O atendimento é ótimo, por parte dos dentistas. As recepcionistas são muito educadas. Contudo a logística da empresa é HORRÍVEL. Eles possuem uma legião de números, mas ainda não sabem articular esses números para funcionarem em harmonia. Para não ter dor de cabeça ou stress desnecessário,e recomendo a quem for nessas clínicas: se tiver que fazer pagamento por PIX, envie o comprovante para todos os números (mesmo que seja o do telemarketing) porque nunca é suficiente mandar apenas para um número, se mandar só pra um número não resolve; guarde exatamente todos os comprovantes, de tudo, até mesmo de reposição de peça (sim eles cobram a reposição de peça); fiquem esperados com todos os detalhes e anotem tudo o que disserem (com data e hora) em um caderninho, pois um dia podem precisar.

Os dentistas são ótimos e as recepcionistas educadas, porém entrar em contato com eles é Péssimo,nunca atende o telefone,agenda para um determinado horário se vc atrasa 10 minutos não te atende mais,se chega na hora demora de 20 a 30 minutos para atender.

I've never had a problem here. However, today I have been sitting for almost 50 minutes waiting for someone to see me, I went to reception and the woman said that there are seven in front of me and that the dentist will attend according to schedule, even if I arrive earlier. Another thing was that my schedule was later, I asked for it earlier and they said they would only have this but I could come earlier because the dentist would see me. Anyway, I came early to have tea because the woman at reception said if she would help me before she wouldn't come.
