Torteria storica nel pieno centro di Torino. Locale molto piccolo (circa 20 coperti), quindi c'è sempre da fare un po' di attesa, in base ai giorni e all'orario. Arredato in modo gradevole, con tanti suppellettili e tanti quadri, un posto caratteristico. Il servizio è abbastanza torinese, quindi freddino, ma comunque gentili e abbastanza veloci. I dolci sono abbastanza casalinghi, tutti preparati da loro, ma chi va da Olsen non ci va per mangiare dolci ricercati, ci va per l'atmosfera. Molto ampia la scelta dei tè, discreta anche la scelta dei vini. I prezzi sono nella media, 5€ per una teiera di tè, 5€ i dolci. Sicuramente da provare almeno una volta
