Este lugar sempre foi extremamente desorganizado e difícil de se comunicar. Talvez compensasse por ter médicos da equipe docente da Unicamp, mas na prática, não é assim. Tive uma experiência excelente com o pediatra do meu filho, porém, minha esposa teve uma péssima com uma ginecologista, que foi rude, antiética e arrogante. A hora que ela for denunciada e ter seu CRM em xeque, talvez aprenda sobre a importância do atendimento humanizado e digno, que é direito incondicional do cidadão/paciente, a quem se deve total respeito.

The worst telephone service from a clinic! I started as the fourth in line and they reported a 6 minute wait time. Now I have been in second place in the queue for 29 minutes and the waiting time information is 20 minutes!!! Complaints about scheduling are numerous and nothing is done.
