    The gym itself is great. I love how big and spacious everything is and there is a great gym for girls only. However the management is a different story. We booked a visiting appointment at 8:30pm however they made us wait until 8:45pm to show us around. I know this isn’t a big deal however I was still mad that my time was wasted when there were staff just chilling and talking. Someone else could have easily showed us around but we had to wait for one of the “management” members so that she could pitch her sales speech afterwards. I was also mad at the fact that they were the ones to set the time when we called in so they shouldn’t be the ones late. 😒 Also when the tour was finished the management told us that they will start our guest pass (7 days trial) tomorrow which is great however since we were at the gym already we decided to use some of the equipments. The management found out and told us she have to start the guest pass today because we were using their gym. I MEAN like we were already there and we just wanted to test out some of the equipments because we were excited. PLUS it was already 9pm which means we would have 6days left of the trial rather than 7days. I just think they are cheap for doing something like this and I believe the customer service can be a bit better.

    I do not recommend it at all. Please before you join this place read a few of 1star ratings, you will get a lot of useful information. Don't fall for 5 stars. As soon as you join the place they will ask you to write them good words as reviews. A prove is, after a lot of these 1 stars there is a message from so called owner of the place which is said thank you for your comment or five star. It mean these poor people at the beginning rate them a five star and afterward like me myself changed their minds and introduce you the real picture of the place.

    Horrible management, Poor culture that does not care about who they hire, most trainers aren't in shape with Disrespectful and Condescending Attitude. Personal trainers come in all shapes and sizes, but they should be the inspiration clients need when working toward their fitness goals, I guess my question is why you only hire the once that they look like they need to hit the gym? More often Hiring more fit trainers also adds credibility. When people perceive them as being in good shape, they naturally assume you know how to help them reach their goal. simple smile can win you, loyal customers, teach it to your staff & hand them a danbal once a while. All you need to do is to train your staff to greet your members as warmly as possible not eye-rolling Make it a point to make all members appreciated. This behaviour can lead to long-term bonds.

    Ahh man this gym was great back in 2018. Came in today and there were 5 staff members behind the front desk doing nothing. Wasn’t greeted or offered a towel, they were all socializing about the parties they went to over the weekend. Only a handful of staff here have good customer service skills. The cleaning staff are great. I remember in 2018 management was actually going around the gym every couple hours to put weights away.

    I recently had a highly frustrating experience with a gym that I pay $106 per month for, expecting to receive good service and amenities. Unfortunately, my experience with this gym has been nothing short of disappointing, leaving me feeling utterly unsatisfied and disrespected as a customer. One of the primary reasons I chose this gym was the promise of two clean towels provided with my membership. However, time and again, they consistently failed to deliver on this basic commitment. Instead, due to their alleged "short staff," they would provide only one towel, making it extremely inconvenient for me to have to repeatedly ask for another. This inconsistency in their towel service was not only unprofessional but also showed a lack of respect for their customers. Another significant issue that deeply concerns me every time is the lack of attention given to the pool water quality. It is essential for a gym to maintain a clean and hygienic pool environment to ensure the safety and well-being of its members. Unfortunately, this gym failed to meet even the minimum standards in this regard. I noticed that they seldom checked the water quality, which not only compromises the health of the swimmers but also raises serious questions about their commitment to maintaining a clean and safe facility.

    Cancelled my membership on Nov2021 because of couple of surgeries! Manager said we don’t have cancellation but I do a favour for you! It seems Signed documents never uploaded on the system by manager! I noticed they did charge my debit even after contract ended! Although I show them text messages the General manager didn’t refund my money! Movati is the only fitness club that have No cancellation even if you have cancer!!! Think twice before sign up!

    The plus points of this location are cleaness, and various group training classes. The major negative points of this location are parking spots limits, overcrowded members, and out of order machines. In the rush hours, many people are working out and almost all machines are occupied! A couple of machines are usually out of order! For example, One side of Dual Cable Cross is out of order about 2 consecutive weeks, and a couple of treadmill or bike machines are out of service in most times! We should get our money's worth!

    This gym is not as amazing as 5 or 6 years ago when it first opened its door. The atmosphere used to be welcoming, friendly and more vibrant. It is totally different when I went back a few weeks ago. Maybe they have different management team now. Because of proximity to home, I remain a member, I will not go to this gym if there are other options. Also during pandemic, the gym kept charging me membership fess using the $close to $300 credit that I had on file, even though I have never been in the gym for almost three years. It is true that they are friendly only when you sign up for membership, after that it is a total different story.

