Good things: location, nice rooms, quite friendly staff, basic buffet breakfast. Not so good things: the pool wasnt available when I came there, and some places were being fixed.

Don’t book through Agoda website because they could cancel your booking without announcements. Then hotel will charge you a higher price Room is cleaned. Buffet is good. Quynh, one of the receptionist had an attitude when I tried to figure out what happen to my booking . She did not explain well and accurately . I don’t think that what a main receptionist should do to customer. Bao, a manager, he was patient and helpful. He explained the reason and he was happy to solve the problem for us. The hotel was nice especialy the view from the room. It was a quiet zone and the room was quiet so it was ok to sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but 1 thing I wanted to tell them that "Don't make Kimbap" . Kimbap was their bad dish. The other thing I didn't like were that the tap was too short compare with the sink so when I wash my hands, water just drained out everywhere; the shower area needed another glass door in order to prevent water to leak to other area.

It’s probably “luxury” for this area but we did not really enjoy our stay. The rooms were musty and the hallways smelled bad. Can Tho is not known for its cleanliness so I guess it’s not bad for the area. You’ll definitely find better hotels in other cities. Front desk staff was friendly. Bar staff was slow. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Overall it wasn’t terrible but we could not get over the musty rooms and hallway that smells like sewage.

Typical glass and marble international business style hotel. Taxi ride to Riverside or downtown. Casino and pool not tried. OK if you want impersonal accommodation

Nice hotel, but it’s about 1km away from the main city streets and shops. There are always taxi waiting outside the hotel or you can get a Grabb taxi services to get around. generally the staff are courteous and helpful. Really nice buffet breakfast, room are roomy with nice views. Room services could be improved, there are tennis court, kids playing room, table tennis, swimming pool and the gyms for adults. There’s a life guards by the pool, but they’re there for good look only, so if you have kids keep your eye on them.

Jan 2020. Stopped here for just a night on our way to catch the ferry from Rach gia to Phu quoc. Can tho town itself was surprisingly amazing, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The hotel is excellent for the price we got it for. Room was spacious with a mesmirising view of the river and the town, especially during sunset. The spread out breakfast was excellent with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Service was friendly, cheerful and quick. Hotel is about 10 min walk to the town center and riverfront and the walk is worth it since you cross the decorated bridge on the beautifully decorated river, road and traffic squares and side walks. The night and the market in the town was very lively - Chinese New year. Overall, it was a beautiful surprise and we wished we could have stopped for one more day. Great hotel, great town and overall, great value for money.

Nice hotel and a big pool. The pool area needs more lightning around the pool and change rooms. The hotel location is a bit isolated but it is a nice hotel nevertheless.

The staffs are polite and supportive. The room is clean and spacious. I stayed in the 19th floor and the toilet system was running low but that won't be a big matter I guess. Door is a bit difficult for me to open at first, needed some strength to really push it. Quite place. Noise cancelling isn't so good so bear that in mind.

Vietnamese hotel in good location to visit Can Tho. Appears a little upscale but aged. Room a bit smelly. Service friendly. Breakfast ok. Large pool, table tennis and gym available. Rooftop bar with a nice view, cocktails not really good.

The room is spacious and clean. However, we just found many baby cockroaches in the toilet, properly coming out from the drain. The hotel really needs to take care of it. I stayed during the weekend and there was “Lô tô” and karaoke playing from 8pm to until 11pm. I could hear it very clearly on the 14th floor, wich was a nightmare. Overall, without such things, it’s worth for the 5 stars.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Staff are helpful and quick to help. However I do notice that the elevator wasn’t very clean. Buffet breakfast is still good though. A good 4-star option in Can Tho!

Would’ve been a higher rate if the location was more towards the centre and shops. Everything was great but our bathroom door was not really working and the room was a bit dusty. Wouldn’t recommend the massage at all. Gave me back pain along my spine for days.

The mattresses feel like planks. Way way way too hard/firm and unbelievable that a hotel this big offers such poor sleeping quality. Main reason for a two star rating. The breakfast is decent, good cheese is missing though. Staff was friendly. Swimming pool was nice. Gym had sufficient equipment but no proper aircon.

Like many older hotels in Vietnam, they do not keep up with maintenance or repairs. Even though it is big, and has certain upgrades like carpeting and nice showers, the feel of the hotel is dreary. The walls need upgraded, the furniture is slightly damaged. So instead of fixing it, they lower the price or include breakfast. And the breakfast offerings are average. Staying for 1 night is ok, I would not recommend longer.

Happen to have a room of great view enjoying the fireworks on Lunar New Year celebration. Tickets for rooftop bar on this day sold out quickly.

Only used the pool and gym...the staff here is wonderful.

We chose this hotel for its location and the pool, and it’s definitely neither 4 stars nor „luxury“. The rooms have outdated 80ies interior including thick carpets and old bathrooms, dirty windows, non-functional plugs; the hallways are not air-conditioned and in some corners there were cigarette buds (!) for days; the rooftop bar was deserted and the cocktails really bad ( („Gin Tonic“ = some alcohol with sparkling water); the pool itself was ok, but the towels and beds superdirty. The hotel urgently needs renovation and better cleaning. The staff was mostly very friendly, but it was kind of unusual they asked for a deposit at check-in and didn’t ask if we liked our stay at check-out. Apparently the management doesn’t care about the guests, as demonstrated by their generic copy&paste response to every review regardless of the content (looking forward to that one to have a good laugh).

We stayed here for one night. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Authentic south vietnamese food. Everything else is subpar. This hotel may be 5 star for this area but it won't make a 3 star to American standard. First the bed is almost rock solid, the coils barely worked. Second the design of room is poor. Third the bathtub faucet doesn't work and only shower head worked. Fourth the wall is thin. If you want to easedrop, you can hear your neighbors conversation in next room.

High price 4 stars hotel. Far from city center. Swimming pool at ground floor. Breakfast is not special.
