really
expected
more
professionalism
from
a
salon
that
is
said
to
be
so
good.
I
made
an
appointment
with
the
professional
Lidiane,
whose
assistant
is
called
Isa,
and
the
receptionist
immediately
forgot
to
tell
me
that
I
had
arrived.
After
40
minutes
I
decided
to
ask
if
I
was
going
to
be
attended
to,
and
the
receptionist
simply
said
she
had
forgotten.
She
helped
me,
but
the
assistant
Isa
was
the
one
who
did
the
highlights.
I
did
it
on
a
Tuesday
and
left
there
satisfied,
because
my
hair
was
brushed
and
she
used
a
product
to
moisturize
it.
I
washed
my
hair
on
Thursday,
and
I
noticed
that
it
became
brittle
and
too
elastic.
I
got
desperate
and
informed
her,
who
was
promptly
willing
to
reimburse
me,
since
I
paid
1,520.00
reais.
This
never
happened
to
me.
I
found
it
strange
the
way
assistant
Isa
applied
the
product,
as
she
constantly
reapplied
the
product
and
rubbed
the
strands.
Lidiane
watched
from
afar
while
doing
mega
hair
on
another
client.
On
Friday
I
looked
for
another
professional
who
gave
me
the
only
option
of
cutting
and
rebuilding,
in
addition
to
recommending
a
series
of
maintenance
products.
Lidiane
offered
to
fix
it,
but
I
can't
trust
a
professional
like
that.
He
didn't
want
to
reimburse
me
and
kept
making
excuses,
saying
that
my
hair
was
bad.
Therefore,

suggest
that
she
and

assistant
make
good
use
of
the
amount
I
paid
to
take
a
professional
course.
Unfortunately,
I
only
now
saw
on
the
website
that
they
have
several
reviews
regarding
lack
of
punctuality
and
also
damage
caused
to
other
clients'
hair,
as
well
as
mine.
I
don't
recommend
it
to
anyone.
I'm
very
disappointed.
