Management has recently updated many of the facilities. Love the outdoor pool

Extremely unprofessional management who problem solves with raising her voice. Highly untrained staff in terms of policies and general terms of the agreement. Do not waste your money and time as the facility itself is very small and not child friendly at all. The water's temperature is always low. The hot tub is never hot and is a joke! It is also closed and under maintenance at least 5 times a month. Membership is a total loss and only in the benefit of the operator.

I just went to visit this pool and fitness facility At present the hot tub beside the pool is not functioning. …. he jets are burned out. The steam room in the men’s change room is out of service. The men’s showers. faucets are all loose and it is hard to get hot water consistently, The entire place needs to have its mechanicals looked at. Finally, when you go from the men’s communal shower area into the men’s locker room, you are fully exposed to the main door to the change room for the men’s so anyone walking by has a full view of the men’s washroom, shower, change room hair, dry counter, and coat rack They should really install a simple curtain just inside the men’s change room entrance door. for a huge hotel, such as Sheraton and best Western, which also shares its fitness and pool facilities with a couple local condominium towers it is really surprising that they are not using their budget. Better to keep the place maintained at a fully functional level. There is a reasonably large and loyal client base that pays for their memberships, and they seem to be quite upset

My friend and I went to use the pool and since you cannot bring food and beverages so we decided to order food and drink from them. We ordered Margarita with lemon but we got just an orange juice with few drops of tequila. Also Nachos was awful there was almost no cheese on it and the saad wasn’t fresh. First and last time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

When the yoga class instructor was away, there's no supplementary instructor to host the class, and the participants were not informed. As a result, the participants were waiting in the yoga room for one entire hour. It's not only one time, it's not 2, it's not 3 times, it's every time. I am not sure if there is any remedy action to be taken soon. This has been escalated to the Club Manager who said she didn't aware of the absence of the instruction, so there's nothing she could do. Now it's going nowhere. I hope this chaos can be resolved soon.

I go to the facility all the time usually in the mornings Monday - Friday! Taqiyah is the one I interact with most and she is wonderful lady, always friendly, has a smile on her face and willing to help. On multiple occasions I have witnessed her manager Esme speak down to her and speak to her with very little respect. I am not one to usually leave reviews like this but it is about time it is brought to attention how this woman is treating the staff at this facility. Coming from an individual who works in customer service, and in a manager role if I EVER talked to my staff with such disrespect let alone in front of guests there would be some consequences. I could just imagine how Taqiyah was feeling in that moment, let alone think this is what we see how is she treating staff behind closed doors? If this does make it to management please know that coming from your guest Taqiyah is always wonderful and willing to help, she is friendly and just makes you feel so welcomed. Taqiyah if you do see this review, I am so sorry for what you experienced today, but keep up the amazing work.

I have been coming to the outdoor pool for a few years.. and honestly, there's no better spot to spend your summer. The facilities and place are amazing, but the people who work there are even better. Esme, wonderful. Samantha, excellent. But Talin, who has been there for years, is above and beyond incredible/astounding. You literally cannot ask to be surrounded by better people and service. Strongly recommend to anyone.

we come the other day and speak to manager Esme asking what will happen about our membership and her tone of voice is yelling at me and my husband not professional. we ask her questions and she dont know the answer as manager she should know operation of business we decide to finish our remaining membership because no refund management not good. me and my husband come here almost everyday and its not the same anymore. Cristal very nice reception lady everyday is not there anymore she always help me and my husband with our membership she knows what she is doing

I joined Parkway Fitness at the end of July. I have loved every minute I've spent there. The staff are amazing, the facility is covid safe. They are constantly cleaning the facilities. The pools are a great temperature, and mostly crowded on the weekend. I am always able to get in a pool workout when I am available and have really enjoyed the AquaFit classes.

Esme, and the staff she has trained could not be better at what they do. This place is a slice of paradise, in the middle of a concrete jungle. Highly recommend.

a lot of activities with the good subscription. it’s a great place to hang out with friends. however, it’s pretty expensive. I don’t think its worth the money, but you do whatever you want. if tennis, badminton, table tennis, these things interest you, definitely give it a try

I love using the pools and the hot tub at Parkway facilities!

I have discovered this outdoor pool this summer and it was the best option (close to home) to spend a great hot day! Esme, Maggie and the whole staff are great hosts and I better don’t start taking about the food which is DElicious!! 😋

This is the 2nd & 3rd pool the Sheraton claims to have...an entire other fitness location...Not sure how this works.

Excellent facilities, gym and squash courts are good. Esme, the facilities manager is a nice and sweet young lady.

nice facilities, very comfy ambience as well; but the club manager Esme Pearl was the star of all the facilities. we went to celebrate our anniversary, and she went extra mile to make the day more special for us 🥰🥰🥰

My family and myself have been using this facility for years. We absolutely love how it is a hidden gem! We always felt like although, it was good enough....it was never meeting it's potential and was super underrated. The new management has totally changed that! The manager has carefully reformed the the staff thus, advocating a new vibe. The place is really shaping up . We are just secretly hoping it's not too busy over the summer now.

Consistent service, nice friendly staff. It has pretty much everything with good price. Not a lot of GYM has that many racquet sports.

I want to thank reception for great service and positive attitude. Specifically want to highlight Dianne who makes my day with her smile and very professional attitude. Also, want to thank Leo for excellent service and smile. Not a lot of people nowadays can do their job very good and still enjoy it!

Pretty happy about switching. We were at the Mayfair and changed because they kept jacking up the rates and then started charging extra to use the facilities. Seriously! So this place is pretty low key. Casual. Not as big. But also, had everything we want pls, it is half the price. I'm good with that. And super friendly staff!

My wife and I came here to use the facilities. We met with a young man named Jason and he was absolutely incredible. He was so sweet, he explained how everything works and the food was amazing! We definitely love the staff here and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We will definitely be back again.

This is a great low key racquet and fitness club. The pools are large, clean and heated. The courts and exercise equipment are in good shape. The entire staff are helpful and professional. I have to give a special shout-out to Diane who works at the front desk. Her smiling face and friendly attitude really add to the positive atmosphere of this club!

I have been participating in parkway fitness for several years , I really like the instructor here, they are professional and caring, and often reminds the class to be grateful and smile :) Every time I finish exercising, I feel good. The manager is very responsive, she takes our feedback seriously and takes action immediately. The staff are all friendly and helpful!

There is no better place to exercise in all of Markham! Friendly staff, fabulous pool and sparkling clean change rooms. I have made lots of good friends and for anyone who likes aqua fitness Lisa is THE BEST!
