Overall a great stay. Staff was absolutely amazing, hotel was super clean and modern and the breakfast was really good. Only downside is the lack of soundproofing between floors...I think there must have been elephants with insomnia above us😠 Would definitely stay there again though, but only on the top floor!

Rooms were great, allowed a late check out Location was nice Breakfast was.. ok. Wish they had a little more. I just had scrambled eggs, since everything else was sugary stuff But great view from the table during breakfast

Love everything in this hotel. I've been in lots of quality inn and I could say this particular quality inn is the best. From the esthetic to comfort of stay to free food. They are most of the time fully book so book ahead.

We enjoyed two nights at the Comfort Inn in Campbell River. The rooms and facility are very clean, the staff are very hospitable and accommodating, and the continental breakfast was superb! There's also a nice coffee maker in the lobby that we thoroughly enjoyed. Ramandeep was especially helpful when checking out and obliging some last minute requests. We look forward to staying here again!

Comfortable place to stay! The views are great and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The area is a little busy with people who suffer from mental health issues and/or drug addiction. (They’re quite loud through the night and stop you at the front entrance)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. For the price I was hopeful for clean and decent but this place allowed us to check in earlier than our our requested early check in, which was fantastic! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I have seen before. The staff were friendly and polite. This was a really great place to stay. Clean spacious comfortable rooms, friendly & helpful staff, good location, awesome family friendly continental breakfast ~ the only con was the hot tub was out of service.

The rooms are big and clean. The bed is not too soft and very comfy. Staff was helpful. The location ist just perfect, as you can walk anywhere within 15 minutes. 2 mins to the waterfront. A really good place to stay. I recommend it.

Customer service: 5* Room cleanliness: 5* Quietness: 5* Pros: Customer service is great. I was able to work through an issue with the front desk Room smells and looks clean. I don't know what soap they use for their sheets but it smells really good. Wifi is fast and area is fairly quiet. High ceilings on the ground floor which is nice. Cons: Only one and not even important enough to me to drop a star anywhere. I couldn't get ahold of the front desk via the phone in the room for the life of me. Not a huge problem though with the desk just down the hall from me.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in a suite. It was nice and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub very much as it was nice and hot! We will stay here again next time we are back this way.

First time at this hotel. Stayed with wife and dog for a couple nights while attending several appointments in town. Hotel was very clean/modern. My room was so quiet and comfortable. Best stay at a hotel in a while.

First Time here. Great Service's (Continental Breakfast) Pool, Sauna. Ice and drink machine on each floor. Has a small fridge, Keurig with Coffee n Tea with sugar's/Splenda. Senior Friendly. Although, door is on the heavy side for some. (As they're fireproof.)

Good value for money. Excellent waterfront hotel with spacious, well-lit, and clean room and bathroom. We went on a weekday and there was ample parking. Breakfast was included in the room rate and the choices available were good. If you need dinner, there are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but go early (the town sleeps early). Reception staff that checked us in were pretty friendly, but gave a somewhat weird vibe.

I can't say enough good things, the room was very clean and cool for our arrival. All of the staff we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and they offered gluten free options for guests.

Yes it was very comfortable! The rooms were clean and the beds were great! We actually got to use the pool and hot tub at this hotel it was awesome and within walking distance of everything. The customer and housekeeping services were very awesome.

Nice hotel in Campbell River. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located close to shops and food outlets which is good as the hotel itself does not offer dinner services Used the gym here, very small and limited. Nice place to stay while you are in town

Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites for an awesome stay! Great staff, great prices, great location. They even have firm pillows if you don't care for the soft ones. Our view from the room was lovely; water view, cruise ships 🚢, BC Ferry ⛴️ to Quadra Island 🏝. Walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants, liquor stores, marina. Not a bad complimentary breakfast for guests. Bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, bagels, cereal, a great waffle machine, orange or banana, juice, coffee and tea. Unfortunately it doesn't cater to dietary needs; gluten-free, dairy-free. Wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! Oh and they take pets. Bonus!!

Staff very helpful and friendly, would like to thank the hotel staff for a lovely stay and sorry we had to cut short our stay. This is our second stay and would highly recommend it and will stay again if ever in Campbell River. Kathleen Ball

I had high hopes for a great stay here because of the reviews I read. A few hours into checking in and staying in our room, I found a bed bug crawling on the bed. They performed a check and said they didn’t find any bed bugs, but I don’t believe them. I saw one with my own eyes!!! They only issued us a partial refund. Disappointed in their deflection and denial of having bed bugs.

New and clean with great staff. I've stayed here many times and prefer this hotel. Its expensive but worth it. Your vehicle may be broken into while staying here, so be aware. I'd expect the hotel staff to do more about this issue. What is management doing.... I'm calling you out.

Stayed here for work. Hotel is nice. Fairly new and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. My only complaint is it's a bit noisy. Could hear the guests above me walking around.

Enjoyed an excellent 3-day stay during the Christmas Holidays. The breakfast area was clean and always stocked. Pool and hot tub were clean and could be booked by appointment. The rooms are spacious and the view can't be beat. The staff is very helpful and accommodating, Definitely will be booking again this summer!
