Like
all
the
public
health
of
the
city
and
the
country,
it
leaves
something
to
be
desired.
It
was
supposed
to
be
a
state-of-the-art
hospital
in
the
city,
but
the
corruption
in
the
old
management
spoke
louder
and
it
takes
its
toll,
and
we
users
are
paying
with
sloppiness,
poor
maintenance,
tests
that
take
years
to
make,
etc.
The
hospital
has
adequate
space,
parking,
good
location,
good
doctors,
but
should
be
better.
My
father
was
operated
on
two
years
ago
and
was
hospitalized
for
3
days,
as
a
woman
could
not
sleep
as
a
companion
in
a
male
room
and
there
was
no
other
person
who
could
stay
there,
he
was
without
an
escort.
My
criticism
is
regarding
the
baths
he
should
have
taken
with
the
help
of
a
nurse
and
left
the
room
dirty,
smelling
badly
and
uncomfortable.
I
showered
when
I
got
home.
At
one
time,
at
lunch,
he
ate
with
plastic
cutlery
without
a
knife
and
had
to
hold
and
tear
the
meat
with
his
mouth.
A
shame!
And
who
was
discharged,
it
took
more
than
two
hours
to
get
a
wheelchair.
And
as
if
that
were
not
enough,
at
the
exit
and
already
in
the
car,
tired,
dirty
and
in
pain,
I
received
a
very
poor
response
from
a
scheduling
employee
who
told
me
that
I
and
another
70
people,
all
of
them
elderly,
were
in
the
same
"boat"
that
I
and
everyone
should
wait,
there
is
no
time
to
be
attended.
This
is
our
country
and
our
city,
model
of
total
without
shame
and
disregard
for
the
population
that
pays
high
taxes
to
live
badly.

Como
toda
saúde
pública
da
cidade
e
do
país,
deixa
a
desejar
em
alguns
aspectos.
Era
pra
ser
um
hospital
de
ponta
na
cidade,
mas
a
corrupção
na
antiga
gestão
falou
mais
alto
e
hj
cobra
seu
preço
e
nós,
usuários,
é
que
pagamos
com
descaso,
manutenção
precária,
exames
que
levam
anos
pra
serem
feitos,
funcionários
mal
humorados,
etc.
O
hospital
tem
espaço
adequado,
estacionamento,
boa
localização,
bons
médicos,
mas
deveria
ser
melhor.
Meu
pai
foi
operado
há
dois
anos
e
ficou
internado
3
dias,
como
mulher
não
pude
dormir
como
acompanhante
em
quarto
masculino
e
n
tinha
outra
pessoa
que
poderia
ficar
lá,
ele
ficou
sem
acompanhante.
Minha
crítica
é
em
relação
aos
banhos
que
ele
deveria
ter
tomado
com
auxílio
de
enfermeiro
e
saiu
de
lá
sujo,
cheirando
mal
e
incomodado.
Eu
que
dei
banho
chegando
em
casa.
Em
uma
das
vezes,
no
almoço,
ele
comeu
com
talher
plástico
sem
faca
e
teve
de
segurar
e
rasgar
a
carne
com
a
boca.
Uma
vergonha!
E
qd
recebeu
alta,
levou
mais
de
duas
horas
pra
conseguirem
uma
cadeira
de
rodas.
E
como
se
não
bastasse
tudo
isso,
na
saída
e
já
no
carro,
cansado,
sujo
e
com
dor,
recebi
uma
resposta
muito
mal
criada
de
uma
funcionária
do
setor
de
agendamento
que
me
disse
que
eu
e
mais
70
pessoas,
todas
idosas
tbm,
estavam
no
mesmo
"barco"
que
eu
e
todos
deveriam
aguardar
sabe-se
lá
qt
tempo
pra
sermos
atendidos.
Esse
é
nosso
país
e
a
nossa
cidade,
modelo
de
total
sem
vergonhice
e
descaso
para
com
a
população
que
paga
altos
impostos
pra
viver
mal.
