A população de Campinas e região merece um hospital de alto padrão. O São Luiz veio para elevar para um novo patamar o atendimento hospitalar. Parabéns à Rede D'Or por enxergar o potencial e investir na RMC.

I took my son to the pediatric emergency room with a fever and headache this morning, the attention from Dr. Ana Carolina de Oliveira Salazar was formidable, her clinical examination was highly detailed, the nurses collecting exams were delicate and very attentive, leaving my son calm and without any fear. The speed of exam results also impressed me. While my son was taking intravenous medication, the Dr. went to him to repeat clinical exams and always monitored the progress of his improvement. The satisfaction of seeing your child being well treated with a high standard of professionalism and affection is very rewarding. Thank you, congratulations.

My husband underwent surgery. The admission took place in the early hours of the morning. The team was at a loss to make the chips. The staff at the nursing station were even more lost, when they had questions they didn't know how to answer, they went from person to person and I had to speak directly to the doctor's scrub nurse. After being allowed to eat, it took a long time to bring food, the cutlery was dirty. We had to pay for the companion's food, which had no menu option, a high price for the unhealthy food offered. The hospital's structure is good, it is clean. But it left a lot to be desired in terms of service. When the doctor requested my presence to talk, there was no receptionist, the cleaning lady who had to take me to the doctor.

I'm going to talk about pediatrics. I arrived at the emergency room for an Appendicitis emergency, the doctor who saw me on 10/31 at 8pm was simply spectacular. He made the diagnosis very quickly! Then, my ten-year-old son went to the pediatric surgery team, coordinated by Dr. Rafaella, also wonderful! I've been staying at this hospital for a week and the hotel is very good! Excellent and brand new rooms. Excellent pediatric nursing team, very good food team and delicious food. The nutritionist asked what my son wanted to eat and provided strawberries, his favorite fruit. Everything is good and the best!!! Suggestion for improvement: internet access, you always have to reconnect, I had to work remotely and faced difficulties with the internet!!

I already knew the network since Rio de Janeiro, then I used it in São Paulo (in Itaim) and after I came to live in the interior of São Paulo, luckily for me, the network came here in Campinas, and especially at the beginning it is excellent, infrastructure , doctors, is in an easy location. Precisei do PS, sala de espera vazia numa segunda feira a tarde (29/05/23). Cheguei as 14:05 e fui atendido as 17:00hr. Numero atendimento: 33075582. Péssimo. Para um novo hospital isso não deveria ser padrão. Quando questionei disseram que a causa é que havia somente 1 médico em atendimento. Primeira e última vez nesse hospital.

Great! One of the best hospitals we've seen lately!

If it weren't for the team of nurses in the emergency room, it would be 5 stars. The 3 times I spent at the São Luiz Campinas emergency room I received very good care from reception to the doctor. But when I was given medication and serum, the care provided by the nurses on duty was inconsistent. The same as those in other hospitals like Samaritano. They chat amongst themselves, pretending they don't see you. Even if you go to call, they ignore you or say they're already there and wait forever. Today was the last straw for me. I went today, 10/24, I arrived at 6:50 pm and left 2 hours later, 1 hour and 30 of which was just for the serum, which would have taken 30 minutes if I had been treated with the quality of care at a São Luiz hospital. 20 minutes just for them to put in my medication, which was already ready when I arrived, and they only medicated me because I went to ask if there was anything missing. I even took a bloodbath. Because it took them so long to come after the serum finished that the blood came back a lot and when it was time to take it, blood flowed all over me. Honestly, action needs to be taken. There was no justification for this Thursday service. It wasn't even full. So much so that the nurses spent the entire time chatting behind the counter.

As instalações do hospital parece um hotel 5 estrelas, porém o atendimento que na minha opinião é o mais importante é PÉSSIMO desde a recepção ! Lamentável!!! Vera Cruz continua em 1 lugar !

Gente.. o hospital está VAZIO, como que você está num PS demora pra ser chamado pra ser atendido pelo medico e depois que é chamado, já faz mais de 1h que esta aguardando para fazer um ultrassom e ele ainda não foi feito?? Imagina quando o hospital começar a receber mais pessoas.. 🙄 sem comentários. Vergonhoso.

Meu filho nasceu no São Luiz Star, em São Paulo. Queria muito continuar passando pela rede, por sorte, o hospital inaugurou em Campinas logo após seu nascimento. Já fomos a duas consultas com a pediatra Alessandra e amamos o atendimento, super atenciosa e cuidadosa, nos ajudou muito com a questão da amamentação também. Médica nota 10! O atendimento do hospital em geral é muito bom, por ainda estar no início, ainda tem algumas coisas a serem organizadas, mas de resto tá tudo impecável!

I am a nurse at the Hospital and I needed hospitalization, I received very good care, I thank Dr Fábio, Dr Stefany, Dr Davi and Dr Cecília, the entire nursing team on the ward and the nutritionists Natalia and Monise, who took care of me with all the care and Careful. Last week I felt ill and went to Hospital São Luiz Campinas. I had to be admitted to the hospital to do tests and investigate what the problem was. The service was excellent from the emergency room to my hospitalization. The rooms are very comfortable, with a giant television, better than a hotel. All staff very friendly and helpful. I managed to take all the exams and left very satisfied. The best hospital in Campinas! I want to thank Dr Marcos from the emergency room, Dr Edgar anesthesiologist and Dr Márcio from the endoscopy exam. I highly recommend it!

The Intensive Care Unit has state-of-the-art equipment in its technology park and modern infrastructure, allowing for better clinical practice and greater patient safety. The multidisciplinary team has training ready to offer the necessary and humanized care.

Scheduling and service is 100% efficient, fast and without complications or bureaucracy. If necessary, I will use it again and I firmly recommend it.

Terrible outpatient part. I tried scheduling a basic specialty on the website and there were no professionals available. I tried to schedule an appointment via WhatsApp and they didn't respond, on the call they informed me of the next appointment date in 70 days.

Despite the network being very well structured, and today, to my surprise, I was unable to receive care because the hospital was new and had not yet been accredited by Bradesco Seguro. Even though it appears that you accept the agreement on the website, I was upset that I had to go and look for an emergency and not be seen.