    Horrible customer service. Parking is always overflowed. Sales team is misleading. Classes are usually fully booked and they lock their doors at commencement. Don’t bother to waste your money any percs this gym has doesn’t have the availability for the demand. They won’t let you in without a mask even if you have a legal facial covering but people walk around freely maskless inside. Doesn’t make sense. I have had better service at gyms half the price. There’s much better options in Richmond-Hill for a good gym go to lifetime fitness or even LA.

    I pass by 3 gyms on my way to this location but it's worth it. Excellent gym! Great group classes and they're back-to-back, friendly instructors and good teaching contents too. The whole place is clean and organized, smells and looks good. Front staffs and managers are friendly. The women's locker and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. Not a tiny dust sitting on the corner and on the floor. The cleaner staff named Elvie is continuously cleaning-up and polishing; also friendly and polite. I like the privacy of women's only pool and hot tub. The bench to the locker doors are equally spaced, not having to check any open doors when you're getting up. No cafeteria, only a drink bar with lots of healthy drinks, smoothie selections. More pics to come...

    I had the worst customer experience here. I usually go to the Mississauga location. Went to this location because I just happen to be closer to me. I asked if I can work out here the woman at the front with glasses and twists and lighter skin tone. Told me I have to pay a five dollar fee in order to work out here. I asked if it could be waived due to the fact that it’s just a one time thing and if a one time exception could be made. She said no the Fee stands. I asked to a manager. spoke to manager Jayem he said he will not being waiving the fee because he doesn’t want . I’ve had the fee waived for my family members before in the past so I know it’s some thing that they’re able to do. I told him that I didn’t have time to drive all the way back to Mississauga just to work out. I told him I have very bad anxiety and work out really helps. He said I still have to pay the fee. I paid the fee, and after walking into the change room, I was very under please and dissatisfied with the experience I received at this location, so I then asked for a refund and I will go elsewhere. When the refund was not refunded to me directly. I had to call the front desk several times to speak with someone. Just for them to tell me that it takes 3 to 5 business days to have the refund credit back to me. That is extremely unfair and considering that that was never told to me that’s very dishonest on Movati part. Nonetheless, I had to drive 50 minutes in traffic just to go to the Mississauga location just to work out. Very very bad customer service. Very very bad staff very very bad experience will not be back. Do not recommend to sign up at this gym. Only go to Mississauga location!!!!. This gym is very bad and the stuff truly sucks and has no desire to help anyone or accommodate their clients, which is very upsetting, considering they’re in the customer service industry.the mental health industry and the physical health industry.

    Be careful, I haven't been able to close my subscription for 6 months. They keep telling me it's closed, but then I get calls from collections for non-payment of the subscription. I joined this gym for the childcare facility. When I got the subscription, I specifically asked about the childcare and said I joined just for that. They scheduled an appointment with their representative, but I couldn't make it due to my kids being sick. I met with the representative three weeks later, and it went well. However, the next day, they called me and said they were closing the childcare facility. I decided to cancel the subscription because I can't go to the gym with a small child. This nonsense has been going on for 6 months, and I'm exhausted, but I won't give up!

    Use to be a good gym. The place is disgusting now. Staff is rude as well. Not worth the high membership fee. Did not let me in the gym because I did not have a QR code. Fast forward to today. QR code not needed. It’s fine. I joined a better cleaner gym than Movati.

    Movati, if you're advertising for your personal trainers on social media, make sure they don't get high before each session and/or consume multiple narcotics while sitting in cars in your parking lots.     Good gym! One star goes for rude front desk staff. No welcoming attitude and they never greet the members. On Aug 25 around 11am, About 6 members entered and non of them were greeted or even acknowledged. There were about 5 staff at the front and they had their own congregation going on. Very unprofessional.

    Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. The employees go around asking people to write them. No doubt the facility is great and very clean and the class instructors are very friendly but certain employees like Melissa and the manager Lyanna are prejudiced. Not to mention the staff will make false claims to reel you in but as soon as you sign the contract, they will deny what they said.

