what
a
pity
to
leave
one
star
to
this
hotel,
since
they
try
hard
in
so
many
aspects,
but
obviously
know
zero
about
costumer
service.
Spoiler
alert,
the
ONLY
reason
for
my
visit,
the
heated
pool,
is
by
appointment
only
and
you
can
use
it
JUST
one
hour
a
day
(alone,
or
with
your
group.
Is
not,
as
I
imagined,
an
area
to
socialize).
AND
THEY
DIDN'T
TELL
YOU
IN
ADVANCE,
so
you
may
arrive
and
not
having
any
slots
available.
They
may
say
is
for
your
own
security,
but
since
you
are
having
a
buffet
breakfast
sharing
a
room
with
all
the
guess
that
is
just
ridiculous.
AND
STILL,
THE
MAIN
POINT
IS,
they
don't
care
for
the
costumer,
just
letting
us
know
in
advance
would
had
been
enough.
Go
at
your
own
risk
of
been
disappointed,
taking
the
time
to
write
to
them
and
never
getting
an
answer.
Prefer
to
never
go
back
if
that
is
how
much
they
care.
