super comfortable, silent area despite being just next to Fulham Broadway and she provide all kind of practical things you can borrow : umbrella, cloth-brush, extra chair, robe, she got me extra bags so I could get rid of diapers in the bin outdoor right away, fully equipped kitchen. As a person with long hair, I’m thankful for the conditioner provided :) I really appreciated that despite I was the only guest for a few days, breakfast was provided in full. Extra star for being so sweet and getting a cake so I could enjoy a bit of afternoon tea :) Good coffee, plenty of teas, cookies etc. Thank you Charlotte for a fabulous time - Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice B&B with a great host who makes fresh pastries each morning! She was very helpful when I needed something shipped to the hotel.

Awesome B&B. Beautiful, quiet, residential street, gym nearby, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Waitrose and the Tube. Friendly host and super responsive.

Such an oasis of calm and cosiness in trendy Fulham. The location is just round the corner from tube stop Fulham Broadway but on a quiet leafy street. We very much felt welcome and at home, and this B&B was the perfect base for us to explore the neighbourhood. Our host gave wonderful recommendations, clearly knows the area and places of interest. We would have been lost without her. The room decor is not just beautiful and the rooms are very cleverly designed. I left feeling happy and inspired.