    I'm editing my previous review from 5 stars to 3 ( to be honest it's 2.5 stars for me ) I hope the management read this review and consider to make better change in their business decisions. I joined Movati in 2018 and was very happy with this club until recently. When I first joined, this gym had everything , and stood out from other chain of gyms in the area. I used to brag about Movati all the time and recommended to many of my friends. The amenities that came with the club membership that was most enticing to me was that not only it's a place for me to workout , Movati also takes care of my family; the play room, the family swim hours , there were even swim lessons I could sign up for my kids. I understand a lot of things have to get canceled during the pandemic, but now not only the family swim time is still not available in the Richmond hill location, the play room will be closed permanently as of July 2023. The club now offers less compare to pre-pandemic, it really doesn't stand out to other chains of gym anymore. Movati is still a good place to workout , the fitness classes are great, instructors are mostly good, but as a long time member, seeing more and more amenities being taken away while paying the same rate, it's not a very nice feeling.

    As a person and Fitness Instructor Elham’s exercises motivates members including myself to continue to stay disciplined and motivated in the gym. She is very personable and an expert in what she brings to Movati Athletics. We absolutely love her Aqua classes and look forward to trying her classes of different formats. Elham tries to help our individual needs always, she is very bright and her aura gives me good energy and that alone makes me want to come to the gym. Thank you Richmond Hill Movati Athletics for choosing Elham to be apart of your wonderful group fitness team.

    Nice gym, one or two interesting classes per day usually. However parking is impossible any day at any hour. Very stressful spending 10’ looking for parking when you’re trying to de stress at the gym! Clearly over populated location. Should address this before over selling memberships. Enrollment for Classes also nearly impossible as everything fills up immediately. Overall overcrowded location. Do not recommend

    I have been going to this gym for a while now and it’s great from the staff to the equipment and cleanliness. Despite this there is one glaring problem. The hours. For some reason a gym I am paying over $90 a month for is not open past 8PM on the weekends. That’s right 8PM. Not to mention the weekdays where it’s open only until 12. For the price this gym should be open at least until 12 on weekends. Other than that I enjoy the gym.

    As a dedicated member of Movati Athletics Gym, I wish to express my profound disappointment with recent changes that have significantly impacted my once-positive perception of the facility. Specifically, I must assert my concern regarding the Speacil yoga class, where a persistent and unpleasant odor has arisen due to inadequate sanitization of equipment. Despite my diligent efforts to communicate this concern with the gym's management, the issue remains unaddressed. Furthermore, I am disheartened by the recurring scarcity of towels, despite the substantial fees invested in my membership. Such an inconvenience has adversely affected the quality of my workouts and the overall gym experience. In addition to these matters, I must bring attention to the handling of my account suspension, which was executed without just cause. My genuine explanation for missing a class was met with undue consequences, leading to anxiety for myself and my family. Despite my attempts to engage in dialogue through email communication, my concerns were inadequately addressed, raising concerns regarding adherence to consumer rights. I find it imperative for Movati Athletics Gym's esteemed leadership, including the CEO, to direct their attention to the conduct displayed by certain instructors. This behavior, which has been unprofessional and inconsiderate towards members, requires immediate scrutiny and remedial action. Furthermore, I must express my apprehension concerning the lack of security in the gym's parking lot. An incident involving theft, which I personally witnessed, highlights the pressing need for enhanced security measures to protect members, especially women, as they access their vehicles during all hours of the day. As a fervent advocate for a positive and enriching gym experience, I firmly believe that the esteemed management of Movati Athletics Gym should promptly address these significant concerns. I humbly request that the CEO and relevant authorities earnestly review these matters, taking decisive steps to alleviate the issues at hand. By ensuring a thorough evaluation of all aspects, including management, cleaning services, and staff conduct, Movati Athletics Gym can reaffirm its commitment to providing an exemplary environment and ensuring utmost satisfaction for its valued clientele.

    Do NOT join this gym !!! Tried to cancel in May 2022 - emailed them - they said I had to come in - well I live 2 hours north. Emailed again and again and they finally cancelled it in aug. At this point I issues a stop payment in June - today I have D&A text me- my account went to COLLECTIONS… and the best part… I emailed them and they said I owe 537.00 - they charged me an $20 late few each month. Now I have to fight to get this off my near perfect credit score. The Area Director sent me a snippy email!!! DO NOT GO THERE OR SIGN UP!!! She is no help

    Once they get your money they don't care about you. They cancelled my account without my permission and took a penalty from me (without my consent) AND they took the payment for the whole year. Would NOT recommend this gym at all. They are also supposed to give you a one on one session with a trainer but my trainer didn't show up to the appointment and I messaged her a couple of times with no response. The gym rescheduled my appointment... again they did not show up.

    Very disappointed!!! The ventilation is not proper especially when it gets busy. The machines are broken. Signed up mainly to use the pool but its either busy or in the morning cleaning is happening with a loud noise of power wash. They should enforce the cap and even proper swimwear policy for the pool. It is absolutely disgusting and dirty with all the hair floating in the water, some ladies just come in with regular clothing and underwear, horrible. And when you complain to the staff they say it is what it is! very unprofessional!

    The club is always clean and I always feel safe there. The new sign up feature on the app for classes is great because you always know you have a spot when you get there. The instructors are fantastic and fun and make working out enjoyable but effective. I wish there was more selection for classes but hopefully that will increase as things get more "normal" again.

    Awesome variety of classes, very professional instructors, been to many gyms and this place is the best. Very clean pool, sauna, showers. This is a place you can spend the whole day, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Movati Richmond hill, this place rocks Or another thing they recently added very high quality shampoo, body wash and conditioner in every shower at least for women as far as I know with no impact on the the price 👍😆

    Just got back from the gym after not being there since November. Felt amazing to be back! Loved the Yin Yoga class in the sky studio. 99% of the clients are wearing their masks which I really appreciate. (I ignore the selfish people who don't comply). Gym is clean and beautiful. My only suggestion to the owners of this gym are to please reduce the amount of people in the Yoga studios. They went from 22 (hot yoga studio) to 40 and well the pandemic is still here AND even if there wan't Covid, I don't want anyone breathing down my neck! Gross. In the Sky studio they went from allowing 15 to now 30! Today's class had only 16 people and we just fit so I liked my personal space. But if that class were full,I would not like it. So if the gym doesn't reduce the Yoga class size, (I'm suggesting reducing it a bit...perhaps 32 max in the hot yoga studio instead of 40 and maybe 22 instead of 30 in the sky studio, I will have to consider cancelling my membership and going somewhere else. However, I admit I love the gym and the Yoga instructors so I'm hoping the club will consider my suggestions so my husband and I can keep going there.

    The environment is nice and clean, but why dont the women have a smith machine, calf machines or some of other machines that men have? Decreasing the number of treadmills which are rarely used would give room for that. Paying 100 dollars for a membership, the least we can get is all the equipments.

    Being a member of MOVATI was the best decision for several aspects. #1 is very neat and clean. #2 is a very positive and friendly environment. #3 the staff is extremely professional and polite. #4 The equipment, the gyms as well as the swimming pool and changing rooms are in optimal conditions. In a word, it is your best option.

    Another days of waiting for 20 minutes to getting to the pool, I have my personal training with Nina prices! She was Fantastic. The only thing I dislike here is they build the hot tub in same area big pool. When ever they have group class, I have to wait. That not it, when the class is finish. All those go to the tub too so annoying😡.

    Highly recommend this gym! Exceeds expectations in all areas. I’ve made use of most amenities and services, everything is excellent. Great classes, great trainer, clean, organized and love the included apps as well! Don’t hesitate, worth every cent spent.

    Fantastic gym. Instructors are wonderful and articulate I learned a lot especially jayde and Leslie all I can say is wow the energy and interactive they have makes it fun and warming . Just started muscles and motion with Leslie and all I can say is omg fun, sweat, laughs the energy is infinity. And for jayde what can I say I learned so much from her 20-20-20, barre and Rythem and beats so motivating her smile, music and burst of energy you want more. Highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

    Over-writing signature from past contract, fake information to let you sign in with a word of 'process' to use you signature for purchase any course they liked to put you in without notify you. This is what thethings their manager did onto my account. Without telling you price, course number and confirm just ask you to sign for 'start' courses as he wants. Once you want to find him, he has many excuse to stop you reach on table to talk for a answer, even the personal trainer can sign finished course as they were sick for 3 weeks, and you have to pay all the fees. They will welcome and nice to let you into the gym, once you want to know why you has extra courses, or they are missing and charge is still taken. They will do nothing but telling you they invastigated for 2 weeks duration with no reply and still charge as they could. They can add courses without notify you and you can have no refund even if this is their mistakes.

    Nice gym but misleading membership price offering. That is, Movati promotes the average price of $49.99 bi-weekly. Let’s do the math: $49.99 plus tax is $56.49 $56.49 x 2 = $112.97/month x 12 months = $1355.72/ year. But wait, there’s more! The initial fees of $177 have to be added. So $177 divided by 12 = $14.75 So your monthly cost is $112.97 + $14.75 = $127.72 They promote $49.99 bi weekly but it’s really $127/mo or $1370.47/year.

    Halloween fun at Movati. My husband asked me to take a picture with Leslie who does the 'Power Barbell class'. ?Should I be worried? Im not overly concerned....Leslie is truly a witch and makes you sweat. My hubby and I raised 3 girls and now in our 50's trying to catch up on our fitness. I have to say Movati classes are truly amazing, and all the instructors are passionate about fitness. Hubby and I have been members since 2019.

    This gym used to be great back in 2019/2020 but the management is now TERRIBLE. Not only is it inanely busy but the management does not care about you. The guys at the front desk were talking with their backs faced me when I came in. It also looks like they are all kids working so that explains why they are unprofessional. Not to mention the personal trainers and sales team at this gym are terrible as well. Do not waste your money.

    Horrible customer service, this isn’t being a “high end” gym especially for the price I’m paying. I was going on vacation so I tried calling them to freeze or cancel my membership many times and even emailed and no one got back. I had to visit in person after my vacation and then had to wait a whole month notice prior to cancellation. Wasted hundreds of dollars and hours of my time. This gym is the only “high end” gym with a women’s only section in the area so it has no problems with members leaving as they have so many members themselves.

    Bring my daughter to join they said our system is down and we can help you by one day enrolling and tomorrow when system is up we register your daughter and deduct the price you paid today from the membership fee , tomorrow still system was down and we wait 4 hours , someone came and we went to some other room and system was working there , he said check your account for deduction one week from now, since then ( 3 months) there is no deduction. They don’t provide blue little fob anymore and you have to have smartphone to get in , that’s wired so if you don’t have smart phone you can’t get in , and they don’t tell you until you fully register, now you can’t do anything. You can’t complain about anything cause nobody do anything, people using one machine for almost one hour and you asked them you wanna use that machine, they are rude and tell you go complain and they know nobody’s care. Overall I regret joining this facility and unfortunately they force you to stay for one year. Good job movati , you’re going to loose your costumer .

    Despite a couple of challenging experiences with the front desk last year, the exceptional instructors like Shima, Ghazal, and Rita at Movati Gym have kept me coming back. Shima's TRX and intervals classes and Ghazal's and Rita’s Hot Yoga classes provide a diverse and enriching fitness experience that's hard to beat. What sets Shima apart is her exceptional patience in correcting attendees' positions during exercises, enhancing the effectiveness of the workouts. It's this level of personalized guidance that makes Movati a worthwhile fitness destination. Grateful for the expertise and dedication of Shima, Ghazal, and Rita they've had a positive impact on my fitness journey!

    So far I've been enrolled for a month ish and I absolutely love it. It's so cleannnnnnnnnnnnn!!! which is seriously amazing because it's what so many other gyms lack. they always have at least one person in the change room making sure it's clean, and the gym rooms too. I only really go to the women's section so I'm in a bit of a bubble but it's very comfortable, and not really overbearing with a bunch of people depending on the time you get there of course. There's space for everyone though and mainly I love how comfortable I feel coming here!

    I’ve been at this gym for the last couple of years and the instructors are great with lots of different classes offered. One of the instructors, Shima, is always very motivating. I love taking her classes, she plays great music, switches things up, and comes around to check on everyone to ensure their posture is correct. If you join the gym, I highly recommend you try her classes!

    Buyer beware.....This establishment is all about pressured selling and illegal contract. Do not sign or accept anything when you go there. Get a print out of their contract, take it home, read it, then if you are happy sign and enjoy your membership. But their pumped up sales force is to get you sign their contract and lock you in for a long term by providing false information. This is how this establishment makes money. I was told you can give one month notice and cancel anytime, but later found out they got my signature for a committed long term contract.

    I absolutely adore Movati, especially this location. Despite their high prices (& the prices are high) the facility is clean— equipment is up to date. The women’s side is great. The caretakers do everything they can to keep the space clean— though they get wages less than they deserve for the work they do— & I think the men get paid more. The facilitators— Gay & Jade & Jeniffer (& of course so many more, these are just the ones I’ve taken the most classes with & can attest that they are incredible! Will make you want to do the work. They encourage & push you to your best. Truly the best parts of the gym. The reason this rating is low— is because of an incident that happened to me in the women’s section under the watch of a facilitator with another member who was taking videos of the ladies as we were doing our workouts. There’s no cameras allowed in the women’s section— but this facilitator was waving at this woman’s camera. I left the class— went to the front & expressed my concerns— person at the desk was incredible. The situation escalated to the other gym member being hateful & discrimination based on my religion. Although the conversation was about not taking videos of others in the middle of class in the ladies section— this woman weaponized my ‘why’ to extend hatred. I spoke to two people from management. Both who in person said they understood the severity of the issue— & from what I know there’s supposed to be rules against videos & cameras in the women’s section— but from what I know they did nothing & apparently this member already had warnings on their file. I continued to see this member through the facility & continued to see her taking photos & videos in the women’s section. I was hoping for more action from the Movati management team— but from what I know nothing was done.

    As a member of Movati Richmond Hill I must say the staff are incredible. Especially Daniel. He’s very friendly and helpful in every way to make sure members are well looked after. The cleanliness of this gym is very well looked after. Most definitely recommend

    Started going to this gym 2018, it was an awesome back then. Ridiculous after covid. Family washroom is a complete flood EVERY SINGLE day, and I've seen crawling ants two times in the bathroom, also dead ants inside the pool floating. The design of the family pool is also funny because it doesn't require key card to enter. R&M and cleaning is obviously under staff, but I see they are hiring now, hopefully the situation gets better soon. The two stars are given to the friendly R&M and cleaning lady in the lady bathroom.

    The group fitness classes at Movati are incredible!!! So much variety, and every class is guaranteed to be a great workout. The instructors are always motivating, offer modifications to account for different fitness levels, and are always well prepared for every class. The facilities and change rooms are always clean, and there is a great selection of equipment in the gym so you’ll always be challenged.

    I started to workout here recently, the employees are all very nice, give great tips and are very professional. I've tried many clubs in the past but I have to say this is one the cleanest and most well-equipped gyms that I've ever joined! I thoroughly enjoy Rita's power yoga classes, I've seen great improvement both in my strength and flexibility. Couldn't be more satisfied!

    I have been a member for 3 plus years now and find the club to be very clean, organized and friendly. Classes are good and availability is acceptable (particularly given the current situation with Covid). The club always has events of some nature to promote participation, etc., sticks to established rules which I appreciate.

    Movati Athletic Richmond Hill has had a 5-star rating in my book since they opened in February of 2018. As a group fitness instructor who works at this facility, I am constantly amazed at how welcoming and professional the staff are. I am so thrilled to be a part of a team of fitness professionals who truly care about people and their long-term goals. My colleagues are all so talented and hard-working. And the cleanliness factor in the gym is top notch. Each time I walk into the gym, I am greeted by the friendly front desk staff and immediately feel like I'm at home. Kudos to everyone at Movati who continues to make each person's experience a favorable one.

    we came to register with a friend in August 2021. asked if the contract froze, we pay some fee? we were told that we do not pay anything, it does not cost money. now when we decided to freeze we are told you have to pay $ 23 per mont!!!!!! in the contract, this price is not indicated ... we can’t talk, a couple of times they left the phone to call us. no one calls back. they took it themselves and froze the contract and no one even told us or called us. they don't even want to talk to you,. so !!!!check the contract, very good oh. there are people who lie to you and do not tell the truth!!!! very disappointed!!!!👎👎👎

    After being a client here since they’ve opened they are now enforcing that each client is vaccinated. Discrimination at its finest. I also had to go in person to cancel when I very well could’ve done the same thing over the phone. Super inconvenient.

    I have a great experience with this gym. A very clean and nice place. Nerges especially was very professional while registering me at the gym. In total a very cozy place to work out. The classes are great too.
